He even did a fast roof inspection while he was up there. The crew was fast, efficient and super clean . AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. FGary came out out for an estimate and evaluate the siding. I waited t4 or 5 days to get the estimate. Never got anything so I called the office. They said they would email it. Made sure they had the right email address. Never got anything. I called a again a few days later and was told Gary would get back to me. Never got anything. The next week I texted Gary and he told me he would take care of it. 3-4 weeks have gone by since the initial visit but still haven’t received anything an estimate.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. AI received four estimates for my waterproofing project. Ultimately, I chose American A-1 Waterproofing due to the personalized and positive experience I had with Lou Manzo (Manager), Maurice (Foreman) and Crew Members. From the start, Lou was generally concerned with meeting my waterproofing needs. He actively listened to my concerns and provided satisfying solutions to achieve a dry basement without leading me down an unnecessary and confusing purchasing path. Lou explained the work to be done in great details. He was responsive to my calls, emails and texts and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Maurice and his crew members did an amazing job. They worked diligently during a heat wave and always demonstrated positive energy. They depicted such pride in their work -- making sure everything worked effectively and efficiently. I have to say, Lou really went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members replaced a clogged downspout drainpipe and installed a cleanout valve. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members connected an exterior drainpipe from the catch basin to eliminate standing water in my front yard. This concept was Brilliant! And completed at the at a fraction of the cost! In addition, Lou consumed the cost to unclog a sewer line that compromised my newly installed Waterproofing System. But wait there is more! I have been unable to attend to other pertinent matters on/around my property, as I am recovering from surgery. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Lou, Maurice, and all Crew Members at American A-1 Waterproofing. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and GENUINE. The team exceeded my expectations! Moreover, pricing for my waterproofing project was extremely fair.
