    Bradley's Auto Service
brought car to shop on a Monday to get estimate for oil leak was told rear main seal was leaking and made appointment for Wednesday and dropped car off on Wednesday got a call on Thursday saying oil pan gasket was leaking also agreed to new price was told car would be ready Friday. I had to call them to find out if my car was done when I picked it up was told the transmission was a quart over filled (as some of you know cars these days don't have a transmission dip stick). Monday the transmission started slipping brought it back was told the fluid was foaming and needed to be replaced as well as the filter and pan gasket. got car back on Tuesday. everything sealed to be fine. the following Monday I noticed a puddle in my driveway again, brought car back on Tuesday was told they installed the rear main seal wrong and it needed to be replaced again. dropped car off Thursday morning. at 3 pm got a call saying they just got the part and car wouldn't be ready today. Friday morning about I got another call saying they got the wrong part and my car wouldn't be ready today either, and that it wouldn't be ready til Monday after noon, I told them I have to go to work Monday and that I already took 2 days off how am I going to get to work. They told there's always uber or a taxi, I guess he could tell I didn't like that answer and offered my a clunker. It might be just me but I would think if you messed up the installation of a part on someones car you would make sure you got that car fixed right a way and if you get the wrong part from the parts store you would go get the right part so you can get this person their car back and keep them as a costumer. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN.

    World Subaru
I got my car from them last year and I've had a couple of oil changes since then. It was covered under the warranty, so it didn't cost anything. There was nothing to like or dislike. It was just an oil change. One thing I do like is they wash my car. I never had any bad. I did not have to do so much and I didn't have any problems. They are punctual. I have been using them because I chose Subaru. Regardless of the service, even if they are really, really, bad, they are the closest dealer. It's convenient and it's close to me.

    MR M CAR
Perfectly repaired when dealerships would not repair only replace at ridiculous prices. I have never had a better experience in 40+ years of driving. My transmission is like new at a very nominal cost. I learned that this can be much more serious (costly!) if left to deteriorate - which it will. My issue started years ago with my 2008 550i Msport. I am the original owner. The automatic tranny started bumping hard into first gear at a complete stop leaving the impression that you got tapped from behind. It was worse when cold. I took the car to a well known NJ BMW dealership who has worked on the car since new. They then tried reprogramming the software / "adaptations" which effectively did nothing but cost money. I then did a lot of reading and saw ZF's recommendations were to replace the fluid at earlier intervals than where I was currently at 74,000 miles. Who knew? BMW foolishly suggests lifetime fill on tranny fluid. I took the car back and requested the pan, filter and fluid be changed as per ZF. It didn't improve shifting but it did cost a lot more $$. They (BMW) simply refuse to do any work on the valve body or its components etc. BMW suggests replacement of tranny, valve body (mechatronics) or both at HUGE COSTS. They cannot or will not help with these problems so don't bother with the dealships. Soon things started getting a bit worse in shifting from 1st, to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd and back etc.. Reverse was slow to connect as well. There was hesitation and a feeling that the tranny just did not know what to do at times. I even got a few hard slams into first gear if I accelerated hard. These are typical symptoms Mr M Car was very familiar with AND CAN FIX if they don't get left for too long. That is the key. I actually stopped using the car as often as a result. As things deteriorated I spoke with Don and Dwayne at Mr M Car in Farmingdale NJ. Don immediately drove the car and felt they knew what was wrong...but I foolishly waited and further reduced my 550 driving. I finally decided to put it in their hands after getting great service done perfectly and reasonably. They suggested replacing the rubber fluid seal connections between the mechatronics valve body unit and the tranny gear box, and replacing or topping off fluid after reviewing wear. I thought I'd need new valve body solenoids possibly as well (apps. $400+ if you can find them), but they did not feel that was needed, and advised against it based on it's driving characteristics which also proved correct when hooked up to the diagnostic equipment. They suggested new seals would cure it, but also found that the fluid was not properly refilled after its trips to BMW, and was down nearly 3 quarts of transmission fluid! I was lucky not to have waited longer since doing so would've eventually destroyed the transmission - even if properly filled ($$$$). They've seen that too. Mr M Car replaced the 6 sealing sleeves and topped up the fluid which is tricky and needs to be done during a short interval when the tranny fluid reaches a certain operating temperature - which I could never do. This was completed without fanfare in a day, was picked up and driven now for a week. This tranny is an automatic that has NEVER operated better than it does currently and the cost was extremely reasonable. Did I mention a new Mechatronics valve body cost $3,000 (rebuilt apps $900), and a new transmission is approximately what the car is currently worth. Moral: If you have bumps into first gear at a stop, or weird shifting - Don't wait! I was lucky. My only regret was missing out on the enjoyment of driving the car until having Mr M fix it.

I've been very happy with them. My car is eight years old and I keep going back to them. The pricing is like all dealerships, it's probably a little higher than I could get in a regular repair shop. But they do the work while I wait. I don't have to leave it and I just feel confident in them. Everything they've done has been wonderful. I make an appointment, I pull in, they take my car right away.

They're awesome. I've never had a problem. They're on time. They're professional. I don't know if I'm going to get another Nissan or not, but if I did, I would use them again. Their service people are really good.

    Monmouth Auto Diagnostics
They did the job and we're professional. I was in and out in less than two hours. They also checked over my truck to see if anything else needed repair. They did a once over and they cleaned my headlights for no charge. They take very good care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them. I will be going back in the future.

    Tire Works Plus
First, let me clarify that this location is at a gas station which could change mechanics in the future, and that this rating applies to the mechanic currently working there (Dec., 2015):  Mark Domka.  (I believe he is the only mechanic on duty there, but am not certain of that.)  His wife works the office, scheduling jobs, ordering and fetching parts, and shuttling local customers.
The gas-tank replacement was only the latest example of much work Mr. Domka has done for me.   The previous job was replacement of the engine in the same car.  I've had lots of work done over the years on a few different vehicles, much of this while they were working as "Master Auto" at a location a mile west of the current one.  The very few "errors" they've made, they fixed without additional charge, sometimes in only a few minutes.
Mrs. Domka offers to drop me off at home when I've left my car for service, and pick me up again when it was ready.  She diligently pursues warranty replacements of parts that they've installed and which fail prematurely, and these replacements have ALWAYS been without further charge.
On the basis of years of experience with the Domkas, I unhesitatingly recommend they to any and all.  If you take your car here for service, make sure it's the Domkas you speak to.
They work M-F and Saturday mornings.  This IS basically a one-man shop, so if you want your car back promptly, you should schedule your appointment.  Nevertheless, they will generally accept any work that comes in.
The ONLY downside is that the Domkas are Polish immigrants, and speak with an accent.  Listen carefully and you'll have no problem understanding them, and they will repeat themselves if you don't get what they say the first time.

I went there with a fueling problem where you could not put more than a half tank in before it would refuse all gas at the nozzle; however, after spending about $950, that problem is still not fixed. He replaced a part he thought would fix the problem but it did not and the part I needed is no longer available from Jaguar. For my $950, I got my spark plugs replaced, headlight bulb replaced, and a piece of trim glued back on. Also a new battery. I wasn't having any symptoms prior to the visit, but now it does not even hold a charge according to them. I needed my headlights aligned but I guess with everything, that was overlooked.

Back to my original fueling issue... I have found the part online. It is a charcoal canister. Car port quoted me $500 to install with no guarantees because they can't attest to the quality of the part. The last part is reasonable but I need to get more quotes on the installation part to know if that is reasonable.

I dropped the car off and almost a whole week goes by with  no word. I called to see if he has gotten to it, to give me a quote. I think he was swamped with work so I was patient. Kind of wish that was taken into consideration before telling me when I can drop the car off. I think the car was with them for 2 weeks.

Will I go back? I don't know. It's not their fault the part is not available but he did put in a part prior to that that didn't fix the problem. Should he have known that? I don't know but it was a costly experiment. I also don't know about the battery. An additional $200 expense I had not counted on because it coincidentally died in his shop. My boyfriend said to replace it regardless because at least it will be a fresh battery for the winter.

Looks like I need to find a Jaguar repair person closer to me anyway - they probably won't want to see my face after this review.

For starters, these guys do fantastic work--they're experts on European cars. What separates them from the rest is their customer service, and attention to detail. They take the time to make sure you really understand all the working being done. It makes you feel like you can trust them and the work they do. Also, their waiting area is as comfortable as sitting in a friend's living room (ex. free WiFi, coffee, juices, etc.) I'll continue to come to NJ Autobahn for any work needed on my Audi A6, and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy group of knowledgeable guys who are experts on European cars.

    Henderson's Service Center

Excellent service center. A mechanic you can trust 100% with the major repair right down to the minor service. Ed Henderson (owner) is always present so you deal directly with the owner every time. Ed is super knowledgeable with every kind of vehicle. He does what he says he will do and usually a little extra. His prices are great considering the exceptional value you receive.

I used to do all my repairs myself and I resisted going to a mechanic for years but as my time became more valuable (3 kids) I found that getting it done right by a true professional is the way to go.

I highly recommend Henderson's to my family and friends.
