Beautiful!! Mr. Major is very honest, responsible and somewhat of a perfectionist which is to our benefit!! He has done numerous jobs for me and I have always felt very comfortable with him and confident of his precise workmanship. He is very trustworthy and I highly recommend him.

When I made the appointment, Jerry was very professional and accommodating. We set the apt for 11am. The morning of, he called and said he needed to move the appointment to 1ish. OK - being that this was a second house, I appreciated finding out about new time before heading there. Received call at 1:15 saying worker was running late and would be there between 4-5. I texted for confirmation at 2:10 that someone was coming. Received confirmation. Called at 4:30 and was told he was on his way. Called again at 4:55 no answer. It's now past 5pm on a Friday night and no one has shown or called. Quite certain no one is going to either. Wish I had read prior reviews before booking appointment - never would have wasted my day on Anzo's. Thank you for nothing!!!

We hired Steve for minor demolition work, which he did just fine. We also paid him $2,000 in advance to put down a vapor barrier and river rock when the house was completed. We had delays in rebuilding the house, but Steve agreed he would be good for the money we paid him. I called him countless times over the next several months. He never answered the phone and only returned my voicemail twice. I can't even get him to return calls for a refund of the money my parents paid him or get him to perform equivalent labor.

Very well. Roger and his son did a very professional, neat job. In fact, he assisted with putting one of my closet doors back in place and a suddenly non-functioning door bell. Will certainly use them again.

Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work. Provided by James Marchese, a very talented, intelligent and creative contractor, and his crew, who are courteous, knowledgeable, organized and hardworking! I especially appreciated the excellent communication before, during and after completion of the project by James and his team who are extremely talented carpenters!

My builder went out of business during my building process leaving my home exposed to the elements. I have a flat roof deck with railings and Hot Coat made sure I had no leaks. Hot Coat stayed with me for an entire year until I was ready making sure all of my decks were sealed. My decks are fabulous and I highly recommend them!!!

Horrible. Matt never showed up to do the work. I signed and returned a contract on April 19, 2016 to have Matt Pond repair and paint my house at the jersey shore (it is a Sandy Survivor and badly needed this work done.) Matt had many many outstanding reviews online, and an A+ rating from the BBB. On May 28th, Matt texted me and said he would be at my house in 6 weeks - mid July - to do the job. That day came and went, and he put me off "because he was backed up." On August 10th Matt texted me and said he would "squeeze me in" in 4 weeks. That took it to after labor day weekend. When he didn't show up and I contacted him, he said he'd be there in 3 weeks. He didn't show up. On October 10th, he texted me and said he'd be there on Halloween. On October 24th I contacted him to confirm he was coming on the 31st, and he texted me he couldn't come until "November 7th." On November 4th he cancelled but promised November 10th, but on November 9th cancelled - and said maybe the 11th or next week. Absolutely and totally irresponsible and unreliable. On November 9th when he cancelled again, I tried my best to work this out with him amicably, but he was not interested in fixing this problem. Despite the fact that 99 percent of his promises and communications are documented in text messages, he said he didn't owe me anything because he didn't sign the contract. I began getting more quotes in October (fearing the worst) and most painters were booked out for the rest of the nice weather. I did receive two quotes, but they were at a "premium" and thousands overpriced. So I held on and hoped for the best. Matt Pond may have had a reputable business in the past, but he is not reliable or trustworthy, and I recommend that you avoid him at all costs! The exterior of my house has gotten worse since I hired him in April, and I am heartbroken that I was mistaken and trusted he would keep his word.

The work was done with extreme care and thought. Tom and Michael were the plumbers on the job. They were very knowlegable with the project at hand. Tom explained what needed to be done. He explained the reason for putting in 2 drains and explained the best fit for the washer, dryer, and utility sink. All of the piping was attached to the walls in a neat fashion. Very mimimal distruption to the wall that needed to have the dryer vent installed. They ran the washer and dryer to make sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the work area to perfection. It was a pleasure to have them do the work for me. I have a few other things that need to be done and i told Tom to schedule the work and let me know the day that he will be back. I will use this company again for future projects.

Tommy and Mike did the work for me. They were very friendly and knowlegable. Tommy outlined how the washer, dryer, and utlility sink would look. They took their time with the work and cleaned everything up when they were done. They connected the washer and dryer and tested them to make sure that they worked properly and no leaks were found. The utility sink was fine and no leaks were found too. I would use them again. In fact, i want them to do a preventative maintenance on my tankless water heater.
