    Joe from Rubino walked me through the options and conducted the energy audit before and after the installation to show the improvement in the house's energy efficiency. He helped make sense of the pros and cons of different types of systems, and didn't sell me a system that was more than my house's size needed -- unlike two other competitor quotes I got. 
    The workers were professional. When I had an issue with one thing, the team came back out the next day and resolved it.

    The technician was very professional and prompt.  This was not an easy job as he had to venture into the attic crawl space to replace the duct and insulate it.  It was early in the morning but was almost 80 degrees already, so I am sure it was quite hot in the attic.  He explained all the steps he was going to take and gave me a choice of 2 different prices with options.  Ultimately I had him do everything as I just wanted to get this particular job done. 
    He started by cleaning the dryer vents which again probably wasn't easy as we have older machines that stack and involved some disassembly.  He then changed out the vent at the dryer and proceeded to do the attic work.
    Overall it only took a few hours and he worked thoroughly the whole time.
     I was very pleased with the work done.  Too often these days when techs from other companies show up at your house and the work looks difficult or unpleasant they will give you a reason they can't do it or that they have to come back out.  I was so pleased to find someone who was knowledgeable and happy to do the work (no matter how difficult or unpleasant it may have been)
    I would recommend them in the future.

    Ugh... Everything started off great. We had 4 companies come out and give us estimates on making our house more energy efficient. Only two companies really did everything that we were looking for. Precision and Hutchinson. Hutchinson's estimate was about $5000 more that Precision. Both companies quoted 3 days total to do the job. By the way, our attic is huge...probably close to 2000 sq ft. We wanted to get the work done before June 30 to take advantage of the $5000 rebate from the state for making the house 25% more energy efficient. Anyway, we went with Precision. Pat was very professional and thorough when he was here explaining everything. We were impressed with his knowledge and felt like he was very honest. It took a week or so for the materials to come in which was fine. We were told that we would get a call on the following Monday to schedule the install. Monday turned into Wednesday, so I called them to find out when they would be out. I thought that they'd have a crew of 4 or 5 people. They sent one guy out on a Friday. Yes, just one guy. He didn't get to our house until after 10:30 AM. This was the theme for the next two weeks! Although, there were two guys here for the furnaces and water-heater. They showed up when they wanted to and once I was leaving my house around 11am, thinking that they weren't coming that day and they show up. Then I had to reshuffle my day. The furnaces went in without a problem, but they installed the water heater in the wrong place (didn't leave enough room for the furnace) and had to take it out and re-install it. We were very specific in stating that the bathroom vent needed to go out the side of the house, not through the roof. Luckily I caught them just before they put a hole in my newer roof (voiding the warranty). I was "easier" for them to vent through the roof. Ridiculous! Through the two weeks that they were here they failed to adequately cover my new carpet. I had to use my own sheets. The last day, I had it with them. They asked me for extension cords!!! Really, you don't have any? They again failed to cover my carpet. They were here blowing insulation until 10PM. Tom came down after I called the office to complain, but he never introduced himself or even said hello. He brought extension cords and tarps for the floor, a little too late. Good thing my neighbors didn't complain. There are other things that I was not happy with but I'd run out of space if I wrote them all. I sent an email regarding my dissatisfaction to Pat and that I wanted them to pay to have my new beige carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer. It was ignored. Fast forward to February, when we noticed a pinhole leak in the pipe over the water heater where they cut and soldered the joint. It was very very small and probably had been leaking for a while. I called them to come out and fix it. The guy came and said that they didn't replace that pipe so it wasn't there fault. No, you didn't use new pipe (which I thought they should have), you re-used old pipe and you manipulated it, therefore creating a crack in the pipe. Anyway, the guy said that they would charge $500 (I think) to fix it. We asked for the owner, Tom, to call us. Never got a call. I was so upset! We called a plumber to fix it for about $150. Then they send me a bill for $100 for the service call. The request for Tom to call us was written on the invoice, so he knew that we wanted a call. He chose to ignore us. We send a certified letter explaining why the service charge was void. We also have a 1 year service plan with them, so why are they trying to charge us? He ignored the certified letter also. Now, the Carrier Infinity Touch thermostat is flickering. I called and asked for the service manager to call me back so I could e-mail him a video of the problem (I didn't want them coming out and charging me and saying that it wasn't their fault). No call back. I called again today and was told that he'd call me today. It's 3:15, so time will tell. It is my opinion that this company may do great work on a small job, but they could not handle this job efficiently. The follow-up with this company is non-existent, unless they are calling you to schedule an AC Tune up for a price. No thank you!!!

    All workmen/salesmen were on time and courteous and professional. Timeline was established and work was completed. Joseph, from sales, was excellent. He has a great understanding of the work to be performed and was very helpful in guiding us to the correct equipment.

    I found Rightway on Angies list. I called and two days later Ron . the project manager, was at our home . And at the hour that best fit our schedule. He explained what was needed,and gave us a good price.I highly recommend this company. Mario and his men,Flacco,Manny and Joe were outstanding. They went over and above what I had expected.They care about the quality of their craft and it shows. One of the owners,Al , stopped around and spent 45 minutes with me . Again, rare to find contractors that put in the effort.When Mario and his crew were done, you could not tell they had been there. OUTSTANDING! When time and money permits I will have Mario out to tackle another , less pressing , project. Andrew Saul.

    Joe is a hard worker with a very good work ethic. He is neat, prompt and he goes out of his way to make his clients happy. When there was a mix-up with the bathroom wall tile that I had ordered, Joe offered to drive me to the tile store to return the tile and pick up the right one. It turned out that the one I had ordered was no longer available and I couldn't find another one that I liked. I thought all was lost. But Joe found another tile that I hadn't seen and saved the day. It was even less money than my original choice. Also, when I didn't like the color of the "white" bathtub once it was installed, Joe, without being asked to do it, offered to replace it with something I liked. He said he wanted me to be happy with the work. I picked out another bathtub and Joe installed it. To be fair, I offered to compensate him for the double work and we worked out an agreement. Joe has the patience of a saint! I am very pleased with the work Joe Rota and his company did and would definitely hire Little Rock Construction again.
