ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ABasic Basement CoBasic Basements made this process extremely smooth and easy. We were seriously not inconvenienced at all despite having pretty major work done in our home. You now how you get an estimate of a timeline and a bottom line cost and you figure in your mind "ok double that - it'll take twice as long and cost twice as much"? That was not the care at all. Both the price and timeline estimates were exactly right! Gail made scheduling so easy and even helped me communicate with the township about permits and an outside HVAC company and Bob oversaw that everything was smooth. Whether it was the painters, floor company, inspector or family, everyone has commented how clean and beautiful the work looks -- smooth lines and attention to detail. Gail was always responsive and extremely helpful every step of the way. Bob, our Project Manager, made sure everything ran smoothly and was so helpful in making our vision come to life. Every team member that came into our home- framers, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters- was professional, clean, and did beautiful work. AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. We'll be calling them again for future projects, no doubt.- Charles O.

AFrancis X White Builders IncThis was more than just a routine roof replacement as there was damage to the roof trusses that needed to be addressed. Contractor provided a detailed repair plan which was validated by a professional engineer. Contractor also provided a detailed work schedule. Work was completed as planned. There were no surprises. Work crew was professional and courteous. Clean up was impeccable. Quality of work appears to be top notch. I would highly recommend Francis White for any home contruction / repair /remodeliing work. No BS, no games - just good quality work at a fair price. I might have been able to find someone a bit cheaper, but I would not have gotten a better value.- Walter K.

ALast Detail Custom CarpentryLast Detail supplied a comprehensive list of all phases of the project and outlined what was to be done by each trade. All construction workers were experienced, skillfully carried out their jobs. Even the subcontractors had worked with Last Detail for years. The Township Inspectors knew these men and, unsolicited, told me they did excellent work. The project started as promised, progressed swiftly and finished on time- Thorpe A.

ADeckPro Surface SolutionsRandy is a great communicator and gave a thoughtful estimate, explaining his thinking when he first came out. They always made sure I knew when they were coming ahead of time, and then Ryan would also text when he arrived to do the work to again make sure I knew they were there. The work took a bit longer was a little more involved than initially predicted, and they made sure I knew what was happening. And they did good quality, sturdy work on two long-neglected aspects of the backyard. The deck has never looked so good, and the fence is in the best shape it's ever been in.- Adam Z.

AI hired Palmieri Carpentry a couple weeks ago to install Railings on all 3 stories of my home. They did an amazing job. They added a banister on the 2nd floor and hand rails on each floor as well. I loved the outcome! Price was not bad at all, I look forward to working with them again !
