FAn appointment was scheduled on Friday for the next day, Saturday. At nearly 6pm, I texted company to ask when they were coming. Prompt response back (so he had his phone wi9th him all day) top tell me that he couldn't come. Then another text blaming me for him being late. He says he wants pictures, which I already told him when I made the appointment that I could not do. Overall, unreliable and nasty. I can forward to texts to anyone who wants to see them.

AChris and crew did a fantastic job with regrading the yard, sodding, pavers and inground sprinkler system. We were looking for a one stop shop and found it with Gold Coast Pavers. Chris was very patient and made sure all our concerns were addressed which was much appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his business and customer service as he was always reachable if needed. The guys they use are also very hard workers and got the job done fast. I would totally recommend them and use them for my next job!

AExtremely happy with the look and the craftsmanship of this job.Arthur, who is the owner, was a pleasure to work with and he and his crew did an excellent job. After we first met he came back with a color draft of what the completed project would look like and the end result looked just as great. His employees were there every day ,rain or shine, and their dedication and hard work was evident in the finished product. My son first used JBA Landscaping and we were impressed with their work and I'm glad we picked them for our patio installation.

FSpoke to Phil to set up a time for an estimate. We received the estimate and after a few days thinking about it, we decided to book Phil. I spoke to him and he told me he would be available Tuesday 5/9/17. On May 9th, no show no call. I waited and waited then reached out to Phil. He had no recollection of who I was. I reminded him and he looked me up via my address. He tells me oh, it's next Tuesday May 16th. I said fine, not a problem, see you next Tuesday. Week goes by, Monday the 15th. I decided to call Phil to touch base with him and confirm our appt for tomorrow the 16th. Once again he has no idea who I am, I remind him and he looks me up. He tells me it's impossible for him to remember considering he speaks to 100 people a day. I explain to him our previous conversations and how important it is for us to have the zones added considering the landscaper is already pushed back. He tells me he will call me back in an hour or to but not to worry. No call back, I do not hear from him. I decided to give him a chance to show up tomorrow. May 16th Tuesday. I take off from work. I waited like a fool. Once again Phil doesn't show up, doesn't call. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend crossisland irrigation. He might do decent work if you can get him to show up. Who knows? His customer service is atrocious and I wouldn't want another Angie's list consumer to have there time wasted. Stay away from cross island irrigation in Lindenhurst unless you like to have your time wasted.
