    Making my appointment was easy and I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The check in was quick and efficient and my appointment was on time. Dr Abella did not make me feel rushed at all and actually made me feel relaxed. She was thorough with my chart and needs.

    Dr. Goldberg performed and endoscopy for my daughter after she was having abdominal pain. Our problem with Dr. Goldberg started when he did the endoscopy and didn't tell my daughter anything about the results. He went off on vacation for two weeks and never said anything about the results before he left. I eventually called because she was in quite a bit of pain and I was concerned. I was told that he had looked over the results before he left. She was finally able to obtain the information over the phone from the physician that was covering for Dr. Goldberg. We were very unhappy. Dr. Goldberg refused to consult with her about her results without her coming in for a consultation. He appeared to be more concerned with insurance reimbursements than my daughter's care.

    I've gone to Dr. Milano for years.  He had been a great doctor - listened, never rushed, and answered every question.  However, recently, I was very disappointed and upset with how his office neglected to inform me the results of a very important health test.  It took another medical office to find out that there was a mistake. First, Dr. Milano's staff told me the test was never performed.  When it was confirmed that the test was actually done, there was no report of the time-sensitive test. It was also interesting to note that before the other medical office noted the mistake, I saw one of Dr. Milano's staff doctors and she did not note the missing test.  Consequently, I moved to another OB-GYN practice. Not only did it take several calls to get my record, they had the nerve to ask me to pay for a copy of the records!  I really like Dr. Milano and had recommended him to friends and family looking for an OB-GYN, but I have lost trust in this practice.

    They have been pretty good. He is good too. With respect to their availability, they are very good. With respect to their punctuality, sometimes I get right in but I have to wait a while for the doctor to come in but other than that they are very punctual. With respect to communication, he does it when I need a prescription filled or I have to have my packs sample come by from my cardiology doctor, Dr Prior. He does it right away, he does right there in his office. It's very convenient.

    Town Medical Associates bills the 1) (cost of the physical) + (the cost of a sick visit) to my insurance company as the total cost for an annual physical. The 2 office visit charges are charged for one single annual physical visit. These 2 charges for the actual physical are in addition to the labs and EKG fees done and correctly billed at an earlier date. Since my employer pays 100% for a physical, I assumed that I was covered. Because this provider lists a code for the physical and another code for a sick visit, I am out of pocket (via my HRA account) by more than $100 for every yearly physical. According to the insurance company, this is a loop-hole that some of the doctors have figured out. Because the Insurance co has given them permission to bill a sick visit with a physical, if it is necessary, they are taking advantage of the extra $100. This provider always bills 2 visits for a physical. Again, this has nothing to do with the lab fees done a week earlier. When I complained to billing, I was told by staff, "I don't know what you are concerned about, your insurance company paid the bill in full." I then said, "You don't understand. 1) I didn't authorize a second visit to the doctor. 2) I wasn't sick 3) you were paid out of my HRA account of which I now only have $400 for an entire year. 4) Nobody gave me an opportunity to decline this service - whatever it was for.

    What I appreciate most about Dr. Milano is his willingness to take time to explain things thoroughly. He gives you the the positives and negatives and tells you why he suggests a certain treatment. He is very encouraging but at the same time is matter of fact.

    Dr. Milano is a rare find. From the ease of making an appointment to his PROMPTNESS (how refreshing) to the amount of time he spent with me and the thoroughness of his examination and follow up (he actually called me personally... unheard of these days) to explain the results!

    They used to have office staff that wasn't quite as attentive but they are much better now. They take there time with me and they are thorough in explaining what they are doing. They are very warm and friendly. Everyone there is very nice. I have been going to Dr. Murray since I have been an adult. They are so nice and attentive to all of the patients. Everyone there is very professional.
