  Excellent inspector (Jarred) performed top to bottom inspection. Was very knowledgeable about the home and what to look out for in a 20 year old property inside and outside. Was on time and spent as much time with me as I wanted. Received the home inspection report within a few hours after he left the property. Highly recommend Jarred.

  Expensive but necessary and worth it. Everything was professional from beginning to end. The inspection performed by Mark confirmed my suspicion that the attic needed to be decontaminated and rodent-proofed. Walking around my attic was tricky because the existing cellulose insulation was too thick and made it difficult to see where to step. Among four other companies that I hired for a free inspection, Mark was the only one who was able to walk around and inspect the attic by carefully sweeping aside the existing insulation. He informed me the pros and cons. The major con was that the existing insulation (which was recently installed by another company, Coastal Insulation) needed to be replaced. I also learned that there were no baffles installed even though this was part of the contract I had with the other company. I had no idea. In order to alleviate the expenses, Mark called the office and was able to get me a considerable discount and waived some fees. On top of that, he was able to accommodate an appointment for me within a week of the inspection. On the day of the job, the workers came on time (it was raining that day). They all wore biohazard suits and booties and carefully covered the floor, stairs and furniture with plastic. The lead worker, Francisco, constantly informed me of concerns, showed me pictures and answered my questions. They finished the job within 5 hours. Francisco vacuumed my stairs and the crew was sweeping my front yard at the end of the day. Mark also returned to ensure everything was done correctly. I had to request a follow-up appointment two weeks later to make sure that the baffles are in place after one night when it was extremely windy. Mark was unavailable but Joseph arrived and was just as professional. He assured me that the baffles are indeed intact and he inspected the rest of the attic to make sure nothing was disturbed. If you need peace of mind for an expensive but necessary home improvement, then Atticrawl is definitely worth it.

  The worst pest control company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with . I paid for the whole years service right up front , that was my mistake. We have problems with ants an spiders an issues with drain flys ( they don���t cover that but they fail to tell you that until after you sign the contract) also stink bugs ( again not covered in the contract) after the years service was completed we still had the same issues so I called the office an spoke with the lady who answers the phones. I told her I wanted to cancel my contact an she informed me that I had to speak to a supervisor in order to cancel service an none were available at that time she told me they would call me back . So I waited an a week later they called an I spoke with service manager Mike who was very apologetic to me an told me he would look into the issue and get back to me . Again I said Mike I want the contract canceled and he told me ok but let me look into this to see what happened. So I agreed not realizing the contract was not canceled. A few days latter he called me back apologizing for the poor service an told me that his records show that my house was missed on several occasions an that he wanted to make it up to me by personally coming out to address my issues, I agreed not realizing the contract was still in effect an that Cooper was still charging me. I had a misfortune on the day Mike was supposed to come out and could not meet with him an called an told him an he told me no problem Mr Rowlands , I figured we were done an the service was canceled... but it wasn���t... month after month I continue to receive bills and every TimeI got one I would call the office an tell them please cancel my service month after month the same thing over and over calling back and forth with Cooper employee after Cooper employee trying to cancel service to no avail. What a horrible experience, in the end it ended up costing me over $300.00 to finally end the contract 6 months latter .... I still have the same issues with the bugs . The Cooper pest control company is a total rip-off, do yourself a favor an go with one of the larger companies with a better reputation... you will be happy that you did. Very poor service .... disappointing!!!

  Master Attic LLC is an exceptionally professional & knowledgeable business. All workers were professional, curtious and very neat / meticulous in their labors! The squirrels came back 30 days after initial treatment. All it took was 1 call to the supervisor , David B. and David himself showed up bright & early the following morning, not even 12.hours from our call to eleavate the problem. A good & honorable company to hire for this type of PROBLEM. AAA+++.

  We had to empty out the kitchen including all the cabinets and wipe them clean so when the technician, Brian comes he starts with " clean slate" so to say, assesse the situation and determine a plan of action. In this case he treated all the surfaces, nooks and corners with application of necessary sprays, laid traps and installed monitors which can be examined at a later date, in this case a month, to check on progress. It is important to destroy the eggs therefore there will be multiple inspections over period a few months until we are all satisfied. Today is the beginning of day 3 and we have not seen any cockroaches so far. Good job.
