    Removed precancerous growth.

This is my second visit to see a doctor in this practice. I had a full skin check for skin cancers - and had a couple of spots zapped. This was a return visit for a check-up. Overall, a good experience. The only negative was a fairly long wait in both the waiting room and then again in the exam room.

There is always a short wait of 15-20minutes, then ushered into room which was prepared for proceedure.
Examined area to operate on, explanation of proceedure and then commenced.
Took approximately 20minutes, dressed wound and provided instructions and made
follow up appointment; written instructions for care of wound  were provided.
Excellent experience, Dr Baker has great bedside manner, helpful staff;  efficient to the point.

I had visited the office previously for a minor issue a week before and had broken out into this mysterious rash. The first time i called about it i ended up having to visit the ER because they would not see me for a few days. I received a prescription for a cream that could be filled over the counter but I could not afford without the script. I had ran out of cream but was instructed to take it for another week. When I asked if it was possible she told me my insurance would not cover it I would have to pay for it. I told the receptionist that wasn't correct so she transferred me to another receptionist who rudely and bluntly told me they would not doing it as if i was up to no good. She didn't ask if I could come in to be seen or ask for any further details. And as far as the original reason i was visiting the office, the visits are causing me more pain the resolution and I'm seeking a second opinion.

I saw Dr. Rollins. He's terrific. Took several scrapings and "zapped" me to take off some odd cells. I try to get an early appointment or the first appointment after lunch as they tend to get backed up.

He is very low-key. He doesnt get you nervous and he is thorough. I feel that my money is well spent. If you have any kind of skin problems, then you need to go see him right away. He knows what to do. He is little hard to get in to see.

Dr. Heymann was concerned, but very calmly explained in detail what was going on and scheduled a follow up visit to ensure the treatment was helping.

I always have to wait at least 30 minutes when I go to this office. Other than the wait time, the experience was good.

I last saw Dr. Maicione for a complete skin check up as I have had melanoma, which Dr M found and held my hand through treatment. Everything is fine.
