He was able to remove a large, year old dog urine stain from our basement carpet, and he also gave us his own carpet spot cleaner which has gotten out dog vomit and feces as well as crayon from our various types of carpet. This was my 1st time, but he made me feel like I had been a client for a long time. In addition he and his son followed all protocol with social distancing and ppe. I will be calling again. I should also explain how knowledgeable he is in his field. Gave me advice on the best ways to keep my carpets in the best possible shape. One if the carpets cleaned is the family room, extremely high traffic. I have 5 kids many pets and had many stains and odors from both. Not anymore. Stains but more importantly no more cat urine odor. NONE. I had be skeptical because cat odor is notorious go for not being neutralized. I'm telling you no more odor. ASuperior is a great service. This is the second time we have used them. Scheduling is easy, and Aaron is very dependable. This is truly dry carpet cleaning, which we appreciate with an elderly person in the house 24/7. You can walk on the carpet right away. Organic is also important to us, as we have a person with allergies. Aaron worked by himself this time and was thorough and respectful of our home. We will definitely be calling Superior again!

AIt could not have went any better! The Boldsay professional arrived on time and ready to work! And I mean W-O-R-K!. For 5 continuous hours with a single break, my assistant worked harder than I have every seen anybody do in my lifetime. Every nook, cranny, corner was thoroughly cleaned! Inside / outside of all appliances and electronics, fans, ceilings, floor, EVERYTHING! Amazing attention to detail! My kitchen (and everything in it) look absolutely NEW again! lol I never realized how bad it was until BOLSDAY made it look so great! I definitely will be hiring them again and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent cleaning job (at a very good price, by the way). You will not be disappointed. I am calling Frank to come out with his crew and do a deep cleaning of my home and than return on a regular basis to keep everything sparkling!
