    They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware.

    Miguel and his team did a great job tackling the job. Miguel is very responsive, dedicated and provides reasonable quotes for the work. His team was very professional, timely and executed the job well despite a couple hurdles and curve balls. The heater/vent was a bit larger than I had anticipated and we had to retrofit the hole to accommodate it. Not the easiest job but he handled it very well and his expertise with the electrical portion of the job was certainly top notch. AND without any drywall holes!

    I am extremely happy with the work that Frank and his crew did on our condo. Frank was able to do an assessment the DAY I called, he got back with an estimate the next day and we made arrangements to have the work done shortly after. We hired them to paint several rooms and the ended up also repairing some cracks in the ceiling and some cosmetic work on the baseboards and window sills. I am so happy with the result and to top it off, the guys that came over to do the work were incredibly nice and easy-going. Frank came by to inspect the job and made notes to ensure it was done to standard. Very impressed. Will hire them again for my painting needs!

    I got three quotes before choosing a contractor. Sean Carriere's quote was very competitive. He offered to charge me for labor and I could supply my own materials, should I want to go that route. I ended up opening an account at Home Depot and giving Sean the card. I check all receipts and there never were any issues. He even returned product he didn't use for a credit even without telling me. I only found out when I saw the credit on my statement. His work is nothing less then first class. I wanted a perfect house and that is exactly what Sean gave me. He was right on budget. When I requested any additions or changes, he either give me a quote or in many case, did them at no additional charge. When he ran into an issue that he underestimated, he addressed the issue and never came to me for any extra money. When the building department gave him a problem, he dealt with it. When the plumbing sub-contractor he used made an error and required work to be redone, he dealt with it. When the container company that we hired to remove the garbage tried to double bill my credit card, he dealt with it. In a nutshell, he made the project painless for my by jumping on the grenade numerous time. Sean started on the day he said he would start and he was PERSONALLY on the job site every day until the job was finished. I have worked with many other contractors over the years, some good, some horrible, but none as good as Sean. I can only say positive things about him. I recently bought another property and Sean will start on it shortly as well as doing repairs from water damage in my own home. If you want to talk with me about Sean, call me at 917 297 1111. Comment from my wife: I am extremely particular with interior and exterior work. Both Sean and my husband at first thought I was going overboard in my choices for a rental property. But Sean's execution of my ideas and the products he gave me to choose from re windows, inside/outside window trim, siding (style and color), doors, flooring, moldings, trim, granite, etc., made the finished product exceed my expectations. Sean's work and work ethic are top-rate. He is always on time, puts in a full day and is always on site with his crew. There were a few times I wanted something done but didn't know how to make it happen in the space. Sean was always able to think about it for a day or so and come up with a solution. He never has a negative attitude; he's always positive and enthusiastic. Satisfying his clients is his goal. As well as the repairs to our own home, we have lined up Sean and his crew to do the work on our next two projects. He is the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I hope he's always available to do work whenever we need work done.

    Robert responded quickly to my email. He was prompt and responsive with my quote. He showed up when he said he would. He even came back 2 more times to measure an additional room and to pick up a paint swatch. What I also like is that Robert showed up to do the work. Not just the owner but the workforce as well. Robert and his assistant worked quickly and cleanly. Everything you want in an interior painter. I recommend Robert and his company highly

    Punctual, totally professional, courteous, well-spoken, neat, super-quality workmanship, and a very reasonable price. I've owned my house for over 30 years and have dealt with my share of incompetent tradesmen. In the best of worlds, every construction outfit would be as great as Vincent John's Construction. I highly recommend this company.

    All in all it did go well. There were unforeseen issues such as water damage which caused the price to go up. Mark, the project manager, was great to work with. He addressed all of my concerns. This project cost more than I had anticipated. In part because of the water damage to the patio and the framing around the window. A project such as this can be quite frustrating. But the project manager was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding which helped ease my frustration. I would use Paragon Installers again and would insist on working with Mark again.

    The two guys showed up promptly at 9am (said between 8-9am) and started working immediately.  They continued to work the whole day for the given amount of hours (10) per day of a total of (20) hours and only took 30 minutes to eat lunch. The painting was well done and I did make sure to have all the plates, fixtures and grills to be as cost effective as possible. They were very courteous and professional. The place now looks like a whole new apartment. We did have to pay for an additional hour to complete the work but were only charge $90 extra. 
    I would recommend Franklin Painting to anyone looking on this site to use.

    Excellent, timely service and Richard Siewert and his crew were great to work with. Very professional responses and follow-ups prior to the actual day of the closet installations. On the day of the installation, they arrived in a timely manner and installation was perfect. They also cleaned-up the area once installations were done.

    Frank was extremely accomdating as we had a very limited window to get the house painted. He came over on a weekday (late in the evening) and had a look at the place and provided an estimate. His suggestions on the paint colors as well as budgeting for supplies were very valuable. Job took approx. 3 days and was executed perfectly and the clean-up was excellent. The electrical ouotlets..etc. were protected very well so they dont get damaged while painting. Very professional job.
