Diego and his crew were very professional and responsive. While installing, they found that one of the parts wasn't working (not their fault at all). They tried to exchange it on a Saturday, but the store was closed and they came back Monday morning to finish the job. Another small issue came up when the zones were reversed, and Diego was very responsive and came the next day to fix it. I would definitely hire them again.

Horribly. They showed up Friday without a ladder - late by 2 hours. Then they came later again in the day without a ladder and said they would be here at 9am on Saturday to do the work. Saturday at 10:30 they finally showed up even thought he office said they would be here at 9ish. Because of the delay we decided to wax the floors which takes one hour to dry. When they arrived the guy said he would have to come back Monday or walk across the wax floors with his dirty boots. He could have easily done the roof top work. He became argumentation and walked off. Stay away from these guys. They are fraudsters and unprofessional. Anyone else would be better

Miguel and his team did a great job tackling the job. Miguel is very responsive, dedicated and provides reasonable quotes for the work. His team was very professional, timely and executed the job well despite a couple hurdles and curve balls. The heater/vent was a bit larger than I had anticipated and we had to retrofit the hole to accommodate it. Not the easiest job but he handled it very well and his expertise with the electrical portion of the job was certainly top notch. AND without any drywall holes!

David did a wonderful job installing a whole house humidifier in our home. He did it for a great price and he was very responsive. He always got back to me within just a few minutes when I messaged him. The quality of the work was excellent and he did it quickly. The humidifier he installed has been wonderful. It adds what I can only call a beautiful humidity to our home. The air feels like natural outside fresh air now. It's not at all the kind of air you get when you run a room humidifier that always makes the feel stuffy and too wet. It's just feels like natural outside air. Really wonderful! I'd highly recommend it. People pay so much attention to temperature that they rarely think about humidity. But humidity in the wintertime is every bit as important as temperature. Everyone should have one of these!

The night before Thanksgiving my heating unit started giving off an odd smell - odd enough that I shut it down in case it was something serious. I didn't have a go-to resource, so scrolled through Angie's list and read a ton of reviews. Obviously picked Promen, due to the reviews. I emailed Promen Plumbing through the Angie's List site, and even though it was 9:30pm and the night before a holiday I got an instant response. I ended up calling them on Friday morning (although they offered to come right away, but it wasn't an emergency), and Diego came over shortly thereafter. In a nutshell - Diego is awesome. He looked at both of my heating units and put my fears to rest. There wasn't a big issue after all - no service needed. He also took a quick look at my gas fireplaces as I was asking about future service for those. He could have easily charged me an arm and a leg for even checking these out - but he didn't, which I thought was really generous of him. He took the time to explain what we were looking at when he opened up the units, and answered my questions. He's simply a really nice person and professional. Diego is now on my speed dial for May, when I'm definitely having him come out to legitimately service my two air conditioning units. Absolutely recommend Diego and Promen to anyone looking for help!

What a great experience. My furnace went down on the Tuesday before thanksgiving. Joe was there the next day on time with competitive pricing and a great explanation of how everything would happen should I choose his company. They arrived the following Monday, on time, and got to work. By the end of business that day I had heat and hot water. Everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with. Brian got me my quote in 20 minutes, Pat helped me understand and process my financing options and Joe and his entire crew were polite, clean and just real friendly. They even were great with my 2 dogs. Overall an experience that could have been very tense and stressful was anything but. I cannot reccomend this company more highly.

The A/C worked for about 2 days before the fan stopped working again.
I called another company who sent a van that had fan motors stocked and they changed it and now it's working fine.
They laughed at the fact these guys wanted $725 to clean the coils.

Showed up on time, good communication. I had a previous issue of the furnace tripping out on pressure switches which I suspected was due to poor condensation draining form the original install, set-up of the drain hoses to the main drain (not enough slope).  Hudson ran the unit while i was there and it of course performed fine.  Since their visit the unit tripped out multiple times on pressure switch and then too many aborted start attempts (working correctly, doing its job for a blocked exhaust port and resulting in too high of a back pressure).  Hudson didn't resolve the issue, but then it didn't happen while they were onsite (1/2 hr) nor did I ask them to troubleshoot further than the "tune up."  They did do an overall inspection, clean-up and check which let me know I was on the right track.
I bought new drain hose and tees and re-did, and re-shaped the drain line from the exhaust directly into the main drain line which runs to the floor, pitching the exhaust drain line at a proper angle to allow the condensate to drain instead of backing up.  Furnace worked fine for several days after that but then started tripping out again on another fault code unrelated to the pressure switch/drain problem.  Google research led me to remove and clean (with fine cleaning powder like Comet) the flame sensor. Since then the furnace has been running top notch with no issues.

Disclaimer:  Hudson did what they advertised and seemed like honest contractors.  I am a Power Engineer used to troubleshoot control systems for generating stations and complex systems, so a little online research to point me in the right direction coupled with me having the right tools (multi-meter to monitor pressure switches and control circuit) plus the fact that I can read schematics is what allowed me to successfully troubleshoot on my own.  If I had done all I could have and the furnace was still having issues I would have definitely called Hudson back to take over and get the furnace working again, especially given the cold winter we've been experiencing this year.

Although he was the 1st contractor to give me an estimate,  Sam projected such an air of professionalism that I sensed that he would be the guy I would eventual hire.
I went ahead and got 5 other contractor estimates, but my intuition was on the money. He and his crew were courteous, neat, and totally competent. I unhesitantly recommend him to everybody who asks about my AC system.

The guys were nice and very trust worthy. I gave them less than an A because they placed the air rewritten machine in the center of my basement. I wanted it to a corner to maximize my lower level space, but they told me the system world be so much more efficient theory way so I acquiesced. They never told me that with the return right over the machine it sounds like a tornado every time it turns on (it literally wakes me from a sound sleep...) Also the upper unit leaked the very first year I had the system (8 months after installation). They did send some to service the set up within 24 hours of my call. I'm very happy with responsiveness, but I feel I got duped about the noise and wish they had put it in the corner add I had originally wished...our at least informed me about the downside to the efficiency: yes it is more efficient if the return is over the big machine, but it also means you can hear everything, where as if there was tubing running from the return to the machine (set back in a corner) the sound might be diminished...
