  • The guys at master attic are all ausome! We had them come in to give us a quote on our attic. The price and quality of service was right so we decided to go ahead, and would not regret for a minute. The crew arrived and didn't stop for 6 hours straight. I can already feel the difference in my home....smell, air quality, no critters running around. Thank you so much guys, you are all truly amazing at what you do, we could not be happier.   • Amazingly painless process. I had been hearing scratching and running in my attic for a few weeks. I called Critter Control and they sent out a wildlife technician. He gave me a free inspection and formulated a plan to resolve the problem. They were professional and efficient. I was very impressed with their services and I would hire them again. Hopefully I don't have to!

  • I called critter control because there was a horrible smell in house and exterminator suggested their might be a dead raccoon in the chimney. They said they would charge 300 if they got it out and 200 if they couldn't remove it. The guy arrived and said there was nothing in the chimney but he could obviously smell something in the house so he looked around. Couldnt find anything. Wanted his boss to come out and make sure he wasn't missing something. Boss arrived and looked around. Couldn't find anything. As he was about to leave he saw that someone had left a frozen turkey on the ground in basement, that was the source of the smell. I gave him garbage bags and my nephew took it outside. We joked about it, I tipped him (and the first guy for trying), and he left. The next day my card was charged the 200. I called and talked to a last (can't remember her name, deeper voice), and she very rudely told me that was the service charge for coming out and that they had 2 people come. I told her that I didnt ask for the second guy to come to my house and that they didn't find any critters. She continued to be rude and have a nasty attitude about everything. She ended with, "well we found the source of the smell and tipping was up to you". I told her that she was very rude and even though the 2 guys were as nice as can be their customer service was horrible and that they should call it a service charge when you book them and let people know what its is. Again, a nasty reply after that. I hardly ever write reviews, but I immediately did after this conversation. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging $200 for a service call and train her (Colleen? Maureen?) better on how to talk to people. I did not give all F grades because they were available next day, they guys were nice and on time, and if something was in the chimney I thought the price was not horrible to get it out since I can't go up there. I'm not saying they shouldn't have a service charge for just coming out, but $50 to 100 would be more appropriate. AND DEFINITELY LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME!

  • From the first contact over the phone (I'm sorry, but I don't remember the young lady's name) to when James came by on a really hot day, to their removal of the animals the next day, it was great. James was very personable when he explained everything he was going to do, and the logic behind doing it, and why they are cheaper than their competitors. He started by installing traps on our roof with non-toxic bait inside and explained he or another technician would check the trap every other day at a minimum. If/when an animal entered the trap, they would be removed humanely, and not euthanized but relocated. The next morning, my wife found the mother raccoon in the trap and a call was made that day, a Saturday, to Cowley's. It took a bit, but we realize we aren't the only customers out there, and they came by around 2:30 in the afternoon to retrieve mom and her babies, which were still in our attic (three babies in all). After removing them, the technician installed a mesh screen over our broken attic cover, and would have replaced it, but we already have a guy lined up for that. At all times, every employee of Cowley's was top notch.

  • Mike th owner came out and spotted the problem immediately! He was quick and efficient ! Such a fabulous experience! I was dreading calling because of fear of high costs! But Mike gave me one of the fairest prices! I had this work done once before and the problem was not solved and the price was exorbitant! Above All Pest Comtrol Above all charged me 2x less than previous company! Extremely satisfied !!! I will be going to them for all my needs as I have an old home and lots of critters!

  • I was very happy with the great communication from this company. My email was responded to promptly, and I was called as promised the following day. Arrival to do the work was also punctual, which I really appreciated. I felt the job was done in a thorough manner and everything was explained to me?looking forward to having no more mice! Would use this company again.

  • John came to the house assessed the problem, and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with their company, Scheduled for them to do the work two weeks later. After we returned from are trip. Scheduled yearly follow up and maintenance.

  • They took 3 days to come get the first trap that did not close. I have cameras on my house and i watched the skunks go in and out like it was a jungle gym. I finally called to complain and they came out to put a new trap in. that night they caught the first skunk. they took the trap the next day. The next problem is they didn't replace the trap that they took. I called 2 days later and the person on the phone told me I was on the schedule today. So they finally put another trap and caught something that night. the next day they took the trap and didn't replace it again.

    I finally called again to complain and the person on the phone told me well at least we caught 2. I told them I only want what I paid for and was promised. He said fine we will have another trap out there today and low and behold i get home from work and there is no trap AGAIN. this is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and calling another place tomorrow. I am also demanding my money back for lack of services. Lets see how it goes.

  • Employee Kevin Vernon arrived on time and did thorough job of looking for current rodent activity as requested by house buyer's inspector. We do not have mice currently although he did set traps to make sure and told us to replace some insulation in the basement. He also applied foam insulation in areas like the bottom of the garage doors to fill holes that mice might use to enter the house. He is doing a follow-up visit. We liked working with him.

  • It turned out that it was not a bat, it was something else. But he came back a couple of times. Anytime he calls, he's interested and he wanted to know how it's going and could he do anything else. He's a young guy with very good manner. I would highly recommend him. His prices are fair. After the service, my wife gave him a call and he told us what to do, where these things might be coming in the house. He was good. When he comes back to your home, I don't think he charges you a service charge but anything else that he's gonna do, if he's gonna re-apply chemicals, he'll charge you for that.
