  • The staff and the physicians there are just wonderful. They've a very good staff. They're quite busy but they always tend to make time. For things like physicals and what have you, it takes a little more time to get appointments. It's easier to get an appointment with the assistant than his physician but they're both very good.

  • I had switched to One Medical after growing tired of the endless waits at my previous primary care office. On this visit, the office definitely delivered on the promises they make on their website and advertising. I waited less than five minutes before being ushered into an exam room, and received good attention from Nurse Blount. She offered an alternative diagnosis for my chest pain that I had not considered before, and although we agreed I should still visit a cardiologist, I appreciated her knowledgeable assessment. She emailed me followup information that same day, I think. I had to wait a couple weeks for my cholesterol results, and made a phone call to the office in the interim to inquire about what seemed like a delay in getting them back, but when the results did come in, I was emailed them, per One Medical's policy. This was wonderful, saving me from having to return to the office just to get that information.

  • He is very good. Professional at work. Modern. Very thorough. He will recommend anything you need but he checks everything when you go to a physical, he will check everything thoroughly. He goes through the checklist and check everything. And then, as you go in for a regular blood work, he'll check up on that. Reasonable.

  • My first interaction with Dr. Strumeyer was cordial - he asked questions about the reason I'd come in, my symptoms, and I was put on a scrip for six months to see if it would help. It didn't, and every single subsequent visit he expressed consternation that the scrip I was given - and three more followed to this day - didn't do anything, and - his words, not mine - and quot;what you're going through really is normal, you shouldn't even be having a problem.and quot;
    Every appointment I felt like I had to come with empirical data proving that the condition I had was not normal, and I'm this close from setting up a Surveymonkey site to poll people and come back with data. Because I'm not in the age range that normally has to see a urologist, I feel like I'm being pushed to the side. Dr. Strumeyer doesn't strike me as sympathetic in the least and is the epitome of a good doctor but a terrible clinician, the likes of which are far too common.
    I had to push and push to convince him that I was enduring a medical situation that was and still is interfering with my life. I understand the challenge of what I've got and my age, but in the end I more or less abandoned hope of a solution given that the medications Dr. Strumeyer prescribed did nothing and he kept pushing some kind of neurological solution.
    Without going into medical details, I can definitely state that Dr. Strumeyer is not one of the best medical professionals I've had. He may be the world's most brilliant neurologist but he and his schedule don't quite get the fact that his patients are human beings.

  • Dr. Franzese is so kind and takes the time to explain things to you. And he's the one who actually does the procedures on you. He doesn't farm them out to another dr. It's reassuring to know that the person who knows you in the office is the same one who you will see in the hospital. If you have a problem, you don't wait forever to get an appt. If you have a major problem, he will take care of you in the hospital. He's very calming and passes that on to you.

  • Dr Calamari is not only compassionate but she also thinks out of the box when things aren't obvious. She doesn't just shrug her shoulders and leave you to your own. She is also willing to entertain the patient's idea(s). She's very thorough and knowledgeable -- you expect that from a doctor but find it less and less in a GP/PCP. I recommend her highly. Would be lost without her.

  • He sees that his kidney is functioning, has its full capacity and keeps an eye on it. He seems to know what he is doing. My husband trusts him, is good, has lot of patients and takes time with each of his patients. He is very thorough, very busy and takes a lot of time in explaining to each of his patients. His punctuality is not that good but service is good.

  • I love her bedside manner. I think she is a great doctor. She is very personable. She gives great advice and is really concerned about her patients. She is the ultimate doctor that you would want to see. The only negative side is that her office is really hectic. It is difficult to get an appointment, but that is because she spends a lot of time with her patients.

  • The office is very clean. The receptionists are very helpful and accommodating in terms of scheduling appointments. They are a very caring group. It is not a cookie cutter type of practice. All of the receptionist and doctors will take the time with you. They really care about your health. If your appointment is at 3:15 you are taken before 3:15 and you are not taken at 4 pm. I will absolutely continue to use this practice.

  • On my first visit, I explained that I was looking for a new GP. At that visit I only waited approx. 30-40 minutes to be seen and when I interacted with the Dr. he was very nice, though brief. I had gone there for a physical but all he did was check my heart and draw blood for blood tests. The second visit was what had made me give this Dr. such bad scores. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time of 7:45pm and had to wait almost an 1 1/2 hours to be seen - with an appointment!! The staff at the front desk never told me he was runnin that late - pretty much ignored all of us in the waiting room. When I was finally brought in the back I waited another 15 min. to be seen, just to get 5 minutes with the Dr. reading off the test results!! He then got offended when I asked for a copy of the results to send to my Endocronologist. He asked me what I was going to see the Endo for, when I replied then he asked why I was coming to see him then. I explained again that I was looking for a GP. He replied "Well, I don;t just treat sniffles you know. That isn't what I do. So I guess I'll see you back in 3 months if that is what you want or you'll go to your Endo instead then I won't see you. Up to you." I was livid! I'm never going there again and I won't be recommending him to anyone. The icing on the cake is when I came back out to pay my co-pay the receptionist wanted to know when to schedule the follow up, did I want the same time of night? When I said no, that waiting 1 1/2 hours to be seen was too long for me, she acted surprised and said "oh was it that long?" UGH!! Do not go here!!
