    United heathlcare
    The company is based is California and they are very well known in California. But here on the East Coast, most of the medical providers can't stand dealing with them. They roll their eyes when you say you have got United healthcare. A lot of doctors in this area weren't taking on patients for a little while with United healthcare, they had backed out using them again.

    They're very friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the service is really great. They're punctual, they're don't have a long waiting time. They're helpful: if you have issues, they would straighten it up, and if you have medications that might affect you, they can change things out for you.

    One of their offices has a problem with getting back calls with the prescriptions, because a prescription of mine was misplaced and we couldn't find it and we found it three weeks later and they pharmacists had called Capital Health office when I told them and three weeks later they still never got back. They never call with the prescriptions. It's like fighting for your life. If you don't go there about 20 times and ask them to call them. The doctor that I use is great, she listens and she pays attention and she hears you and she helps you get the physicals and get out. The office environment is clean and its beautiful.

    We liked them. We had a mirad of services through them not just home health aids. Counseling, therapists, different providers. We liked their holistic approach. The nurses were good they tried to be consistent and generally tried to send the same people.

    They were fantastic and I was gonna change my doctor and I'm going over there for now because they were so good. They took care of me and make sure that I'm being take care off. The doctors and nurses there are fantastic. Everything there was so great, I was blown away.

    I like Walgreens Pharmacy very much. They have a drive-thru. Things like that are very helpful. I don't like to leave my mom alone while I go into the store. So, that's quick, fast and I don't leave her alone. They'll have the prescription ready the same day I call it in. They'll call me back on the phone and say your prescription ready. And I just go over there and everything is done and ready. That's great.

    My wife made the appointment since I was playing phone tag for 4 days ( no one seems to ever pick up the phone even after pressing all the numbers on their phone system). Came to his new office - quite nice. He saw me in about 25 mins (less then the usual wait) which was great. He prescribed medicine, sent me for an X-ray - no appointment needed. Medicine worked well. Nurse called me back and told me the X-ray was fine, but I had a touch of arthritis - indicated nothing else could be done. Contacted doctor later and gave him some additional info - he sent me to another doctor for additional treatment, as he previously mentioned as a possibility.

    Capital Health Regional Medical Center
    They are in Hopewell now, with a brand new hospital. I would recommend them, and I would go back. People won’t shy away because of their location, they are located in New Jersey, and we are in Pennsylvania. So why should we go to another hospital which is an equal number of miles inland, when we can go across the river and have a superior hospital, with all brand new equipment. The doctors over there, even when I referred my daughter which was years ago, they surpassed any kind of expectation of any hospital. It was spiritually, not just doing my number. They took the time to make sure where I was, how things were, and if everything was alright. This hospital is really quick, maybe I waited thirty minutes. They treated me pretty well.

    I prefer to support small local businesses versus larger chains. Unfortunately, this pharmacy although local and conveniently close to my home did not provide good customer service that one might expense from a smaller local business. Prescription refills are seldom ready when you arrive to pick them up even if several days have lapsed. Communication is not provided to the customer that refills may take extra time at time of renewal or drop off. I have since switched to another local pharmacy and pleased with their service so far.
