Water Heater Repair And Installation reviews in Springfield

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Our water heater broke overnight. Found good reviews on Right One Plumbing and gave them a call and left a message. They got back to us right away and were able to get to us, on a Saturday, within 2 hours. We were told who was coming and when and they knew the details of the water in our town (high pressure from the curb) as well as offering to put our heater on blocks because they knew there is flooding in our area. They were very polite, cleaned up extremely well and most importantly did a great job with the install. We had them come back a week later to work on our bathroom faucets and will continue to use them going forward.

  • Right One Plumbing came to our home promptly, brought and installed the new hot water heater and explained its features.  He removed the old unit from our home.   His work was neat and clean and we were very satisfied.

  • We used them twice in October and November, within a couple of weeks of each other. Their response time was amazing. They responded immediately, and they had everything taken care of in less than 24 hours. The incredibly rapid response time is what I would recommend them fr. The experience was amazingly positive. They are now my plumbers, I am not going to use anybody else.

  • my lennox furnace of 20 years old was inspected.  J. Dorieux was very thorough with his inspection, explained to me what to look for in such an old furnace.  He also looked at my humidifier and water heater connections since it's all next to my furnace.  Plus, gave a quick check on my old (non working) water softener and connections.
He answered all my questions.  Informed me on what to expect in the future and very rough estimates on how much it will cost to repair or replace furnace.
I will definitely use Pipeworks Services Inc again in the spring when its time to check my central AC compressor.

UPDATE 11/30/12. Two months have past and they have not made any attempt to correct a warranty part they used in the installation. They never investigate the issue I had to contact the manufacture myself and have them help me troubleshoot the issue. All the while Im hemorrhaging gas

On October 11th I notified them of an issue with the system.

    Good morning,

I just turn on the heat for the season and see, the I series mixing valve has a blinking Red and
the zone panel for the kitchen has a solid Red both thermostats are set belowthe current temperature. I also check the sensor outside to ensure there was nothing obstructing it which there wasn't.
    Please advise.

Called both the company phone and well as the cell phone of one of the plumbers.

On October 12th  Again I notified them of an issue with the system

    Good morning,

This is a followup to the emails and phones calls concerning the fault condition on the Taco
mixing valve. Please contact me to make arrangements to address the issue.

Rich sent me your email address. I received your voice
mail there was no number left on the message.  I will be in touch this week.

PS This is my new email

    Hi John,

I am still standing by for you to investigate the issue with the I-series mixing valve, which originally I reported early October. It is now November and I have yet to hear from you or anyone from your company. The issue still exists, so I have been burning gas unnecessarily for the past month. I called Taco. The issue appears to be a faulty sensor on the I-series mixing
valve which will need to be replaced. Since it is covered under a three year warranty there is no reason for you to delay in replacing it.

As for my phone number, I left it in the original voice mail message. The number has not changed since your company last contacted me. However to ensure you have all the tools needed for you to make the proper plans to rectify the issue here is my contact information again.

    November 6th

This is the first contact I have seen since your voice mail and my email to you several weeks ago. I just had power
restored yesterday and am working on emergencies first. You have heat be thankful I will get to you as soon as I can.

Forewarned is forearmed they will take your money but will not perform any warranty or maintenance so you are better off finding a more dependable company in the long run.

This company had NO issue in following up with me for the initial contract as they saw $$$$, nowthat there is little money in replacing a warranty part their actions show me exactly how they really feel. I am not worthy of a phone call.

Now that there are so many Sandy related renovations $$$$$ and they can really make a killing why
    bother with an established customer.

On  Oct 15th  John Langan  stated  . I will be in touch this week.

I waited and waited finally on November 6th I reach out to him again and he had the GAUL to tell me to be
    thankful I have heat.
Most established business keep customer records and follow up for additiona business especially if it is more then a routine job and I know 7K is not routine.

  • Got the 2 quote. $600 and $800 from local plumber not on Angie's. Went with lowest one, he handled my warranty and replaced the tank.
    - Shailesh U.
  • I liked them a lot. They were a little pricey but they do good work. They got it done in one day. They did clean up well and they stayed and taught me how to use everything.
