  • They're the worst. I go to Brick Town which is 15 miles away because my local hospital is really dirty. They whole system is bad. They sent me upstairs on a bed that had no sheets on. I said, this bed has no sheets. They said, we'll take care of it and they never did. I wound up staying there overnight before they even addressed it. I left and went to another hospital because I had a fever and an infection. Its kind of a dingy place and they just don't seem to take a personal interest to anyone. Everybody says the same thing. Everybody that goes there gets that disease. The ambulance has come and I have them take me to the other hospital because you do have the option. I wouldn't let the ambulance take me to this hospital if I have to.

  • My mother was admitted to RWJ through the ER and kept overnight for observation. Staff on-site were extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses on staff kept in constant contact with me during her stay and ensured she was receiving the best of care. The discharge process went smoothly and her assigned social worker ensured all of her paperwork was in order. Very satisfied with this experience.

  • Had a heart attack in the evening and was taken to Brick hospital by EMT. They tried angioplasties but could not perform it. They had to transfer me to Jersey Shore University Medical Center around midnight. The chief cardio surgeon, Dr. Neibart was summoned who performed a tremendous open heart surgery on me with three bypasses. I stayed there for approximately four nights. The hospital is all private rooms with great decors. The staff especially in the cardiac ward were super friendly. I will not go to any other hospital if I ever need to.

  • They rushed me into the back as soon as I arrived and told me I would be in the ER at least four hours. If the tests came back negative I could go home otherwise I would be admitted. Thankfully it turned out to not be a heart attack and I was released after four hours. They did get the diagnosis wrong by not asking me if I had ever had shingles in the past. They diagnosed me with Costalcondritis. However I actually had Post-Shingles Neuralgia. Both are quite painful but at least there is a treatment for the Post-Shingles Neuralgia.

  • The experience was good. They were very nice and very helpful. We used Dr. Shaker there and he was pretty good. It is a nice place. My sister went there and there wasn't any availability. Her daughter was there and she had to wait a long time to get an official spot. I would probably use them in the future.

  • I have found that my waiting time is reasonably short. I've been seen very promptly. I've been there at many different times of day and I've never had a problem. I've found their nurses and support staff to be excellent. Their health physicians seem to be right on top of things. Have a great follow up system when they call you depending on the reason of your visit to check up and made sure everything is going well.

    You go in they pull your file, as if everything is ok, ask about changes, NEXT! You go in and you're out of there.
