Excellent; the services provided by Direct Depot Kitchens were certainly value for money. It was a pleasure working with Lisa Finan, the designer; she was outstanding, very professional and always willing to help.

we hired J&V Home design back in January for Kitchen renovation, Joe Ferrigno (owner) said 4wks to get the cabinets .. we got about half the cabinets after 4 months and still haven't received everything we ordered after almost 5 months.. (we paid for the cabinets in full in Feb, 2016). The cabinets that he delivered were not what we ordered and cheap! their workers are horrible .. 1) while installing a beam in the kitchen, the workers damaged the hardwood floor upstairs which we brought to their notice right away (abt 3mths ago) that floor has not been fixed after multiple promises by Joe 2) nothing was done to protect the existing kitchen/living room floors, furniture and other appliances.. it collected dust, scratches and other damage in general through the demo, Sheetrock & speckling process.. only the painters (3rd party subcontractors) were nice enough to cover everything. 3) while demolition, Joe and company only got one dumpster which was quickly filled.. all extra debri (and there was a lot of it) was dumped in my backyard which killed a lot of my new grass (that I just got done last year). they also broke some basement window well covers which is now allowing rain water in my basement 4) plumber at some point caused a leak in the basement that damaged the new laminate floor 5) they used my ladder without permission (its now all dirty and lying outside the house) 6) Joe and I agreed that we will save our existing cabinets for basement.. Joe forgot to mention this to his demolition guys and my like-new old cabinets were destroyed 7) we agreed that we will retain our kitchen sink and faucet.. that is lost too my 4yr old daughter is super allergic and she cannot eat outside food and Joe "promised" we'll be only without a kitchen for 1-2wks.. its going to be 3 months without kitchen I would understand if there was some complication in the job.. but in our case.. nobody shows up for days to work. Joe is often unreachable for weeks, I once had to show up un-announced at his shop. I have no end in sight

The project went very well. Klod went with me to pick out the counter top and the backsplash, his expertise is really helpful when you are trying to pick out the right materials and styles. As expected from my previous experience Klod is really trustworthy, very neat, assures that the place is kept as clean as possible even in the middle of major work. He is also just an all around nice guy to work with. I would use him again whenever I have home improvement work.

My  old kitchen was in desperate need of being replaced. I carefully
researched different remodeling specialists before I decided to choose Absolute
    Kitchen.
My experience with them was totally positive from the moment I walked into the
showroom all the way to when my kitchen was finished. I had never had anything
remodeled before and didn?t even know which questions to ask.
Victoria was so helpful. She explained to me the differences between cabinets, woods and
finishes. She told me the different ways the cabinets could be constructed. I
left with a good deal of material to go over, showing a lot of what she told
    me.
The next step was to meet with their technician in my house. His creativity and
to detail was remarkable. We were part of the process of designing
our kitchen every step of the way. He wanted us to have the kitchen that suited
us best, and he stayed within the budget we were willing to spend. He gave us
ideas that we never knew existed, and many were incorporated into the design.
Adam was in constant contact with us the entire time.
Since our house was built in 1979 and had the original kitchen, he knew they would run
into some issues. He tried to plan in advance to correct anything that needed
to be done so the kitchen would be up to code by today?s standards. He advised
us to upgrade our electrical before the project started, which we did.
Their construction crew, who built our new kitchen where amazing craftsman's and a
     hard workers.
I also want to emphasize how clean their where. Plastic sheeting went up all
around the kitchen before any work was started. At the end of every day, they
    cleaned everything.

Went very well.  Matthew is professional, skillful, and a very nice guy.  I was comfortable having him in my home, and plan to use him / Ayers Construction again in the future.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs handyman or contractor services.  We were so pleased that we are thinking of remodeling our bathrooms with him in the future.

Great, The designer Bill Hancock was really good. He designed our kitchen literally while we sat in his office, it almost flew by too quickly. He's obviously an expert at it, and saved our kitchen several headaches, while giving us a very high quality kitchen at an excellent price. (Hint - the first price he shows you isn't the one you'll pay). He did miss in a couple areas (no one is perfect), which we adjusted onsite, due to unusual requests, but overall he did an excellent job. Follow up was a little slow in today's internet age, but was satisfactory (usually within a week with any questions).

Bez, owner, is a very hands on individual, and was at the site often, especially for any complicated installs (Thermador appliances, exhaust vent)
All the installs went really well.
One of the nice things that I liked about Bez's quote, was he itemized everything, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
It did lead to some billing creep, our original quote was $17,000 plus electrical $3,000.   The rest of the creep was additional things we wound up asking for, or stuff we didn't itemize from the getgo.  Again everything is itemized so you know what you're paying for, so expect a little more.
Had a few minor issues with electrical, but Bez is on top of it, and everything worked out eventually.
My wife would have preferred that things went a little faster, but 80% of the delays were related to the cabinets or design problems not anything to do with Lucky Three.  The other 20% was just scheduling, which all installers would have.
out great, so I would highly recommend there services.  Bez is extremely professional, very nice and refreshingly honest and a super hard worker.
    Thank you

Excellent! Like most people, getting the right contractor to work on your home is right up there with root canal. Being a single female dealing with a macho guy (there are female contractors I'm sure but just haven't met one)  is even more daunting. But I lucked out with Vince and his wife Kelly and their crew. Regarding my roof; he not only walked me through the steps and what to expect with ALL the options and materials; he answered all my concerns  and questions. His crew was on-time; professional, cleaned up debris from my property and attic/insulation and his pricing was very fair A+

Frank and his brother are wonderful. They were on time every day, super clean and took feedback from a very difficult and attentive client, me! I have experience doing this type of work and so its hard for me to hire out to contractors, but Quality Tile Work was exactly that..... a Quality Service.

I was very pleased with EMS and will call them in the future.  EMS was fairly priced, the quality of the work was excellent and the team was polite and on-time.  I recommend EMS without hesitation.
