  • Awesome company!! Excellent/top quality work and very reasonable/fair prices. The owner is very honest and always sticks to what he says which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend them!! My bathroom and kitchen look like they should be in a showroom or magazine!! Absolutely stunning!!

  • The tile work that they did was really great! I was very picky about what I wanted, it was not an easy job for them for sure, I kept changing my mind about things and they were super kind. Very easy to work with! They only thing, there were just little minor things that weren’t like 100%.

  • I am absolutely thrilled with the total renovation/2 story addition that JMC did to my 1947 home.  The house was taken down to the studs and then completely rebuilt in a more open concept design. I now have new ceilings, walls, all new wiring and plumbing, 35 windows, all new doors including electric garage doors, all new hardwood floors, new roof, new furnace and HVAC for the 2nd floor, new recessed lighting throughout the house, a greatly expanded kitchen with state of the art appliances and 3 new gorgeous bathrooms.  All this was done within 6 months and within budget.  There were no surprises or mistakes.  The few change orders were for additional work I chose to have done.  Thanks and sincere appreciation to owner John MacDougall  and his extremely talented and hardworking staff of Rick, George, Tammy, Jack, Jessie and Debbie and to all their very capable sub-contractors.  What a delight the entire process was, with absolutely stunning results!

  • It went really well, he was punctual and careful and very nice. Careful to be neat in my house as neat as you can be during any Reno . His estimated time frame to complete the job was great. Bathroom looks awesome!

  • With all the above work done during demolition and installation, surprisingly, area outside this small bathroom (master bedroom) remained relatively clean! They put protective plastic covering on bedroom carpeting outside bathroom which kept it pretty clean. All the work people who came were professional, courteous, punctual, and just nice guys. Anytime we called the office at Economy Kitchens and Bath, the staff there was just as professional and responsive. I would recommend this company and use them again.

  • I cant recommend Diego more highly. He did a wonderful job reglazing the bathroom wall tiles which dramatically changed the whole look of our bathroom. Additionally, he reglazed our bathtub for us and it looks incredible. Diego was friendly and easy to work with and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I cant recommend him more highly if you are looking for a tub and tile reglazer. he's a great guy and is terrific at what he does.  We are thrilled with his work.

  • This was our first remodel project, so we were a bit unsure of everything.  Eric was one of 3 contractors we contacted about the job.  He arrived right on time and answered questions and provided info without getting carried away with crazy ideas.  Once we signed on with him to do the job, he helped us find suppliers, answered all of my many questions and was patient as we navigated suppliers to figure out what we liked and wanted for the project.  It took about 3 months from contract to the actual project start.  John, who did the bulk of the work arrived right on time the scheduled start date.  He worked steadily each day to demolish the old fixtures and install the new. He showed up every morning right on time.  He went out of his way to accommodate our needs since we only have one shower/tub in the house, leaving it in tact for a couple of days when he knew he wouldn't be working and rigging a temporary shower curtain, once the tub and tile were completed, so we would have use of the shower until the glass tub enclosure/shower door was installed.  We did encounter some problems with the materials and fixtures that delayed final completion, but both Eric and John worked with us to resolve those as quickly as possible.

  •
Don and crew were very professional and made significant progress each day, they kept me informed of challenges and any design choices that required our input. They had excellent subs for plumbing and electric that were fairly price and extremely professional as well.  Overall work was excellent, we had some very minor finishing concerns which they've want to correct however we've been unavailable so this is of no fault to them and merely cosmetic to us.

  • We had a horrible old outdated kitchen that was in need of a complete remodel. Johnson's Odd Jobs gave us the best price and we liked the fact that Steve hired American workers and was not a Salesman - he actually did the work.  Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional.  Steve had some good ideas and went over and above by extending the wall when I couldn't find a refrigerator to fit the space. He also suggested we use the marble flooring as the backsplash when we over ordered the flooring and cut every tile which was a lot of work.  His wife, Tiffany was a pleasure to work with and she provided all the behind the scene support and I felt true friendship from her. I really enjoyed her bubbly personality. We will use Johnson's odd jobs again in the future because Steve and Tiffany are more than just contractors, they care about their customers.

  • I have update this review because I didn?t write the first review.
Customer service at Angie?s List wrote
it but I was not written well.

Albeit a year later here is my synopsis. The provider came
out after I had booked the appointment and was told I would be very impressed
with cleaning my Black Ceramic tile floor.  I had forgotten that I had the appointment and
was in the middle of a homemade deep conditioner treatment when they
arrived.  Since it was running down my
face and neck I quickly showed them the floor and then returned to my upstairs bathroom
to wash my hair. I wasn?t gone more than ten minutes upon my return to the
theater I saw the big dark haired guy near the opposite end of the room and his
helper was ?sealing? the grout, -which they never finished sealing.

     When I commented on
the look of the floor, the White tile was still Black, I told them it was not clean.
In turn he said they- the tiles were clean and that was the pattern of the tile-
random Black splats on White blocks?. REALLY.

We then went back and forth, the provider tried to tell me
the tile was never white. He said the tile was made that way, I told him that
the cleaning isn't any better than what my cleaning lady does. Clearly he was insulted
by this. Then I showed him a piece of tile as proof of the difference.  He said he thoroughly steamed the floor and I
asked him if that was the case then why was it still dirty. We continued to go
back and forth and even after I showed him photos of the floor where the tiles
were White he refused to relent but now he tried to tell me the tile was
defective. After this he stormed out, tracking his big wet foot prints on the
floor and leaving my French door wide open. I don't trust this provider and
don't appreciate the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism shown by
    this them.

Concerning Jersey Steamers response -  That is a typical response from they are trying to save face.  Buyer beware the dark haired guy is a racist piece of excrement.    If he had any Respect for me as a home owner-  He would not have left his big dirty foot prints on the floor and left the french door wide open.
