  • Brian was wonderful. He was upfront about costs, estimate was accurate. He gave a 2 hour window for his arrival, was on time both times. Brian called before arriving (about 10 minutes out) which was great, as I have dogs and didn't want them getting more attention than the washer. I would definitely hire them again. It's nice to find people that stand behind their work. Old fashioned professionalism!

  • Very well. After scheduling a time/date for the repair, he called to let me know he was on his way. He had the tools and replacement part with him to complete the repairs. Very professional and quick! He was also able to answer additional questions I had, along with giving me some tips to optimize the overall performance of the dishwasher.

  • Rrpairman stated that refrigerator functions were highly technical and he didn't want to get involved with functions thst involved computer based technology. This was after he showed up at 6;15, iwas told repairman would arrive between 1 -6 PM anf would call when they were on route. When he arrivex I told him that I expected a call but he said he wasn't given my phone number. Overall it wasn't a positive experoence.

  • I called this place and someone actually answered the phone..and was very polite..we spoke about my situation..said he could have someone out in the morning..first thing the next day I got a call as promised..by then the noises stopped..so I never used them..however the customer service was excellent ..will keep them in mind should I need appliance repair in future

  • I called Dover Appliance to have someone come out and take a look at my oven that wouldn't like. No one answered the phone, so I left a message and received a call back within a couple of hours. They were able to come first thing the next morning, and showed up on time. Luckily for me it was just the igniter in my oven and was an easy fix, but he had the part with him in the truck and was able to fix it immediately, and at a reasonable price! I would definitely use them again for any appliance repairs that I needed and recommend them!

  • Very responsive.  We left a message and they called back within the hour.  Luckily, a serviceman was only minutes away.  The gentleman, an older gentleman, (sadly I cannot recall his name), the owner's Dad arrived shortly thereafter.  He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, told us how much it would cost to repair and went immediately to work upon our approval.  Within minutes, we were back in business!  He even told us how to avoid having this same problem occur by not opening the dryer while it was running.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. With tax the repair came to approx. $158. Yes, it did seem costly, but seemed to be the going rate.  We chose Dover for their high quality rating and that is what we paid for. Would definitely recommend.

  • I contacted Apex on 2/24/16 via email. An hour or so later I received a call back where we scheduled the service for Thursday 2/25, between 8am and 1pm. At 7:50am on the 25th I received a call from Apex that Raymond was on his way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Raymond arrived at 8:05. After his inspection, Raymond told me what was wrong and what repairs were needed and also gave me an estimate, which seemed very reasonable to me. I authorized the repair and it was completed in a short time. I am very happy with Apex's service and professionalism. I can see where their "A" rating on Angie's List comes from.

  • They were professional polite and knowledgable. They communicated very well explaining what they were doing and called before they came. Showed up when they said they would and fixed our stove good as new. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired. Excellent service.
