    The service was great. The manager took me back to the service area while the mechanic was working on my car and showed me where there was some rust on the rear brakes. The mechanics cleaned them up. The even rotated my tires. I was pleased with the service and the people seem very nice.

    Quick and painless. Made online appointment and was told they were a little behind when I got in. Got tire rotation and I expected to to pay for it, however they reminded me since I got my tires there I get rotations free for the life of the tires. Professional and courteous staff. Even though they were behind schedule they got me out in a respectable time.

    Okay, I needed a water pump in my Galant & you have to take apart the engine to get to it so you might as well replace the timing belt too since your in there.
    So having called a few shops around town to get pice quotes I went with Sal's auto, yes he was the cheapest Quote and he stuck with the pice too. even told a me few thing I need taken care of in the future great guy.

    I have been having my car serviced at the Hyundai dealer since I bought it in 2008. In June of 2013 they informed me that my timing belt needed to be replaced (I only had 30,000 miles.).  I ignored the advice until I went in at Christmas for a service.  I asked them to look at the belt, and they said it was fine. In June of 2014 I again was told by Hyundai that the belt needed replacement (36,000 miles).  I was suspicious of this since the manual and the internet told me this was too soon.  I went to Service Automotive and they took me into the shop and showed me the timing belt.  There was nothing wrong with it. It looked fine. They also showed me that the other two belts were cracked and should probably be replaced some time in the future (no pressure-no rush). There was also no charge for this diagnosis.  I had the job done by them the following week for $144.00.  Hyundai wanted $525.00 plus tax. It's great to find an honest car repair shop.

    There is a special oil that is recommended for my car so that is what caused the price to be higher than a regular oil change. I was having some trouble with my car, so I had them use that special oil and the issues I was having have now been resolved.

    I myself took the electrical system apart as directed and step by step searched for the short................found it in the overhead visor lights. Now my radio, cassette player and interior lights work. Cherry Hill dealers sent me in the right direction.

    Quality of work was excellent. Car looked like it was never in an accident. Customer service people were very helpful. They worked directly with insurance company to estimate the cost of repairs. They reviewed the estimate with me before starting the work. They inspected the car with me when I picked it up to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The work take longer than expected and I need to call them to get updates on the work. Overall, we are very satisfied.

    I was referred to Frank Dean by a satisfied customer when my 2001 Acura MDX went out of warranty. The ASE certified mechanics have been the caretakers of the Acura (210,000 mi.) and other family vehicles for over 6 years. I have absolute trust in their workmanship and pricing. If they find anything that needs attention they call and I say "fix it". From oil changes to timing belts, I've never been disappointed.

    They helped me get a car that was over 300,000 and when it was time, they actually told me it was time to get rid of the car, which is amazing because that is them turning away business. I can't say enough, they are phenomenal. I think that they are reasonably priced, compared to a dealer. they are very, very honest. They do good job. The prices are very reasonable. They really work with you, in other words they are not trying to suggest work that is unnecessary. I have also had them evaluate cars that I was going to purchase.
