    I have used this service for over 10 years. Rudy Ruga is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. He always arrives on time, is very professional and performs an excellent service. The location in question is a rental unit with wall-2-wall carpeting that is 21 years old. Because of Rudy's excellent service, I expect these carpets to last another 5+ years. If any members are within his range I would highly recommend you contact him for his service. Attached are 2 pictures of my living room (highest traffic) and as shown - his great service and care show on these 21 year old carpets.

    They were excellent! Nice guys and clean and efficient! I would definitely hire them again! The house looks great! My windows are awesome! Once I made contact, they were right on it! The price is reasonable too.

    First of all it’s very difficult to find anyone who does this service. I was lucky to ask the right person and that lead me to Megan. She coordinated the entire job, had great recommendations, and my floors look better than when they were new.

    It went great! The carpets look brand new and they were able to get out some spots in a couple of my bedrooms as well as wear on the stairs. They responded to my email immediately. I had also emailed another company but I have yet to hear from them. The job was scheduled a couple of days after the estimate was given. The prices were a little high but now in hindsight, I'm glad we used them! I highly recommend this company for sure!

    Please read this before you hire this company for your cleaning needs!!!!! We hired Sabrina's cleaning service to do a deep cleaning of our home Friday June 2nd. They arrived on time but from the getgo seemed to be inexperienced. They asked multiple times what we wanted cleaned, and we gave them some things to do above what we assumed would be a part of a deep cleaning service package we purchased, like mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. We asked them to clean two chandeliers, the oven and microwave, the refrigerator, and the glass sliders. Of the above, they only did the microwave and the chandeliers. They also did the sliders but the smears and marks on the glass made it look worse than before they did it. They did not do a walk through with my husband, just said they were done and they left. My husband works from home so he couldn't monitor them as they cleaned, but in retrospect we should have made them take us room by room. Regardless of this, within the hour I had gotten home and we walked through the house and realized they never cleaned any of the floors, the master bathroom, the oven or fridge, and the glass sliders looked terrible, I am including photos of what the sliders looked like after they left, the shower floor which obviously was untouched, the master bath floor which had stains on it, the shower door with soap stains on it, and the 1st floor hardwoods which clearly show dirt spots everywhere. And mind you, our home was pretty clean to start with as we have it cleaned every two weeks. These photos were probably the worst of the condition the home was in, and none of it was actually cleaned. Obviously the results were completely unacceptable, as even though they were there the better half of a day, I am not sure what they actually cleaned if all of the floors or bathrooms weren't done. Our bi-weekly cleaner does a much better job, and we were expecting the deep cleaning to supersede that. We contacted Sabrina's that night to express our dissatisfaction and asked them If they would like the chance to rectify this before we submitted a review to Angie's List. Here was there response: ""I am sorry to hear about your cleaning experience today, the one worker is fairly new, and has limited training. If it is applicable for you, I can send the workers back, free of charge to fix the areas that need to be fixed. I always have my workers walk through with the homeowners upon finishing To go over the clean. Was this done? Also what day and time next week would Sabrina's be able to come back an fix this issue. Please sustain from putting a bad review on Angie's List and allow us to come an solve this issue, thank you so much. Sabrina's Cleaning Service Company,"" So first of all, why would they send a cleaner to do a deep clean without being properly trained? We wrote back and said we were amenable to them coming back to rectify this, however we were leaving for vacation that night and would need them to come back once we returned on Thursday June 8. I also asked for two things: 1- to send us a different cleaner. Obviously since the first ones were not trained properly, we would not want them back, nor would we want the uncomfortable and awkward job of pointing out everything they did wrong. And 2-since there wasn't a standard set of items that are automatically cleaned during this service, (even though the package we purchased from Sabrina's specifically lists out these items) I asked Sabrina's to agree on the items they would come back to rectify. Namely, the hardwood floors on the first floor, the glass sliders, the shower door, the oven and fridge, and the bathroom floor. I did not think this was unreadable, as these items should automatically be done on a regular cleansing service, let alone a deep cleaning service. We thought that if they sent a new cleaner and we all agreed that the above list would be covered, then this could be fairly and reasonably resolved. Only, Sabrina's never responded! They did not respond to my email from last Friday, and I emailed them again earlier this week to confirm whether they were coming back to address the issues as we needed to plan our workdays accordingly. They never responded to my emails, and no one showed up Thursday, Talk about adding insult to injury. It's one thing to provide terrible service with untrained workers, but quite another to offer to rectify the situation and then just abandon that effort completely. Needless to say we are beyond dissapointed. Unfortunately we saw the package advertised here on AL and we figured it was a good price and purchased it, without looking at the reviews. That part of our fault, as clearly many others have had issues with this vendor, as they have multiple Fs. I just cannot imagine in this day and age a company that would provide terrible service, offer to fix it, and then reneg on their offer to rectify their shoddy work. Unbelievable. I'm not sure which part was worse. There are too many small businesses out there that we as consumers should locally support, Sabrina's is not one of them. I implore you to do your research and consider looking elsewhere if you want quality work and a responsible and accountable vendor, Also, assuming the company will respond to this, I can't imagine what defense they would offer, considering I have the email communications between us and photos taken within the hour of them leaving as proof. The only piece we could possibly be culpable for is not forcing the cleaners to do a walk through before they left, which I still feel is their responsibility to initiate. And yet that still doesn't account for their terrible work, and their lack of follow through to rectify it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this was a complete waste of money!!

    Good experience from the beginning. Prompt call back for scheduling and a confirmation call prior to appt. Mike and Ron ( technicians ) were fantastic. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient. They also took the front of the dryer apart to reveal where the dryer lint gathers and poses a fire threat if left uncleaned. They were very thorough and I will be using the service in the future! Thank you! Kathleen A

    We have been using APM cleaning services for 2 years now to clean our beach house for weekly rentals. They have always been prompt and thorough with their service. Tammy is always able to accommodate our schedule and our renters are pleased with the cleanliness of the house when they arrive. We will definitely be using them in the future.

    I have used Eilene Cleaning Services for 4 years and she is consistently the best at home cleaning. Any extra job like cleaning inside of refrigerator is never a problem, she makes the home sparkle. The towels and toilet paper are folded in the bathroom the way you would see it in a 5 Star hotel. My family calls her "Deep Clean Eilene"!
    I have used other cleaning services in the past where it starts out great but after a few years the quality starts to lessen but not with this company. Your home will sparkle, she's trustworthy and punctual.

    Called up on a Monday they were there on Tuesday. Since its a shore house in a different state we were not present. We gave them the code to get in. They arrived early in morning and worked on the house for 8 hours. We were pleased with results everything was spotless and smelled great. The final price was higher than I had imagined it would be, but then again it was exactly what was quotes at 75/hr for 3 cleaning women. We were extremely happy and will now use them for Monthly maintenance during the shore season. They honored the 10% off angie's list coupon, no questions asked.

    Went well for the most part, had a tough time with a stain that kept reappearing in the one bedroom where the bunk beds were. Stain back after 2nd visit to remove. In their defense they did say they would come back until they got it taken care of or removed, I was just sick & tired of contractors at that point after having my three bathrooms remolded the previous 4 months. needless to say I had had enough of those guys!
