    If there was minus stars that what this store would receive. I ordered a bed and a night stand on January 2, 2017. Today, it is March 10, 2017 and they are not deliver yet. The sales person Karen said it will be delivered 4-6 weeks, after 6 weeks it became 6-8 weeks. Every time I call the items are in transit. If you have months to wait and you don't want to know when your furniture will arrive this is the perfect store to shop. Stores like Gelco give small businesses a bad name!. These are the reasons why people purchase from corporate of America. This kind of non sense would not take place there. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

    STORE FROM RIVER ROAD
    I can't say enough positive things about "The Store From River Road."  I decided to redo some rooms in my home.  When I walked into The Store From River Road my first impression was how charming.  I was greeted by very friendly designers and knew this place was exactly what I needed.  I was so impressed by the quality of their furniture and liked that I could choose my own fabrics for window treatments, furniture, etc. with personal attention.
    I started working with Patrice one of the designers from The Store.  Patrice was a delight right from the start.  She spent a lot of time helping me redecorate.  I as so impressed with her eye for color, her ability to stage the room while staying true to what I was trying to achieve.  Patrice was so patient and compassionate on my crazy and indecisive days.  But most of all, we had fun!  Oh and how beautiful everything turned out!  Even some of the rooms we just "tweaked" look like brand new rooms!  I am thrilled beyond words of the outstanding job Patrice did.
    One of the other things I loved about The Store was that I didn't have to worry about ordering on the internet and possibly getting things damaged or not the right color, etc. and having to figure out how to return large pieces.  This brings me to Reggie who takes care of deliveries.  Reggie is so nice and takes special care in making sure everything is delivered on time and not damaged.  If anything is not right, Reggie will take care of it right away!
    To everyone at The Store, you've been friendly, professional and welcoming each and every time.  It's been a pleasure and Thank you!
    Needless to say, I highly recommend The Store From River Road.

    The delivery team could not have been more professional.  When it was discovered that the manufacturer sent the wrong color leather, they took pictures of the sample I had, the chairs, and the labels on the underside of the chairs.  They contacted their supervisor with the information.  Since it was a Saturday and nothing much could be done until Monday, we decided to hold on to the chairs.
    Monday I received a call from Brielle saying they were in contact with Theodore Alexander and would get back to me later in the week.  As promised, they called saying the manufacturer took responsibility and asking what I wanted to do. Since the color, while not what we ordered, was not still very attractive we offered to keep them for the discount that Brielle was able to get from the manufacturer.
    I can't imagine any other team, from sales to delivery, that would go so much out of their way to find a satisfactory solution.  I give them two thumbs up (more if I had them).

    Sent me material to choose from. We spoke several times on the phone. Picked up chairs and gave estimate. Delivered the chairs back in a week and sent me a bill. They do not work with credit cards.

    They did a great job on two chairs, but the couch, the material they used smells moldy. I can't even sit on the couch. This was three months ago, he said I could take it outside and it would fix it. However, the sun beating on it, made it even worse. He said it was the petroleum based fabric. You can't even sit on it because the over is so offensive. I talked to him about it again and told him there was still no change. I told him right now the only option is to have it cleaned, then he hung up on me. He told me I am one of those people that are hard to please. Also, on the couch, the fabric is not stretched enough.

    We contacted Anthony who gave us a fair quote after we sent photos of the chair. We contacted him to pick up the chair and he finished it within a week. It is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. Good job, Anthony

    My washer and dryer, I purchased it in 1987, if a part failed they come out under warranty and they replace it and the 2 appliances are still fine in their way. It can be economical to run than the newer ones but so far it's still working. They are excellent, they know the machines inside and out. I have a recurring problem with debris, in a certain amount of time there's a debris that kind of float in the wash water and they take out the tub and they clean the outside that kind of part that you can't see because it's very accumulated soap or something, they clean that off and they recommend a certain monthly maintenance, it's call Afresh, it's a bleach-based thing that cleans the hidden parts of the machine and keeps it running smooth so they don't accumulate anymore.

    They headboard was a little under $800, the project table was about $1200. I found them very helpful in the store and online and they were able to deliver while I was in the process of moving. The time frame fit well and they made it all work.

    They are on you the moment you get in the door. Somebody is there to greet you. The person I dealt with his name was Brian. He was real good. He was not pushy. I told him how much money I wanted to spend. I had already done my research. So, it is like you really cannot push me. Their delivery was great. I hurt my arm over the holiday, so my right arm is a little bit like I cannot lift up heavy weights, no more than like say 20 pounds or so with my right arm. So the guy said we could deliver it and I was like okay, but I still have my old television set that is really heavy and he said okay we can take that away too. So, for $49 they delivered it, installed it and took my old television set that probably weighed about 80 pounds out of my house. That was like the best $49 that I ever spent. I took it like okay that sounds great, taking my old heavy television set that I could not lift anyway, so I do not even know how I was going to get it out of my house, but it was like okay we will take that. We will install your new one.  We will hook it up. The people they sent to deliver the television and hook it up, they worked very quickly. Like in about half an hour they had everything hooked, they did a little bit of customer training. So, they were really nice. I wanted to see what they did, as far as their customer service goes and they did a very nice job. Their prices are actually really good. When I looked at the price of the television sets, it was like right in line with like the best price. It is the first time I have ever used them and the reason why I chose them is because they had a good service track record.

    Came and gave estimate for time & work to re-stuff sagging sofa. Work was done as promised and on time. No real issues or complaints. I thought it was very costly for what was actually done, but the estimate was clear and there was no additional charges so I can't really complain if I choose to have the work done.
