    Darek and his guys did an excellent job on my floors and railings. They were always prompt, professional, and neat. He was knowledgeable about different woods and was able to advise me when choosing a floor. The work they did was excellent and they use all dustless equipment, so there was no dusty mess - my floors and railings are beautiful!

    THANK GOD I FINALLY FOUND A FABULOUS UPHOLSTERY SHOP!!! We recently moved here and I had so many things that needed mending because I never found a good place in our former town. I am SO pleased with Peroni's. They do EXCELLENT work - and I am extremely exacting - plus they are the nicest group of people too!! I had to move clear across the country to find a good upholsterer. I have used them twice and they are now and forever my "go to" upholsterers (and rug cleaner)!

    The move went as well as we could have hoped. The crew of 4 arrived exactly when expected and worked hard the entire day. They finished half an hour earlier than the estimate. They were great about putting boxes in the right rooms and arranging the furniture the way I wanted it. They seemed genuinely appalled at the idea of me carrying anything on my own. I would recommend them and have already passed on their information to a friend.

    I bought all my appliances from them 20 years ago. My microwave broke. It's a built in microwave. I went to every store that exists. I have an odd size, and no one would help me. Since it was built in and I didn't want to take my kitchen apart, I wanted something to just fit in there. I didn't know what measurements to go by because I couldn't find and exact measurement of microwave to be replaced. I went to some appliance stores and asked if I purchase it and it doesn't fit. They said I'd have to pay a restocking fee of 30%. I remembered I bought all my original appliances from H & H. I them on the phone and he said to measure this, measure that and send me a picture on my cell phone. He then goes, I've got the microwave for you. I'm going to delivery it to you free of charge. If you want it installed it will cost you some money but you don't need that because it's easy and you can do that yourself. He brought the microwave two days later. They even popped it into the space for me. Fits perfect. He was the only one who would listen. He was Dennis. He's a darling. He's really nice on the phone. He was very helpful and he reassured me because I wasn't sure what to measure. For price, they all cost about the same thing, I just got better service for the same price.

    My washer broke in my studio. It's a massage studio, so it���s considered a business and you have to know the warranty from day one. I was looking for a commercial washer. I called them and they advised me that there was a really good commercial washer that will live for a long time, and it can handle the big loads that I need. Which is only sheets and blankets, because that is all you wash in a massage studio. The size was fine and everything. I don���t really care about the price at some point, when something works what kind of a convenience that is? It doesn���t matter if it cost a hundred dollars more, because the aggravation you have when it doesn���t work is so much more than that hundred dollars. It���s not even that, the thing is my biggest concern was that none of these washers had any noise ratings. In a massage studio with walls that are paper thin, it is very important that the washer is not too loud. So, I went over there, I looked at this washer and said, ���I have this concern!��� The guy says to me, ���well, listen, I���ve got one of these washers on that floor model. I can give it too you a $100 cheaper! I���ll deliver it to you and if you feel like it���s too loud, we���ll take it back then you would just have to pick something else. Then again H & H, they brought it, they installed it, it worked. The little drainage hose was not working so well, it sort of came out of its enclosure all the time, spraying water all over the place. I wasn���t sure what to do, I called them. They answered the stupid question with a lot of patience and said, ���just put a little zip tie around it!��� Which is dud, I should have realized that myself. That is the kind of service that they do So yea, you know what! I don���t care if it cost a hundred dollars more, which it doesn���t by the way! I am going to keep using them for my appliances because they listen. They give you really good service, you have somebody on the other line that���s like, ���Oh, it���s not just a job, I���m going to try to make this customer happy, I���m going to try and listen to what she really needs!��� They are excellent and they are going to have my business. I don���t care what other people do! I left on May 5th and I said, I need to get this washer because I can���t go on vacation with my girl staying in a studio with a washer that doesn���t work. It���s going to be a nightmare, who in the heck going to wash those sheets? They deliver no matter what and they charge you very little. They come when they say they���re going to come. They don���t come two hours after your huge window. The price was fine. I paid more for that other stupid machine that was terrible and I didn���t buy it from them because I didn���t remember.

    It went great Kevin came out and did the estimate. He was on time for the appointment set between the two of us. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He explained everything to me because I had no idea what needed to be done. I did a couple of estimates shopping around and he was the best of them because of the way he presented everything and explained everything. He did not treat me like an idiot because of all the questions I had and told me things the way I could understand them.

    By September of 2015 i still had not received the furniture although my credit card was charged back in April in full.  They were very difficult to get ahold of and when I asked for a refund since I did not receive my furniture after waiting for 19 weeks, they suggested that I make a claim through my credit card and they would not refund me.

    The basic moving services for the boxed goods was fine. The movers were friendly and efficient.
    However, an 'expert' was provided for the piano, and he was anything but. He did not have the appropriate tools - - notably the mallet required for removing and re inserting the legs. This delayed completion of the job by an hour, costing me the hourly rate for three movers. He supervised and led the setup in the piano at the new house. Afterwards, it did not operate correctly. When the piano repair man came to tune and fix the piano he found:
    1  The bar that operates the soft pedal was not in place  - it was left dangling under the piano
    2  The dowel required for the middle pedal was missing.
    3  When the repair man looked inside the loud pedal assembly to find out what was rattling, he found the missing dowel.
    4  Scratches were left on the floor from repositioning the piano.
    4  It cost me $135 to have the piano problems diagnosed and fixed. The scratches remain.
    5  The owner of the business has been dodging my phone class for several weeks since I first spoke with her, and she told me she would call me back. She claimed that I saved a lot of money by not hiring a piano mover company for the instrument, so I still came out ahead.
    I recommend this company for basic moving of boxed goods.
    But I warn you not to hire them for large, valuable pieces like mine.

    Randy, the "salesman" came off nice, polite and professional initially, but don't be fooled...It's just a front! Front that point on it all went downhill.







    Even though he came for an estimate, he still used the previous contractor's measurements for his own, which led us to have to get a new insert, since the one we wanted wouldn't fit.  The original insert had to be sent back  since it couldn't fit







    He failed to clarify what "flashing"  was to be done.  We were given the impression that flashing would be done around chimney.  However, only the flashing was done around the top of the chimney, not the part of the chimney that goes around the home.







    The liner was on "order" for weeks when it was in the warehouse the whole time, further delaying this install. Either miscommunication or just plain lying.  On top of that they snuck in the liner costs in the price which wasn't broken down for us.











    The whole ordeal took 3 months!!  It was all a one sided conversation with them.  We always had to call to follow up with them on anything.  They hardly kept in communication with us. Extremely unprofessional.  They lack communication between the customer and themselves.  They take messages there for Randy, etc,, but somehow they always forget to be passed on.







    I can go on and on about this "business" but the main takeaway is go somewhere else, it's not worth the headache and stress.

    The finished product turned out beautifully. All the wood trim was touched up and polished as well, and extra accent pillows were provided at my request. The loveseat was a 25 year old piece from Ethan Allen, and it looks like new. In fact, we like it better than the original!
