    Joe's In Home TV Repair
    I contacted Joe's TV Repair on a Tuesday to describe my issue on my 60" Samsung Plasma tv. He asked me detailed questions and had me send the model number to him which I did the next day. He was able to come to my home that day and resolved my issue. I have to give this company credit because I was concerned he'd have to come back the next day or something. All is well with my tv now and I'm glad I contacted this company. Would definitely recommend and call again.

    I have used Statewide Moving numerous times. The statement on the side of the truck was true. I was treated like family. The response was prompt. The service remains professional and complete. All of my fragile items were treated like they were owned by the company. Above all else the politeness of the company from top to bottom was very refreshing compared to today's harsh atmosphere!!

    My last service date with them was June 2015 when I had it turned on.  It was a phone for work. I think it was $60 a month.  It's a corporate plan.  They are always professional when I talk to them.

    Cable is Comcast.  They haven't been doing very good, they're screwing up my billing.  The physical cable service is fine, the cable installation went really well, they just keep billing me outrageous amounts and can't seem to figure out how to correct there own (inaudible).  I got a bill saying I owe zero dollars 30 days later I get a bill saying I owe $566 and I was behind $266.  We've been spending hours on the phone trying to figure out the mystery.  That occurred maybe Thursday, February 25, 2016.  I had a gentlemen telling me yesterday that they're going to shut it off for the amount that I'm behind on.  I'm like come on people, you're the one creating the problem.  The price is terrible, that's the problem with the bill.  They said they accidentally dropped my promotion off my account, that's why I'm getting such an outrageous bill.  The responsiveness wasn't that good either.  They're definitely professional.

    I had to take it back three times but they eventually figured out the problem. Its been working great for almost a year and I use it a lot. I would recommend this company is spite of this incident. They were apologetic and professional otherwise.

    Susan was great.  She responded to me right away.  She had several time slots available for a conference.  She answered all of my questions.  I have been out of the job search arena for a number of years and she was able to get me up to date on what is current in resumes, interviews, cover letters, etc. She is timely and professional.  My resume came out really well.  I highly recommend her to anyone needing a resume "facelift".

    The Good Guys

    Call answered by service, but Carl returned call promptly.  He explained that he uses mornings to set up appointments and do the research and paperwork needed.  Made service call at agreed upon date and time. (Note that he calls ahead to let you know if he is going to be late or early - yes that does happen).  Never expected to have a service call where the technician sits on the floor (using floor protector), takes the back off the tv and starts to pull out circuit boards, but that's what Carl does.  He performs the service on the spot, de-soldering the failing parts and replacing as necessary.  In this case, the problem we were having didn't manifest itself while he was there, but he was pretty sure what the problem was so he replaced some parts.  TV worked perfect for 2 weeks, but then the intermittent color distortion came back.  Carl did a follow-up service call, replaced an additional part - at no additional cost for parts or the service call.  Where does that happen these days???

    The things were great with them.  They're very good.  They came when they were supposed to.  The price is good.  He really was knowledgeable and he knew exactly what is needed to be done.  He came on time.  It was a reasonable price and didn't leave a mess and the repair is still holding.  I was very confident that it's still working out.
