The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. Because of Budds project management skills, the house project was completed in 3 months when other contractors told us it would take 6- 8 months! Budd was very responsive and quickly addressed issues and any problems that arose. We spent a little more than we wanted as there were extras that ended up costing us more but we would hire this company back in a heart beat!- carmelina l.

AI called many places before I decided to to with A Condo LLC. I was converting my porch into an office space. I already had windows put up, but the room needs drywall installed. I spoke with Marcella on the phone who was polite, courteous and professional. Her husband Mike came and told us what needs to be done. They were both very accommodating and patience. She was prompt in getting a quote. They didn't mind when I told him I would be getting my own materials. They even provided me with a list of materials to buy. I originally was thinking only to put drywall up, but Mike suggested several little things to make the room nicer. The quote I got from other places ranged from $750 to close to $5K. Mike was the only person that explain things clearly and politely, justifying each of the action he would take. His pricing came in the middle, and his explanation and knowledge is just worth every penny. Mike and Juan came on time and performed all the remodeling of our porch beyond our expectation. They worked fast and wasted no time. They cleaned up very well and left us with nothing but satisfaction. If you are looking for quality contractors, go with ACondo LLC. I would hire and recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

AReview: Mike from Premier Waterproofing LLC came out to inspect my basement. He gave me honest advice with no smoke and mirrors. He told me to contact the previous company, quality 1st basement systems, that did a poor drainage job Causing extra water damage and mold to my foundation. He told me what the inherit problems were with the type of "waterguard" system that they install and what needed to be fixed to improve my problem. It was not as bad as I originally thought and I appreciated him easing my nerves and not trying to take advantage of me. If only I called him two years ago before opting for the system I had installed. He Even offered his help in talking to the other company if needed. I have never experienced such straight forward honesty in the home improvement industry. This guy is a jewel and a benefit to his fellow colleagues. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and I would highly recommend anyone looking for basement waterproofing expertise to give his company a call without hesitation. I sure will.

ATrevor took on full responsibility for the entire project and got the sub contractors, arranged for the roof to be rebuilt, the siding to be redone, reconstructions of bedrooms, den and one bathroom. There were promises made and promises kept. Trevor was on top of everything and treated our house as if it was his own. Trevor finished what he started and made sure all of the subs were on time, had their needed materials and finished what they started in a timely and professional manner. Trevor had completed some smaller projects over the past decade for us and acquitted himself well with this rather large project with many moving parts from electrical, roofing, siding, plumbing, interior finishing, painting, tile work, etc.
