  • Morning of 12/1/15, we noticed the furnace was making an unusual noise. In the early afternoon we started smelling an odor which smelled like plastic burning. We figured out it might be the heating unit and called Warren Heating. They had a service man over within 2 hours. Service was great, efficient and professional. Problem solved.

  • I called and setup an appointment. They company came out right away to repair the gas leak. We called in the morning and they showed up that afternoon. The technician was professional and skilled. Repaired the pipe for a excellent price. Smell is gone and hopefully my gas bill will be down over the previous months. Excellent Transaction and I'll use them in the future although hopefully I won't need them.
    My only issue is that I can't pay them over the phone with a credit or a debit card. In this day and age everyone should accept digital payment. It's a pain to have to go out and buy envelopes, and stamps to pay a bill. but That's a personal preferance and it has nothing do wo with the price or workmanship.

  • To start the work was Fast, And excellent. But I'd recommend to AVOID at all costs! I called them at 9:00am to come take a look at my Furnace on a business day. They came and told me my furnace was ruined and I needed a new one. I was debating and the guy told me he'd need to know now if I wanted it installed today because they had to go pick up the part. Everyone seemed nice so I approved but the cost seemed so high.. the next day I called around to find that the Price was $1700 to $2200 higher than everyone else. I called to enact my right for a full return of the product within 3 days and I was told No by Ben (Service Manager / Owner). He didn't care, he's not changing his pricing for anyone and good luck call a lawyer. better luck next time! Liars and thieves Avoid at all costs! Refused to give me a breakdown of parts, labor and tax. Told me I signed something that waived my rights to return my equipment. Overchargin people by thousands of dollars because they are in a bad situation is horrible. And refusing to honr a return policy that they gave to me and had me sign that I undersstood it is insanity.

  • The entire job was done professionally from price quote to installation.
    Paul provided a variety of price options and details on the units he would install.   He answered all of my follow-up questions and provided detailed literature on the products he would install.
    It was easy to schedule with is office and his team completed the job exactly as stated in one day.

  • Had occasional probablems with this unit in the past. Other vendors would add freon and consider the problem resolved. After wasting our money with no permanent remedy, we decided to check on Angie's List and see if we could find a vendor that came recommended by a satisfied customer. That's how we found Schaible's. We called. A technician was sent out the next day. He thoroughly checked out the unit electronically and recommended a solution. The unit has performed like new ever since.
