From beginning to end, my experience with Stone Masters was top notch. I went there, which is quite some distance from my home, because of their promotional granite package. Their package, unlike other companies closer to my home, includes patterned granite, not simply solid colors. I met with Karlene and told her I wanted to replace my kitchen counter tops and was considering the promotional granite package only. She did NOT try to upsell anything to me and I greatly appreciated that. She also helped me to envision another use for the extra granite I had, which resulted in the replacement of a bathroom vanity top too. Others equally important also involved in my project included the measurement team of Bubba and Trae, the installation team of Alfredo, Jesus, Alejandro, and last, but certainly not least, Joe, who did the replacement plumbing. I was SO impressed with the expertise and knowledge Bubba had regarding measurement practices. I had no idea how involved that was. Trae was right alongside Bubba assisting and keeping them on task and moving along. Both were super friendly and personable which makes interactions with people you don't know comfortable. The installation team was amazing. Again, I was so impressed. They were knowledgeable, quick, and answered all my questions. Alfredo in particular was very affable - such a nice person. Joe was one of the most pleasant and obviously experienced plumbers I've had the pleasure of working with. His explanations for what he did helped a non-plumbing person easily comprehend the updates. One other person whose name I don't have is the staff member (graphic person) who assisted me with review of the digital slab layout templates for my project. I would highly recommend spending the extra money on this service since you work with someone to match, as much as is possible, patterns in the granite cuts. My interaction with him was pleasant and educational as well. Polite is an adjective I'd also use to describe my interactions with all associated staff. Projects are as individual as those involved in them. For me, if I had to do it again (you never know!), I'd specifically request this group to work with. My kitchen counter tops and my bathroom vanity top look amazing! I've included a few pictures from my kitchen. One is a close up of the granite, since, from a distance, it looks very light and that is deceiving. It has flecks of copper color, which matches my existing back splash. My bathroom is still a work in progress and quite a construction mess so I didn't include pictures of that. Thank you to those at Stone Masters, mentioned here and behind the scenes, for a project well done. I also want to mention how informative their website and videos are. I appreciate being an educated consumer. I'm a very happy customer who longed for an updated kitchen look. Now I have that. Time to restain the cabinets now and my dream will be complete. :-)

It went very well. Joe, owner of the company, and his team are very professional, very friendly, very trustworthy. We had him first remodel our guest bathroom, and then had him back to remodel our master bathroom. They did a great job both times. Joe is a good listener and addresses any concerns you may have with your job. He will suggest something and give his advice, but will always listen to your ideas as well. He gives a lot of attention to detail. I cant wait for him to start on our kitchen. Thanks Joe, Cathy & Rich

I can only provide positive feedback.  From the time we spent picking out our granite to the delivery and installation.  The team arrived on time and provided drop clothes.  They removed the old counter top and replaced it with the new counter.  They took any trash and drop clothes with them and were done quickly.  The only problem I had was when they applied the sealant it was a very strong smell that gave me a headache.  Other than that they were on point and I love my new counter tops!!  I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to replace or install granite counter tops.

We were really nervous about beginning a home renovation project but wanted to utilize that wasted space in the basement.   We reached out to a couple companies and instantly liked Vince, the owner of Cintex. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to go over our options.  Vince listened to our ideas, gave us all the right things to think about and a fair price for everything we wanted. There was no sales pressure, which is nice.  He estimated two weeks for the project to be done.  Like most homeowners, we added a thing or two along the way and were pleasantly surprised at how responsive Vince was.
During the planning Vince's wife Cindy took me shopping for the materials such as the granite, cabinets and flooring.  She was such a help in getting us exactly what we wanted.
Work started on time with Vince and Jerry showing up at 8 am every morning and going right to work.  Everything was cleaned up and tucked away every evening. They framed and dry-walled, put in recess lighting with dimmers, plenty of outlets, laminate flooring, installed cabinets, a beverage center and granite. They created a closet under the stairs with proper lighting. Double doors were hung to separate the storage area and a single door to the furnace area. They moved support beams and gave us a great open look.  We really liked the extra attention to details, for example installing and framing  an area recessed into the wall for the cable box so that it is unobtrusive and installing the t.v.   We asked Vince to come back after the painting was done and installed the pool table light, entry door, glass door knobs and pulls. He and Jerry ensured that the finishing touches were installed exactly the way we wanted.
We couldn't be happier with the end result and are enjoying the new family room every day.  We highly recommend Cintex and we are already trying to decide what project is next on our long list. Deciding WHO to hire for the job is a no-brainier.  Cintex all the way!

George, Dennis and Alex are absolutely the best team of providers with which I have had the pleasure of working.  My unfinished basement was in tremendously poor condition as a result of post-Sandy water infiltration of which I was unaware until we moved out years of accumulated clutter.  They were very creative and sought many cost-saving measures to handle this unforeseen leaky basement issue that was not part of the original workplan.  My powder blue-tiled bathroom was in need of a complete update and overhaul.  George provided invaluable advice on fixtures and suggestions for every facet of the re-model including color selections and options for accessories to complement the layout in both areas.  He even went shopping with me or picked up materials he knew I'd need. Since our contract called for me to provide supplies and fixtures (excluding specified materials provided by the contractor) this was extremely desirable and welcomed help.
Dennis and Alex showed up early, worked efficiently and with little disruption.  They were careful with clean up and construction materials removal and were overwhelmingly respectful, often going beyond the scope of agreed upon work to develop the finished product.
George provided an assessment and estimate for complete renovation of my two kitchens.  I expect to start this job in a couple of months.

The company sent out very professional installers. First the owner came out with tons of actual samples of cabinets, and granite and tile for the backsplash. And they weren't just small pieces. He had samples of cabinet doors, ;large boards of the tiles and large pieces of the granite types. Large enough to put over a section of the counter with a large section the the backsplash behind it to see how it would really look when installed. The next week, two guys came out and spent the morning doing exact measurements of all the surfaces to renovated. The actually built a wood framework of the walls and counters so the counters and backsplash could be made to the exact forms needed. And then about ten days later the installation was scheduled. The work took about a week. The installlers were great and took care to clean up each day before they left. When all the installation work was completed on Friday, the plumber cam out and hooked up the sink and disposal and all was finished by 5:00 on Friday. The kitchen was transformed. It was the first upgrading in the kitchen we had done after living here for 35 years. And I can tell you it was worth the wait. And the price was more than reasonable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and would again.

Mr. Chiango explained he doesn't specialize in adding what I need, but more or less creating/repairing sculptures, etc. Although Mr. Chiango couldn't help me, he spent a great deal of time giving me guidance and insight to make sure I had more than a basic level of knowledge in regards to the services I'm looking for. He truly went above and beyond to further educate me in the areas I lacked knowledge. I decided to write a review on here b/c I'm a firm believer that it's our personal ethics that fuel our professional ethics, in which case, I would highly recommend him if you're looking to do business with someone that's honest, practical and conscientious!!!!

I had to back out and not use them due to bad behavior, pricing and tactics. They appear to be disorganized and rely a lot on referrals from local companies. If your contractor sends you here or you are told to use them by a middle man please stay far away. Your pocketbook will not suffer loss that way and t\you will not be treated like a child.

When they state customers are referred by contractors that's true. However I wish they would disclose their financial arrangement for referrals, both contractor and ALL Marble Albanian Granite.

The dealer refers the customer and ALL Marble ALbanian Granite sets their price, they have nothing to do with the dealer as they replied. Just a blatant boldface and quot;fabriication.and quot; The dealer does nothing but encourage you to use fabriactors they get deals with or have an arrangement. Shop around and do not shop here. They lost their help and these operators are trying to do everything on the fly. It's like you are the foreigner in your country. Buyer beware. Actually pay more somewhere else, you'll feel better too.
Buy the 50 square ft deals if you have that little or can get it down that low (surface ares), pay for better edges (not here though, try Renaissance or the South Philly guys).
