    I was given a quote for my daughter's BMW and it was honored even though they eventually had to replace the front bumper. The car looks amazing. I would definitely recommend and would use their services again.

    Very courteous.

    They explained everything to him but they had talked to him about it before hand.

    Buyer beware. I took my car in and met Mike the owner. He examined the damage on my car and even brought out the body mechanic to confirm what could be done. They said they would have an estimate the next day. They called and advised me that the repairs would be $2,319 and they could start the work in a week. We agreed on a date. I arrived at the facility on the agreed upon date. Mike was not there but the person behind the counter, who was also the same person who called me with the quote, asked me how he could help. I stated that I was there to drop my car off for repair. When I started to ask questions about what to expect on the repairs and the paint job the counter man said my quote was invalid because mike was not authorized to assess the damage. The also said that the were excessively booked up and could not even give me a date. Their position changed all of a sudden when they found out I was not using insurance and would be paying out of pocket. They stated they only use insurance because if they break something during disassembly it is easier to bill the insurance than it is to bill a customer paying directly. Given this suspect behavior, I left the premises to find another place to do business .

    It was pretty good. I have trucks so bigger tires. They have the road hazard package and I go there all the time since I do construction. I run over nails all the time, they fix the tires, rotate the tires and I never pay a time. They are really good about that.

    My daughter  dropped off her 2002 Silverado to Maaco to have work done. Her two friends followed behind her to give her a ride home. Maaco was supposed to fix dents, replace rocker panels fix the tailgate, fix the front bumper, and paint. 
    Well... they fixed the dents,  did some minor straightening of the bumper, (I didn't want the bumper supports replaced)
    They did NOT fix the tailgate, and it no longer works.  It looks like the spray gun they might have used had globs of paint coming out in one area. Another area was very rough for the size of a silver dollar. 
    I confronted them about the paint, and they said bring it back so we can buff it out. They did buff it, but it still looks bad in both areas.
    And for the Clincher...They returned it to me WITHOUT ANY LIGHTS WORKING  IN THE BACK!  And the first time i took it home, my wife flashed her lights and beeped the horn to let me know they were not working.  WHAT A SAFETY HAZARD!  I'm lucky I didn't get rear ended!  There was no way that my 17 yr old was getting the truck until the safety issues were fixed.  You would think that they would let you know , but they are very sneaky, and untrustworthy. (I guess it would have admitted guilt)
    When I spoke to Joe the Owner, he told me , and I Quote,  "ITS NOT MY PROBLEM, YOU HAVE A WIRING HARNESS PROBLEM"
    The truck never in its history had ANY lighting problems.
    I guess a Leprechaun snuck in there after the truck was originally dropped off, and broke the wiring for the lights.
    Marco refuses to accept responsibility, and also does below average craftsmanship. 
    In the meantime my daughter is out of a means of transportation.
    I also called Maaco corporate for help, but they talked to the owner, and said he isn't going to do anything.
    My Daughter's two friends have expressed that they can tell whoever that all lights were working fine when it was originally dropped off.

    Bad used car buying experience.  I needed another used minivan for an employee for weekend work.  Found one on line at Mt. Ephraim Dodge, 2008 Caravan with 104K mileage for a negotiated price of $6,000.  I decided to finance putting $1000.00 down.  When the paperwork came to sign, they tacked on $800 gap insurance without telling me.  I just happened to notice it. The salesman said he didn't know anything about it and wasn't aware that it was in there.  Yeah, right! I told them I wasn't paying $800 gap insurance for an undervalued used car. They removed the $800 gap insurance.  They also tacked on a $299 documentation fee plus other fees.
    The worst part was driving the car home the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic the next morning and he said that the light had been reset  (turned off) and that the check engine light indicated that the EGR valves needed replacement for a cost of about $232. I called Mt. Ephraim Dodge and spoke to the sales manager and told him that the light came on before I could get home. He told me I purchased it "as, is" which is true, and that there was nothing they could do for me.  I told him they were using deceptive practices and acting in bad faith.  He said he would see what he could do and call me back. He called back and said as a courtesy, they would fix it for $100. I told them that was unacceptable since they knew it was a problem but hid that fact by turning off the light and it should be fixed at no charge. He said he would see what he could do and call me back.  I never heard back from the sales manager.  I didn't expect the van to be perfect but they should not be turning off the check engine light to make a sale. These are deceptive practices.  STAY AWAY!

    We have had our personal and our business vehicles serviced at Medford Auto Care for years, and they have never disappointed us with the quality of service.  They make you feel more like a friend than a customer.

    They do a good job, they're decently priced, if he can't do the work he'll send you to somebody who can do the work. I've never had any problems. He's very responsive and responsible. If he does a job for instance, and something goes wrong or a part fails he doesn't sen you to the manufacturer, he takes care of it on his own. I don't have to fight with a manufacturer. I spent $400 on my last visit.

    They apparently got on it the day after I had the car towed in, and within 2 days, we got the car back. I was told we apparently got the only parts in south Jersey that were for this car; at least that is what I was told.

    They do a good job. I really appreciate Steve and the people there. He has always been very professional. If he does something wrong which is very seldom, he admits it and takes care of the problem. They just got my car back today. If you want done right, what he does, he will tell you what he does, or if it is a big job, you take it in, he will call you and let you know what it is going to be, or approximately how much is a bolt part speaker, and where did the cars were stealing them or not.
