    We purchased a bank owned property in 2017, and needed an electrician...I called Rich the 1st thing I needed was a CUT in permit....and when he came out...he identified a problem in the main service on the ridge of the house coming into the watt hour meter....fixed that...installed a NEW 200 amp panel....during that interaction we immediately became more than customer/client relationship (this IS WHAT IS SPECIAL about him)....after that over the past year....he took care of us like FAMILY....because IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH to get him to take your job....it's because he cares about you as a person...he does the professional electrical work because HE IS an electrician....but .....he doesn't HAVE to work for anyone he doesn't WANT to work for..... IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET HIM TO WORK FOR YOU......YOU WILL GET NOT ONLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR......YOU WILL BECOME A PART OF HIS FAMILY

    The workers were delayed but notified us about the delay which we appreciated.  Once the crew arrived they immediately went to work  My wife had talked with Sue about what she wanted down.  My wife also left a list for the cleaners.  They washed all of the windows (inside), dusted all of the blinds, liquid gold all of the cabinets, vacuumed all of the carpets, swept the hardwood floors and the tiled floors, then mopped all of them.  Also, they vacuumed and dusted our Florida room and cleaned all of the glass. Of course they cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom and cleaned our 4 ceiling fans.  They moved whatever pieces of furniture that they could move and cleaned under them.  In the kitchen they polished all of the stainless steel appliances and the quartz counter tops.  The crew also cleaned the baseboards.  The 3 ladies were most professional and friendly and demonstrated a pride in their work.  We were so pleased with their work that we are going to have them come once a month.

    The experience was great. Bradley was the technician that came to the house. He was very nice. It is apparent this company is committed to quality customer service. Upon arrival, Bradley rolled out a large mat at the front door and covered his shoes with booties to keep the dirt out. He asked to know what I needed done and then if there were any other issues I wanted him to look over. There were a few other things that I told him about and he wrote up three estimates. The first was to only install the attic fan and the other two included a few of the things I told him about upon his arrival. I only intended to get the attic completed so for monetary reasons, I went with the first estimate. I didn't feel pressured to get the other work done but appreciated the additional information so I know what to expect when I get around to those repairs. 
    He was in the attic for awhile and it was very hot. By the time he finished, he was pretty well soaked. His demeanor never changed. He was still just as personable, after all that sweating, as when he first arrived. The fan was hooked up and has been working without issues. 
    I received a few follow up calls after the work was complete to ensure I was satisfied with their service. 
    All in all, it was a great experience.

    We originally called to get our pool circuit fixed as it fried in a thunderstorm the thursday before my sister-in-law's 16th birthday pool party at my house.  Our pump couldn't be on because the panel was smoking and sparking, so we needed it fixed quickly.  They came out the next day to fix it for us.  We were pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism, so we asked them to give us a quote for the rest of our electrical TO-DO list.  They came out a week and a half later and did all of the above tasks, even a few we asked them about on the spot.  They were very clean and professional throughout the day.  There was a mishap with some drywall in our garage, but they came back the very next day and fixed it good as new. I was VERY happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.  My husband feels the same way.

    I checked Angie's List to find an electrician in my area and chose Dan Spagnolia.  I called Dan on Tuesday (7/2) afternoon, he answered immediately.  I explained the work I wanted done-he listened and scheduled me for Monday (7/8) at 11am.  Dan showed up right on time, he checked out the job, gave me a quote.  I accepted his quote and he went right to work.  He started with fan and as he removed the old fan, he found that the fan had been installed incorrectly.  The fan was operated by a remote, and whoever installed it did not know how to install the remote's receiver.  So that person mounted the fan on the ceiling and place all of the wiring & the receiver were placed on the attic floor above the fan.  That installation was not up to code, so Dan had to re-assess the situation, he went into the attic located the wiring & disconnected the wiring.  He then drilled out an opening in the ceiling, attached the new fan's base to the rafter, dropped the wiring down to the fan base.  He re-located the remote's receiver into the fan's base bring the installation up to code.  Then Dan noticed that one of the supports for one of the blades had no studs for mounting the blade.  I expected to have to return to Lowes to exchange fans but Dan saved me the trouble.  He was able to take the mounts from the old fan and use them to mount the blade.  Dan then move to swap out the 2 ceiling lights, all went smoothly.  Finally he tackled the damaged light fixture, and in less than 5 minutes repaired the damage & re-mounted the light .  In a little less that 90 minutes, Dan had completed all of the work, removed all of the old materials and cleaned up!
      From the first phone call to the completion of the work, Dan was professional, confident, & friendly.  He explained what he was doing & why.  Dan Spagnolia had "A" ratings on Angie's List when I searched, now I know why--his work is "A+"!

    We got Raynor's from Angie's List & called them.  Their office personnel were most friendly, accommodating, and helpful.  We explained our wants & we were quickly assigned a scheduled date.  The technician called in advance to tell us his arrival time, extremely punctual.  We explained what we wanted, he took some time to check out the work sites then gave us a FIRM cost for the work.  The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions.  He completed his tasks, cleaned up, & demonstrated the new installations.  Great work!  We have some more upgrades, & additions plans for the future--we will definitely use Raynor again.
