    Overall we could not have asked for a better home sitter. We came back to everything in order, our mail was neatly organized waiting for us, she dusted and vacuumed so I didn't have to come home to a dusty house, our indoor and outdoor plants were taken care of. I completely trust Jessica with our home we could not have chosen a better person. Thank you Jess for leaving that flyer at our house. We will definitely hire Jessica for every future vacation! Thanks Jess!

    It was the first and only ever dog daycare and boarding place that I've gone into that doesn't smell like dogs. If you didn't know where you were, you'd never know you were in a place that had a million dogs in it. My dogs love it and they are super exhausted when they get home, which tired dogs are good. It is kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for.

    It all went very well.  Dr Doyle is the best!  Short of getting Dr. Maus, the owner, himself, you can't do better.  Of course all the docs there are great and I have always felt in good hands there.  All the staff is very professional and yet very human.  They treat you and your animals with utmost respect and caring.  They truly love animals, each and every one and it shows.  Dr. Doyle is very gentle with my dog, and has an excellent "table side"  manner with the client.  I have been with Westfield for some 30 years through some very rough and some good times and I can truly say they are tops.  They are a little more expensive than some maybe, but well worth it.  They are super up to date on everything and can do more for you and your pet than the average vet.  They are unequivocally the best around.  So good in fact the Union county K9 force is their client.  That is good testimony in itself.  If you don;t know where to take your pet, try Westfield.  You won't be disappointed.

    Oradell killed my cat. Literally! Cole was in the hospital 3 times in the last 11 days. He was a regular there, as a Diabetic he was prone to tract infections. He went there again with one of them, and they did their usual fluid treatment and antibiotic and sent him home, but he was back 2 days later with the same thing. This time they kept him 3 days and sent him home, and AGAIN he was back in a few days with the same thing and now he wasn't eating. We ASKED them both of his first 2 visits to do an ultrasound, as his problem seemed different this time. We asked on his third visit if they had found anything and found out they had not done an ultrasound. He was getting worse by the day, and this time they found Pancreatitis, which they could have found if they had done the ultrasound we had asked for, before he had any symptoms. Now he was much worse, not eating, very weak, etc. We went to visit Sunday night and he was breathing very, very hard and fast. The doctor said it was probably just nerves. We told her we wanted a chest X Ray, and she said she would do it as soon as we left. By this morning he could not breathe and they called and told us they had a tube down his throat and he was not breathing. We asked if they found anything on the X Ray and they said he was and quot;just getting ready to go in for itand quot; when he had trouble breathing, a full 16 hours or so after we left and were told they were going to do it right after we left. We were lied to by Dr. Cortez, and our cat died. Pure neglect. And so nobody thinks we are upset and don't want to pay the bill or anything like that, my wife and I have been there with nearly 40 cats in the last dozen years or so, and have probably spent well over $200,000. We are not rich people, we have our house mortgaged to the hilt and have been hitting up our retirement plans for the last several years, but we were always willing to do whatever we had to for our cats, regardless of the cost. We will not step foot in Oradell again.

    We brought a feral cat into Oradell because his third eyelid was covering much of his eyes. I brought him in in a carrier and the "doctor" came in and didn't even look into the carrier at the cat, and began discussing how we needed to pick the cat up by 8 the next morning, as that was when she was leaving. She had no idea what was wrong with the cat. She brought the cat in the back and came out and basically said she did all she could do as the cat was "not cooperative". Basically they did nothing, I think just an antibiotic shot or something, and said they would keep him overnight to see what else they could get done. He is a very sweet, friendly cat. And even if he wasn't, have they ever even heard of a mild sedative? We went back the next morning and they had done nothing else, and asked us to pick the cat up in the parking lot around the back. We were treated like garbage, plain and simple. We are not some people off the streets, we are longtime regular customers that have been there with nearly 40 cats over a dozen years or so and spent a literal fortune there. If this doctor is afraid to deal with a feral cat, then go work at McDonald's. I immediately sent them an e mail, and NEVER got a response. And while they did basically nothing, they had no problem charging us $500, and the cat is in basically in the same shape, but we cannot afford to catch him again and take him somewhere else. I realize a Vet is a business, but if you go into business, do the job you are being paid to do, or don't charge people for your "services".

    Owner called me at 6PM and said he would be over in 15 minutes. At 6:16PM he called me and said he was in a car accident. Said he would callback the next day, but never did. I can only imagine that he either felt it was too far to travel to or maybe looked at my house and felt I didn't have enough money. Actually, I just got my house painted this yr (didn't use Angie's List to find the painter) so I think my house looks just fine. Frankly, he wanted to change me $15 for each of my cats. If you have 5-cats, you do the math. Got my neighbor's kid to look after them. Did an excellent job for 1/2 the price. K9 Experts were going to leave me "high and dry". Very unprofessional!!! Sorry, I don't live in Short Hills, I earn my own money!!

    Excellent facility and personnel.  I have no worries about leaving Scooter with them.  First class treatment and care.  Plenty of "condo" options to choose from.  Large list of activities, such as teaser play sessions and play room. 
    Only issue is that my cat was born feral and lived outside during his first few months.  Even though he and his mother eventually bonded with me, he's still very skittish around other people and a change in normal routine.  The first time he was boarded at Morris Animal Inn, I was told he loved the teaser sessions but hid during the play room sessions (they emailed me about this during my vacation and offered to end the activity but I did not receive the email because I was out-of-the country and turned my smartphone off to avoid roaming charges). 
    So the second time I boarded him there I only signed him up for teaser sessions, which he enjoyed.  But I was told he hid in the litter box while in his condo and didn't eat much during his stay, which is very unusual for him. 
    I've booked him again for my next vacation at the end of August/early September 2014.   There's really no other facility I would consider.  They care for their "guests" and go out-of-the-way to ensure their care.

    In and out quickly.  I have been using these Vets for apx. 2 years now and they're wonderful. My dog is not always the friendliest but he has behaved wonderfully no matter who on the staff is working with him.  A really nice office with good parking, too. Prices are a little higher than I might pay elsewhere but so worth it. I would have reviewed them earlier but I just noticed the Angie's List award on their counter.

    One of my cats (Bubbles) suddenly fell very ill and our regular vet recently closed. I looked up vets on Angie's List and Elizabeth Veterinary Clinic had the most good reviews. When I called and told them about my emergency, they told me to come in right away.The staff and many kitties roaming around the office were super friendly. The vet was very concerned and started blood work and fluids right away. I told her to do whatever she had to do to make him better. Whatever she did worked. I could see the difference right away. He has been fine since

    We started using this practice when we got out dog Peloton, in late July. They've been great! Appointments are easy to get within a few days and all the staff is great. We first saw Dr. Sepulveda for Pel's first visit. He and the technician made my nervous pup comfortable and he had a great first visit. More recently my husband had to make an emergency visit when Pel caught a squirrel, which bit him multiple times on the face. They were able to see him within an hour and Dr. Lederman was great with him. Peloton always gets tons of love and treats every time we visit the office and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the staff.
