I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dentist. Despite telling them that I didn't need x-rays and a cleaning (as I had a tooth that was bothering me and my priority was getting it taken care of), and taking time off specifically to get that tooth fixed, they proceeded to take x-rays and clean my teeth then proceeded to tell me that they did not have time to fix the tooth that was bothering me. When I explained this, they told me they couldn't do it as someone was scheduled after me. They could see my displeasure and came back and told me the patient had cancelled. Dr. Christie (not listed on website - must be subcontractor?) proceeded to replace a filling in my front tooth that didn't need replacing and that I didn't ask to have done. He did a horrible job and when he was done, he hadn't filed it properly and one tooth was shorter than the other. During all this, the laughing gas didn't work (one of the reasons I chose this practice) and midway through we had to change rooms and two pieces of equipment broke. About a week after going there, the front tooth that was worked on chipped. When I called the office, they said they would fix it for free since they wanted me to be happy with the work. About a month after they fixed it the second time, it chipped again and they told me that they wouldn't be fixing it for free anymore and that it was basically my fault because I was putting too much pressure on my front teeth. So now I'm out several hundred dollars (and will have to pay another dentist to fix their mistake), never got the work done I wanted and needed, and have a front tooth that will now give me problems as it is now weaker from the work that they did. Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible experience.

Dr. Osias has been my PCP for over a year now. She is fantastic. Her office does not overbook and is always on time. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Normally I arrive right on time and they are waiting for me. She works very closely with me to monitor my chronic illness.

Confusion with a scheduled appointment led to a $300 cancellation fee. $300! During the holidays, for an appointment that was attempted to be rescheduled. It's not his fault that the appointment was canceled. It's abhorrent that this is what they think is justified. If that is policy for that, then you understand what you're paying for. Be wary. Nice staff. Questionable motivation for service principles.

I had been having pain in my upper jaw that was getting worse.  At first I thought it was sinus related, but I began to realize that it was a toothache.  I called for an appointment and explained I was beginning to have pain.  The staff member I spoke with on the phone was very understanding, and got me in the same day. I was very pleasantly surprised because I though I might have to wait a few days to be seen.

I cannot say enough good things about the dentist who took care of me, Dr. Kimberly Tinger.  As well as being very competent and professional, she is truly the nicest and most compassionate dentist I've ever gone to.  Dr. Tinger clearly explained what she would be doing as the procedure was taking place so there were no surprises. She was always alert to how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.  Her assistant was outstanding as well.

I've been going to this office for several years, and I have been consistently pleased with the level of care I have received,.  The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they seem to really care about the patients.  The dental assistants and dental hygienist who worked on me have been wonderful.  I am very satisfied with this practice and would not go anywhere else.  Dr. Tinger is the best!

The company is based is California and they are very well known in California. But here on the East Coast, most of the medical providers can't stand dealing with them. They roll their eyes when you say you have got United healthcare. A lot of doctors in this area weren't taking on patients for a little while with United healthcare, they had backed out using them again.

It was okay. Last visit went very well. But I do usually have a problem with them, just really taking too long. The wait time is too long. It's very hard to get an appointment there. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I'm going to use them in future only because it's convenient.

Dr. Linder was okay. We didn't really visit much with him because he passes off to his associates right after the first exam. I didn't think he gave my husband the attention that my husband needed, as far as listening to what the problems were. He was more of a I'll-tell-you-you-don't-tell-me kind of a guy. I'm sure his skill is up there. But, the fact that he doesn't listen impedes his ability to be a better doctor. The appointments are hard to get. The office is not very fresh and new. It's in an older building. The staff is okay. They're not exactly friendly. He was very good at explaining things, but he wasn't very good at listening. My husband had so many problems with the kidney stones that it took eight visits to get rid of them. Most people have one or two or three. He had eight. But, Dr. Linder only did one. It was his associates that did the rest of them.

He was so-so. None of the doctors in that office excited me. None of them made me think that they're great. None of them made me think that they were above an 'A' or even an 'A'. Every patient is the same cookie cutter and my husband wasn't the same. He has got more things wrong with him than most people. His kidney stones were worse than most. I didn't think he was great. I didn't think he was caring. He was probably knowledgeable. But, when it came to caring about the patient as an individual, I didn't see that. It was more like just another patient, another bladder and kidney.

As stated above both my wife and I had a pleasant experience (unusual for those of us who hate going to the dentist). We were satisfied with the work done. The dentists were each pleasant, reassuring, and gentle.

Weeks after the knee replacement I literally ran down the hallway picked him up and hugged him--no apparatus used. Of course he was not too happy with my lack of judgement. My point is that I was mobile. In regard to the MAJOR SURGERY on my right leg and hip, The entire surgical plan was amazing from using a trauma surgeon to take out old rods and plates and then replace them with new hardware to having an actual 3 D replica of my pelvis and hip, and using Roy the robot for more precise placement of the new hip. In short after a long surgery and losing significant blood I was walking the entire hospital hallway the next day, free of pain. This was May 12, 2015. Today I am pain free and mobile for the first time in nearly a decade. Oh ,did I mention he also lengthened my leg by 1 1/4 inches. I read a negative review about Mercer Bucks and I had experience with their pain management specialist and I agree he is arrogant, demeaning, and impassionate but Mercer Bucks should not be judged because of one rotten apple. Their other doctors are also exceptional, especially Dr. Michael Ast.
