    Team Toyota of Princeton
After waiting 2.5 hours, service guy Chuck Ratkay said to me that they broke the oil plug on my 2009 Toyota Avalon and now I have to pay for a new oil pan cost $ 650.00, he said it is not his fault, kept insisting it is not his fault over and over , he then said he will do me a favor by making new thread in the oil pan and put a oversized bot which may or may not hold, right next morning I saw oil leK under the car. They knew it is leaking oil but gave me the car anyway , they did not care, they even made me pay for the oil change, now I am out $650.00 plus a new oil change, these ppl are all about money and all these arranged reviews of great customer are very sad, I complained to them, their general manager , service director and manager , they did not even bother to respond, I have all the receipts, invoices As for tire rotation they claim there is a fine cut in one of the rear tires which they couldnt show it to me , so they got a way with not rotating the tires , total dishonest people, I would stay away from this outfit unless you have money to throw around

    AAA Lawrenceville Car Care
These guys suck! Incompetent, expensive and indifferent when I brought my vehicle back due to problems with their shoddy service. They installed new brakes and the day I collected the vehicle, as I was driving it away from AAA Lawrenceville, I could hear this horrendous grinding noise that sounded like rocks rubbing. I called and someone named Juan told me not to worry, the parts just need a few days to settle in. Like an idiot, I believed him! But took it back after 2-3 days. They managed to get the grinding noise to stop, but soon thereafter they began squeaking, same routine. This happened repeatedly with regular trips back trying to get them to fix them properly once and for all. THEN, the last time the manager told me everything is fine don't worry. I invited him to ride with me and hear the loud squeaking when I apply the brakes. He smirked smugly and told me he didn't need to hear it his mechanic told him the brakes were fine! When I asked "really? are brakes supposed to make that horrible noise? Because I feel they shouldn't." He just smirked and said after so long they can't be responsible anymore! I pointed out this problem started the day they made the repairs, but he just stood there staring at me, then said no, he was not going to fix the brakes. And don't get me started on the thousands I wasted on new struts at this place: They used parts of such poor quality that only a couple of years later they need to be replaced again (this after the originals lasted 160,000 miles). DON'T TAKE YOUR CARE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY FOR SHODDY WORK.

Ramsey's Service Center, Auto Repair Shop
First, the owner Bob Ramsey started working on my Toyota Tundra about 10 minutes after we arrived. Since we traveled nearly 50 miles to get to his shop we very much appreciated the speedy service. As requested, he did the oil change, bulb replacement and repaired the signal problem on my Toyota Tundra. My wife and I were pleased. In fact she has a problem with her car smoking and plans to take it to him next hopefully things will work out for her too. For me, I'm a satisfied customer of Ramsey's Service Center!!!

Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care
Just had my 1993 Ford Conversion van's Transmission rebuilt. Roland explained in detail the process as well as providing a accurate estimate of all work that was to be performed. The rebuild was done in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The Van runs magnificently. I had a good feeling from the start after speaking with Roland over the phone and upon dropping it off. Not often do you find an individual who will take the time to explain everything to you in a manner that you can understand. The master mechanics who worked on the Van were top-notch well seasoned professionals who not only repaired the transmission but brought to my attention other critical and non-critical issues that required attention. I have been to many repair facilities over the past 40 years and have never been more satisfied with the over-all process from start to finish. This is the place to go!!!

    Sabo's Automotive LLC.
They are actually a startup company. The mechanic has been doing it for nearly 20 years and he opened up his own business about 6/8 months ago. I think very highly of him and his business practices. I use him routinely for oil changes and any issues with the car. The time before this I got tires from them and I got brakes done with them. He has serviced my car for the last 10 years. His prices are competitive, but the biggest thing is that he’s honest and he does good work. His price is no more or no less. I am going to give him an “A” for price, only because of the honesty. I mean he never charges me for something that I don’t need, he’ll be up front with it. I go in for one thing and although his prices are competitive, you can’t say that you’re getting a deal necessarily. What you can say is that he never does anything that you don’t need. If there is like a quote of something that you’re looking for is that Sabo Automotive is experienced, trustworthy and honest.

They're very good. The quality is very good. It's usually done in an hour, hour and a half. The luck I had was, it was always a day that I had to work, because I'm up so early, as soon as they open, I was one of the first people there. It's usually an hour and a half if they have to get a part. They've been usually up front with me though.

Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care
Analysis was thorough but took a little longer to complete tha I had expected. Minimum and maximum costs were explained in advance. Cost of parts were in keeping with what I would have paid independently. Labor was reasonable and work was completed on date promised. Transmission worked better than it ever had before. There was a minor leak that showed up after the break in period which they identified in follow up inspection and repaired with no hassle.

    Miller Ford Lincoln
They are very nice. They call me once in a while to be sure everything is okay. When I had a problem I called them and they sent a tow truck the next day to pick up the car and give me a loaner. They treat me like family. They don't take shortcuts on quality. I've bought at least 6 or 7 new cars there. I've never had any problems. The salesmen are so polite. They call to remind you when you lease is soon to be up.

Cost was in line with best internet price. Charged me what they had estimated. Truck runs better than ever. Took a couple days longer than expected but they got it to me when I needed it. That was in May. Truck has been doing fine since. Would use them again.

    On-Site Automotive Services
I trust him. He's a professional and knows cars the best. He is always done in one day, the car has never had to stay overnight. When I've had multiple problems, he will tell me what can wait and which ones had to be done right away. He didn't sell me on that everything had to be done all at one time.
