  Purchased the $375 Angie's list deal for annual pest treatment.  My appointment was scheduled ASAP and they were out within the week.  The gentleman who cam was thorough in explaining everything he was going to do which also included a flea and tick spray for outside which is one of the main reasons I purchased.  He also gave me some tips for mosquito control since they don't do it.  The only thing they didn't do was remove the visible spider webs as noted in the big deal which isn't the end of the world but tat's why they got the B for quality

  Crystal cleaning service

  I was contacted by Jamie on November 22, 2013 and the work was scheduled on December 11, 2013. That day we had snow and ice and assumed they would not be out but I never was contacted . I had to call and send emails on December 13, 2013. I was told we would be rescheduled the very next day we had good weather. I never heard from them again and now 2 months later have requested my money back. Not a very good way of running a business and would not recommend anyone using them.

  Did a great job! Cleaned out everything, and showed me what they were doing the entire time. Walked me through the process, and changed out dangerous/broken tubing. Arrived on time, acted professionally and with courtesy, and left everything clean. I would use their services again.

  John and his crew were great. The only issue was that they were scheduled to come by around 3. They ended up coming by around 11am without any notice. Luckily, my wife was home at the time, and we were able to get our gutters cleaned. But they redeemed themselves when we accidentally double paid. John's wife personally came by our house to resolve the issue.  even with the scheduling snafu, I would recommend JDS.

  WOW what a transformation!!!  Mike was extremely professional and the job was very well done!!!!!  When he arrived, I asked him for proof of insurance, he was on the phone with his insurance agent and within minutes, I had his insurance in my email.  He and his team spent about 3 hours washing our 11 year old house which had never been washed.  I have never seen our walkway so white.  Our deck looks like new again!  The front of our house is a lighter shade of white and the water stains and gone although the rust stains remain...Mike said they  could not be removed.   I am very pleased and look forward to using them again when needed.  !!!!!!!
