  • I brought my vehicle here to be checked for possible water damage inside the door panels, I was told the car would be done by the next day, and it was never moved from the place I parked it for 24 hours. When I called to inquire about it they never touched it and said it would be longer. They said it was done the next day they were vague about their findings. It appeared that my car wasn't touched. But I can't be certain. My insurance company asked for photos of the inside of the door panels and those allegedly were lost . Which lead me to believe the car wasn't looked at in the first place. When I called to follow up about the photos it took a long time to get a phone call back. In person and on the phone I was treated rudely. When I called to follow up another time regarding the insurance photos they lost the paper work all together that needed to be sent over to the insurance company also. Would never bring another vehicle there again.

  • The car was repaired and when I picked it up the keypad did not work.  I told the worker it was not working and he said the battery was probably dead.   I told him I doubted that but, I would try my wife's keypad.  It did not work either.  Jack's told me to take the car to Honda...so I did.  The fix was simple and I cannot understand why Jack's could not do that!  Then I noticed that the heated mirrors were not working.  I had Honda take the door apart...at my expense...and they said that Jack's Auto Body put US doors on the car not Canadian (where the car was made).  So I took it back to Jack's.  They said they no longer had my doors and that they would have to order the harness for the mirrors.  I heard nothing for weeks so, I went and asked the Jack's representative what happened.  He went in the auto body area and, suddenly, my old doors were there and the harness for the heated mirrors was available.   Unbelievable!!!

     I need to say that Jack's  did a HORRIBLE job on my car...the doors must be used, are rippled and just sub-par!!!!!!!!!!!
    I get angry just looking at it daily!!  I am a senior citizen and thought I'd hold on to the car for 2 more years...but, now, I cannot stand looking at it.
    Jack's has no quality control...push them in and push them out.  They are totally inept!

  • They were terrific. I did not have to pay for the service since my insurance covered it. I just had to pay the deductible. They were fantastic. They had everything done within a week. They were pleasurable. They had everything done and then they called me. They helped me with everything that had to be done and with the rental. I would go back to them again in the future if I need to.

  • The car was delivered to me with the remote key not working.  They said at Jack's that they could not fix it.    They also said it was probably a dead battery in the remote.  Well, it worked prior to the accident and my wife's key did not work either after the repair either. Jack's Auto Body personnel said. t I should take my car to Honda to look at why the key was not working..  While at the Honda dealer I asked why the remote heated mirrors were not working after the repair  (no one checked this?)....Jack's put (I think) used doors on my car and, according to Honda, they, were US made doors that did not have the electrical harness on the door to connect the heated mirrors.  My car was made in Canada.  I paid for Honda to take the door apart to investigate this and they wrote an explanation to Jack's Auto body so they could remedy the problem.  They also fixed the remote key by a simple program...no charge to me.. 



    I took the Honda report to Jack's and told them that Honda said the harness was probably on the damaged doors.  The representative said the doors were already gone but they would fix the harness.  I heard nothing for a month from Jack's so t I went to Jack's Auto body.  This time they had the old doors and the harness and fixed it.



    Most importantly, the repair on my car is horrible.  The doors have ripples in them and every time I get in my car I am sickened.  This is my car and I did not cause the accident.  But, I have a daily reminder of the accident due to the shoddy work provided by this body shop.
