    City Pro LLC
City Pro was on time and professional for both days they were on the job. We even added a last minute bathroom painting as part of the scope of work and City Pro was still able to complete the work within their estimated time of completion. For the price and the short term turnaround of completion City Pro was worth the hire.

Tom and his guys were very professional and easy to talk to about what we wanted to be done. They arrived when they said they would and always cleaned up each day. They did an excellent job and his guys are the best around. Our bathrooms looks great and am so happy with it.I would recommend him and his guys in a heartbeat.

.At first I was reluctant to hire City Pro because their estimate was so much lower than 2 others I received for painting a large hallway with steps, a bedroom, 3 exterior decks with a stairway. I'm so glad I took the chance to try them. Their work was very professional, very neat and they cleaned up very well when the job was done. I'm a mature woman who lives alone and when I asked them to move furniture, etc. they gladly did so. I now consider them to be my go-to painters for the furniture. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

Called on a Sunday night. Received call back the next morning. Made an appointment for Saturday and had my new kitchen installed and finished in two weeks. They were very professional and made sure to cover my floors and plastic the rest of my house. We could not be happier with our new kitchen. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank You

These have to be the rudest contractors I ever met, they are doing work on my neighbors house, they threw all their stuff on my lawn without even asking, when I mention this to one of their workers , all I said was you could have rang my bell and ask, I love my neighbor so I would have said sure, that is how this started just wanted common courtesy the worker became extremely rude and called me something I would never repeat, they may do a good job, but then their boss said I wasover reacting, maybe if he heard his worker he would not feel differently. Instead of just saying you are right we should have rang the bell are you ok if we leave the stuff there I would have yes. Sorry not used to dealing with such rude people.

Franco and his team are amazing. If you want first rate quality work, a crew that leaves your house immaculate and perfection this is the team to hire. They are responsible, on time, go above and beyond and care for their customers. Will be hiring them back for more projects

    A Condo LLC
They arrived on time. We only needed the hallway and a tiny bathroom painted. When they were ready to leave, both the hallway and bathroom needed at the very least another coat of pain. I asked them were they going to leave with it looking like it was and they said their time was up. I thought it was unprofessional and that they should have said upfront that they would not be able to complete the job. I hate writing negative reviews but I was so unhappy after they left and plus going through Chemo during that time didn't help my stress level. My husband had to paint both the bathroom and the hallway. In the past, through Angie's List, I hired another company to paint another portion of my house (living room/dining room/foyer/hallway) and I was extremely pleased with their work. The owner took pride in ensuring that the job was completed to his satisfaction before leaving which worked out to my satisfaction. I hope A Condo LLC is different now because they certainly knew when they left my house how disappointed I was in the work they did.

Statewide Home Improvement & Maintenance LLC
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! JUAN AND HIS TEAM WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
We hired Juan and his crew to put a small half bath and small laundry room on the first floor in some wasted space in the kitchen. We were hoping that the two rooms opposite each other would form a natural hallway into the kitchen and blend in and not look forced - which when all said and done is exactly how they turned out thanks to Juan and his crew.
    BEGINNING OF PROCESS
We received estimates from several contractors for this job and Juan was the most fair in terms of price. He seemed very knowledgeable when providing the estimate and what would need to be done in regard to the framing, plumbing and electrical.
    DURING THE BUILD
Juan and his team were on time and always came on the days they said they were going to be working at the house. As with any home improvement, we came into some issues that needed to be resolved and Juan would always have a solution to them. After framing was done, we realized that a vertical heat pipe would impact how the stackable washer and dryer would fit in the laundry room. The pipe needed to be moved about 12 inches and the radiator it connected to was on the second floor. I thought this was going to be difficult and expensive given how old the plumbing is in my house. Juan calmly said that they can move the pipe and the cost to move it was minimal.
There was thin molding in a grid pattern on the ceiling of the kitchen. It was completely symmetrical with the kitchen as it was, but with adding two rooms it would interfere with the new walls. Juan and his team removed it and spackled and sanded the ceiling smooth so that we can repaint the kitchen.
The crown molding and base board molding around the kitchen needed to wrap around the outside of the rooms so it blended in properly. Juan and his crew delicately removed the crown molding from the two corners and were able to reuse it around the outside of the rooms (saving money on materials). They perfectly blended in the molding so the rooms look like a natural part of the house.
The framing, plumbing, electrical, sheet-rocking and finishing (and several other items that came up during construction) took approximately three weeks (not counting the week we were waiting for inspections).
Juan and his crew cleaned up after each day so my kitchen was still usable. They always had contractor paper covering the floor so it did not get damaged.
I am incredibly pleased with the way the two new rooms came out. Juan was very conscientious to line everything up properly, and both rooms look very neat and precise - from the painting to the tiling to the fixture installs.
    OTHER ITEMS
In addition to the two new rooms, I had some small ?to do? items from previous renovations done on the house that were not completed by prior hires:
    1.    Finish molding around a window in upstairs bedroom
    2.    Finish molding on window in dining room
    3.    Replace an electrical outlet in upstairs bedroom
    4.    Run new water line to refrigerator
    5.    Remove three very heavy radiators, several pipes and old lumber from the house
    6.    Relocate radiator pipe from behind refrigerator that would allow the refrigerator to be pushed back against wall
    7.    Repair a small leak in my hot water heater
    8.   Repair a small leak in the water valve where the main water line came into the house
    9.    Moving a chandelier in the dining room out of the pathway of the kitchen door
    10.  Flip a cabinet door opening due to the radiator being moved
    11.  Move doorbell hardware and kitchen light switch
Juan agreed to wrap up all of these open items, basically at minimal additional cost from the estimate for the two new rooms.
Another large job Juan tackled which came up in the middle of construction - I noticed that I had leaks from the roof on my front porch and back porch. I asked him for a quote on fixing one roof and replacing another one with tar shingles. He gave me a very fair price and his team finished the job over the next two days. This was an unexpected job that he efficiently completed and I am very pleased with the results.
    IN CONCLUSION
I would definitely recommend Juan and his crew to anyone looking for a general contractor. They are ?can do? people, exceptionally friendly and extremely capable. They went above and beyond to assist me with not only the two main rooms, but also all of the other items that I have mentioned in this long review.
I have another project (refinishing floors) that I am going to do sometime in the next 3-4 months and I plan on using Juan and his team for this project as well.
Hire this guy? you will be glad you did.

    ETC Home Improvement
Right before Christmas, I needed someone to paint some rooms in my home. I noticed the deal offered through Angies list and called. Upon speaking with Mr. Costa, we made arrangements so he could come to see what I needed to have done. I decided to hire 2 workers to paint several rooms in my home. What I needed to have done took 2 days and I was pleased with the outcome. Initially, there was a misunderstanding on my part since this was the first time that I had purchased this type of deal; however, Mr. costa explained fully and I was pleased with the outcome. After the painting was completed, I contacted Mr. Costa a couple of days later regarding my interest in having crown molding installed. We made arrangements and he sent Wellington to install my crown molding. I LOVED the job he did!! Wellington is so kind and extremely professional. When we went to pick out the molding, he made suggestions that I hadn't thought of, and he also advised me of ways to save money. I had not told my husband that I planned on having the crown molding installed, so imagine his surprise when he came home from work--he was absolutely amazed at the job performed by Wellington and his helper. He said it was definitely worth the secrecy! My home was now ready for Christmas and when my family came to celebrate, they raved about the work that ETC Home Improvement had done in my home.
