    I called and explained the problem; He came the next day when he said he would; He called me 15 min in advance so I could run the dryer ahead of his arrival which would help him diagnose the issue. The problem was easily fixed: too much lint in the outside vent; He cleaned it and voila! I thought it was pricey at $75 but I did not ask ahead of time what the price would be and besides I had been trying to get someone else to come by for 3 weeks and nada so all in all well worth it

    Terrible. 8 weeks and 4 service calls to have the machine fixed. They failed to show on appointed times, cancelled service calls the day of, sent 1 man for a 2 man job...then cancelled service call which I had to reschedule after waiting 8 hours and burning a day out of work. Would never consider Sears Appliance Service again.

He stands 100% behind his work and will do whatever it takes to address any concerns related to installation or warranty. Truly a prideful and reliable owner.     With the scope and amount of work that was performed, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to miss describing some of the amazing work that Joey and his company provided during this remodel.  This was a big project and I pride myself on due diligence when planning and hiring the right company to ensure a successful outcome.  I had multiple companies come out to discuss the project and provide estimates.  Dixie THM was the company that stood out significantly during this process.  Walk throughs and estimates with the bigger companies were cold and clinical.  The scope and work they offered to perform and possible problems that might arise were vague and worrisome.  Joey on the other hand pleasantly surprised me with genuine interest and excitement about taking on a project of this size.  His communication style is honest and transparent.  No hidden agendas here.  We discussed problems that other contractors had pointed out which were large in scope and costly.  He was very informed about the newest industry standards and dismissed most of these labor intensive and costly problems as an unnecessary offering the latest, alternative and highly innovative ways to address these concerns.  Joey's style is to be collaborative with alternative options and ideas while giving you exactly what you ask for.  Some of the ideas were amazing with the newest tech and innovations.  As a typical homeowner I wasn't even aware that Many of these innovations were even available.  It was exciting to see the project take new directions as he suggested the latest ways of doing things.  If you're looking for short cuts and work arounds, don't use this company.  Joey insists on doing things the right way.  This was one of the things I appreciated most.  During the life of the project Joey identified unexpected structural concerns and other related issues that were fixed properly and to code.  His communication during every step of the project was fantastic.  Joey did everything including construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, Kitchen build, Shower build, tile flooring, and aesthetics.  His main concern during the entire project  was to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the results, which we were.  The project lasted about 6 months and we couldn't be happier with the results.  I also asked him to do some extra projects during the time which ended up with the same amazing results.  I had him finish a basement room, install an inground Pool filter pump, install a fence gate, and run additional electric.  When we asked for changes he never hesitated to comply.  Joey's engagement to the project remained constant throughout.  He strives to give a quality product at a fair price.  Both of which we received.  This company is old school.  No hidden surprises.  No shortcuts.  Quality work with a respectful and pleasant crew.  I also liked how his company operates with billing.  You pay a set labor fee and you select the materials.  I found this to be good as I was able to select the exact materials that I wanted.  Joey always offered to pick up anything that I purchased.  I've finally found my one stop provider for all future needs.  I fully recommend him and his company if you have a project you care about.  My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results.

    Overall I am undecided if I would ever use them again. Called them on a Monday and they weren't able to respond until Friday to determine what was causing the washing machine to leak. The serviceman who responded was named Paul. I only know this because it was on the receipt as he never introduced himself upon entering the house. He came right at the end of the time window provided, so he was on time. He was very personable and took the time to explain each operation/function he was testing to determine what was causing the leak. This was reassuring as it was obvious he wasn't trying to get over on me. Once he found the problem he explained and demonstrated how and why the component that was causing the problem worked and the remedy needed. He then told me it would take a few days for the part to come in and they would schedule a time to have it repaired. 
    ELEVEN DAYS later a second repairman came to the house to actually repair the washing machine. This guy arrived within the service window time which is about the only pleasant thing about this experience. Upon opening the door he again did not introduce himself and appeared annoyed he was here. He smelled like he smoked three boxes of cigarettes prior to coming here and during the half hour to 45 minutes he was here barely uttered a word. Based on the receipt his name was Frank. Maybe he was just having a bad day but it tainted my experience with the company. 
    Upon researching the part needed it was about $35. Having realized that and also that it was fairly easy to replace I concur that the prices appear somewhat high. Having said that, the first repairman, Paul, was aces and had he shown up again to fix the problem I would likely have given a high rating and been more likely to recommend their servies. The total time to fix the problem was also a little too long considering from initial call to schedule a repair to the actual repair being completed was 15 days!

    They were very good. My experience went very well. The technician was very skilled, he knows what he was doing, practically took the appliances apart. He's very efficient, talented young man. I've never heard of them until the project got on the way so I think they're an excellent company if you have any appliance repairs to be done. They're really on the ball, they send you emails and the emails contain confirm your appointment and also contain a picture of the service person who's coming out so you know exactly who'd you'd expect. You have his name, photograph of him, a colored photograph and you have his full name and you know exactly who's going to show up at the door. They were always on time.

    Rip off City . Price quoted was  8600.00 for  PVC replacement sewer line  of 35 ft. Minimal excavation and trench. These guys are total ripoffs. Ended up pay 3500 for the same job. You are paying for Horizon national advertising. Acted indigigent when I went with a local plumber.

    I had a very satisfactory experience using South Jersey Appliance. I explained to the owner over the phone what the problem was. He new right away what was wrong and what part I would need. Making an appointment was easy. He came out to my home and put a new ignitor into the oven, and now it works just fine. I think the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

    Five Star Appliance Repair
    After listening to his nonsense for a few minutes, I told him to pack up his tools and get out. I was insulted by his ridiculous diagnosis and his denial that he ever predicted the failure of this machine. Furthermore, he was so angry at being thrown out, he threw my storm door open with such force, it almost broke. Not my idea of a professional.
