  • Windows are great. Second home does not get above 78 degrees inside even when temp outside is in the 90's. This is when I leave house vacant and with cooling off for a week. Before new windows it would be in high 80's. Great installation job with very neat caulking. Original house windows were 20 years old. Going to replace some windows at main residence with these Universal windows.

  • It could not have gone better. The team worked carefully within our home and provided great cleanup so thorough one would not have known they were there. They moved back into place heavy furniture that friends had pushed aside for us (in our 70s, we needed the assist). They took away the large bedroom window shade, we would have had trouble in disposing of same. Upon closure, the crew "captain" took me through the workings of the windows, leaving behind simple illustrative paperwork to reinforce or later remind us of what we'd learned. This was a top notch installation.

  • First off I would like to say that Jim & John were very respectful and profesional.  There work defentily speaks for itself.  The price was very resonable as well.  They left there work area just as clean as they found it and treated our Home as if it was theirs.  They were on time and also well prepared for the  job.  I would recommed them to anyone I know.  Very happy with these guys and the work they did.  Thanks again

  • ALL work done by Scott Green (owner) has always been of superior quality. His employees are also very skilled with their trade and very professional. I would very quickly recommend 391 Aluminum to anyone considering windows, siding, etc.

  • I noticed sales person, Doug Connor, was not pushy and did not try to upsell with items not needed.  Windows arrived before expected due date and were installed the following week.  Installers were very conscientious, took their time, and did a great job with installation.  The new windows open and close very easily.  In fact, we can open them with one finger.  We have also noticed they provide great insulating value.  These windows were installed in a second home that is not cooled during the summer when we are not there.  Despite those weeks that had each day's outside temperature between 95-100, the inside never got hotter than 81 degrees (I could check on my Nest thermostat).  We were amazed the way it reduced the air conditioning costs and I am sure it will have the same impact on heating. 

    We could not afford to do 4 additional windows when the 10 were installed but plan on doing the remaining 4 as soon as we can afford it.  We are that pleased!

    I would strongly recommend using Universal Direct if you need windows.  I mentioned this to one of my co-workers and he bought one of their sliding glass doors that was installed last week.  He was just as pleased and his comments to me were almost identical to what I have stated above.

  • I bought all new windows and doors from these guys about 7 years ago and I can't recommend them enough! I ended up with a few problems with the manufacturer (superseal now defunct) but in my experience you always end up with some kind of problem but it's how the company handles these problems that sets them apart. Asbury Window has stood behind their warranty like no other company I have dealt with. I feel like I'm treated like a new customer whenever I talk to them rather than the guy who is calling them with a problem. That is why I wanted to write a review. Anyone can sell you a product and walk away, it takes good people to stand behind that product and provide you excellent service years after you have paid them. Thanks guys!

  • I would love to give them all 5 stars but their lack of communication, unreliable punctuality, and attention to detail resulted in me having to give an average rating. When I had my windows replaced, a snow storm was foretasted. Prior to the storm I noticed gaps between the new window frame and my old wood siding that looked to be a leakage hazard. When I asked about it, I was assured there would be no problem and I should not worry about it. Well 2 days later and 11 inches of snow, I was tearing up the dry wall under two of the three windows that had snow melting down the gaps soaking the wood frame, insulation and floor. When I texted my POC at the company, it was never answered and a week later someone finally showed up to address the situation. Yes, I get it, the snow delayed work but to go a week with NO communication or a "Hey, we will fix this, don't worry" is unacceptable. Then, when the rear trim was stripped and replaced with a more modern look, I noticed the lack of insulation that was present prior to them putting up the soffit. I addressed my concern and even offered to buy a more expensive insulation to stuff in the gap as my water pipes were at risk of freezing. I was told it would get handled. However, after a night where temperatures dropped below 10* I was outside ripping down soffit to see no extra insulation was added and my kitchen and bathroom pipes frozen. I contacted them and instructed them to replace the soffit after I properly insulated the pipes and added 2 layers of insulation around the pipes. I then requested 2 access panels to be installed in the two areas were the pipes froze, which they did at no additional cost. Next came an archway that was flanked by two white vinyl corners that look magnificent but lacked completion as the white did not continue through the arch; just the sides. We requested something be done as it just did not look right. At no additional cost, they found a vinyl arch. However, when they showed up to install it, it was not painted and they suggest I paint it myself after they install it. Yeah, paint something white over my $10,000 brand new siding when you could have easily painted it prior to coming weeks later to install. When they returned a week alter to install it after painting it looked amazing. All that was left was to reattach the gutters that were taken down prior to the install. A few are hung, the others are still sitting on the ground beside the house. The ones that are hung look as if my unmechanically inclined hands did it. If I wanted them to look crooked and leak at every join I would've down them myself. All in all the finished project, when it finally is finished, made our fixer upper turn into a head turner. Several neighbors have showed their amazement how different it looks and for information who did it. We have proudly said DuraPlex because of the work that was done and the short time it took to do the actual job. Take special interest in your communication lines and you would have gotten 5 stars across the board.

  • It went excellent. The office staff contacted us to advise us the dumpster and supplies would be delivered the next day. The team who completed the job were efficient and professional. The job was completed and cleaned up in one day. They even came back 2 days after to inspect the property / house for debris. We were so pleased with All County that we hired them back to replace some of our windows.

  • Installation went great! Installers arrived well within the time frame I was given. Old door was removed and new one installed. I was very impressed with the installers...they were very professional and paid attention to detail. The entire area was cleaned up after installation. The door operates with ease and is so much better than the old one! I highly recommend this company!
