    Tom came to my house on Sunday August 5th 2018 and mis-diagnosed my AC repair saying I needed a new coil and pan. He asked for a deposit of $600 to purchase the part which was more than 50% of the overall price we agreed upon. The same day, I had a PSE&G tech come to my house and repair the problem at no cost at all saying it was just a clogged drain and I didn't need any repair work done on my existing AC Unit. I called Tom to get my money back and he keeps giving me the run around saying he needs to return the part first to get the money. It's been 4 days since then and he still has not returned the part or given my money back. I will be taking him to Small Claims Court and suing him. I would give him Zero Stars if I could.

    Excellent, the Alpine installation technicians were professional. Their work ethic was geared towards total customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Alpine AC to my friends & neighbors. They also fully explained how the system operates & the benefits of the new Lennox equipment.

    They came out on a Sunday and installed it first thing on Monday morning. I thought they went over and above to get out here and to get it done as quick as possible. I never even expected anybody to come out on a Sunday to look at the job. He came out and looked at the job on a Sunday and his technician was here first thing on Monday morning installing the unit. I expect the other unit to go out at any time. I have a 2-zone heating and air conditioning. The other unit actually I thought was going to go before the one that did. As soon as that goes, I?m going to call them again. They were done in just under a half a day. They cleaned up after themselves. It wasn?t something that I had worked with before. All I know is that they were extremely responsive, they got out here and took care of the problem very quickly. Before other people were even calling me back, they were done. The worker was excellent, he did the work. No fuss, no bother, no problems as such. He came out and did the work, told us when it was done, had us up and running and gone. Cleaned the area and we had no problems. ?

    We emailed and called for a service and the company came out the very next morning -right on time. The man diagnosed the simple reason and fixed it quickly. He was in and out within one hour and we were only charged the "minimum" service call fee, which was fair and reasonable. We were very happy not to have been taken advantage of. We saved their phone number for possible future work.

    I am extremely impressed with Splash plumbing, from the woman that works in the office and answers phones and coordinates appointments, to the owner, as well as the technicians that performed the work.   My initial appointment for the work to be performed had to be rescheduled due to an issue on their end, but they were communicative and apologetic about it.  The appointment was rescheduled for a week later, and the techs showed up on time, did extremely neat work, and did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves.  They were extremely courteous and professional.  I am definitely going to use this company in the future.

    Technicians were very coutrous when arriving and during the installation. they were very diligent in getting the job completed in timely maivor everything went very smoothly and we are satisfeed with the product and service.

    Bought an Angies List Big Deal for this service provider.
    It was regarding the heating furnace inspection along with cleaning and quality checks. In short everything regarding the tuning and clean-up which was a part of the BigDeal.
    The guy came on time. He seemed knowledgeable as well.
    However nothing was done as per the BigDeal. He just open the furnace opening for which I helped him on how to open.
    He had a screw driver in hand, check the pilot and read the manufacture date on the furnace.
    Thats it and it ended there. No cleaning, no quality checks, inspection about how the home is being heated.. absolutely nothing. 
    I asked him to clean the furnace (which was a part of the deal) and he said the no we don't clean it up.
    I had to ask him questions regarding the air filters being used and again got very passive response.
    None of the instructions, advice or furnace maintenance related things came from the representative. Instead I had to ask about all these things to the extent I am aware of.
    We buy these deals and call these experts to guide us, not to waste 30 mins and $49.
    Towards the end, all I got was a quote if I had to replace my water heater and the representative told me that the company would call me for details regarding a replacement of the furnace. They did call me, but nothing beyond that.
    I feel that such deals are just a way to get to the potential customers and then try sell them a replacement or maintenance package/service.

    Prompt, polite service.  Very professional.   Treated me and my home with respect.  Left the area clean and neat and disposed of all debris.  Easy to reach and always available in an emergency.  Price was more than competitive.  Gave good, honest product information, the pros and cons.  Trustworthy, I was comfortable with them in my home, even when I wasn't there.  I am a most satisfied customer.

    Tech Mark was great.  My unit was actually frozen solid so he had to come back two days in a row.  He explained (clearly) what was wrong and fixed the issue.  What i liked most was how he explained the issue with my quarter of a century old unit.  I will need to replace the entire unit soon and will be gladly accepting an estimate from Alpine.
    I only thing I can say as a negative is the fact that there are no Saturday appointments.  While I understand and respect that everyone needs a day off it is rare to find service providers not available on a Saturday.  Based on all of the positive reviews I chose to use Alpine and took the day off from work but that actually because two days off due to the issue with my system.   I am definitely a person who would pay a premium for a Saturday appointment to not have to lose time at my job.
