    7/16/13, while test driving a car @ Ray Catena Mercedes Benz, Edison NJ. my jewelry was taken out of my purse during a test drive of a vehicle. My husband just purchased the bracelet for our 25th wedding anniversary & the other jewelry was getting repaired, I had picked it up from the jeweler not even 15 minutes prior to arriving @ Ray Catena, Mercedes Benz of Edison.  We do know who the person is who stole the jewelry, investigation is pending. Items that were taken were a 14Kt. Yellow gold 2 Kt. diamond name plate..(HELENA in diamonds), 14 Kt. two tone yellow.white gold ring with diamonds, (looks like a crown), 14 Kt. two tone white/yellow gold hoop earrings, (no pic) and a 14 Kt. White gold baquette stones in a bow 3 Kt. diamond cuff bracelet (no pic) If anyone has any knowledge or has seen these pieces at a pawn shop or on someone please email me ASAP. I have since filed a police report & there is an ongoing investigation. 
    I have written several letters to Ray Catena, owner of Mercedes Benz of Edison, NJ , Robert Alfonso, GSM, Dennis Adams, SM, Jack Goldberg, sales & John Storm, COO. NOT one person has had the decency to acknowledge what had happened to me on that day.My husband went the very next day to the dealership & asked the GSM to help get my jewelry back, he did nothing to help.. It is my understanding that when a theft occurs in any business on their property it is their obligation to forward it to their insurance company, to date I have NOT received any letter or acknowledgment. I have been a loyal customer of Ray Catena's since 2005 & the way I was treated after this incident I wouldn't recommend any of Ray Catena's dealerships  to my worse enemy. 
    The employee that stole my jewelry has a history of very bad behavior, which includes stealing someone else's jewelry & pawning it. So I ask you would you TRUST a dealership that employs people like that? As far as I am concerned every one mentioned in my comment is just as bad as the thief. Un-professional & not trustworthy at all....
    My jewelry had sentimental value as well as monetary value & to be pushed to the side and ignored is un-acceptable!! So again, I ask you would you TRUST a dealership that employs people like that?
    All I want is for someone to acknowledge what happened to me & give me the respect I deserve as a customer who got ripped off at their  place of business!! Disappointed & disgusted!!

    I had brought my car in for servicing a couple of days ago. They gave me a loaner and I smashed up the loaner. I've been driving for 36 years and it was my first accident every and it has to be in a 2014 BMW with less than a 100 miles on it. They were wonderful. They were absolutely wonderful. They even called me yesterday and told me they were coming to get the smashed up car because it wasn't drivable. They said, why don't you let us flatbed your car here from the dealership and we will bring it to you and then we will go pick up the other car. That is very nice of them. They were very, very nice to me. I am going to send the actual company and actual thank you note. I'm serious. My insurance is going to pay for the rental car but the bottom line is they were more concerned about what happened to me than anything else. They even did this extra thing about bringing my car to me, on a flatbed, they didn't even drive it.
    They are very caring. They sit with you, they talk with you, they want to make sure that everything is right. They follow up with several emails from different parts of the company to make sure everything was satisfactory. They are good in communication, they always let me know. They called and let me know that they were going to have to keep the car an extra day. I've been using them for 2 years.

    They were pretty honest, friendly and professional. They got back to us very quickly with information. The honesty was a big factor because what they weren't capable of doing, they certainly told us they weren't and they referred the car to somebody else.

    Tires look great the recommended a new tire brand and I love them. Been using OK 4 wheel drive for 25 years wouldn't think of using anyone else.
