    Jerzy is excellent. He cleaned the dryer vent and did a great job always. He's always on time, very friendly and very efficient. I always use Chutemaster and its great that they offer coupons through Angie's list.

    It didn't. Elaine Malta came and gave me an estimate - accepted - she then told me she was not available on a regular basis until after 12/23/16, but she probably could come for one time on 11/7/16 and she would let me know what arrangements she could make, but she never called - I called her and left 2 messages - she never responded and 11/7 has come and gone. After the 7th I was willing to wait until she was available after 12/23. Very disappointed. I have hired another cleaning service.

    I had Hortensia Cleaning Service come at the beginning of March using the Angie's list 3 hour deal.  2 women came and did a pretty good job.  They cleaned everything I asked for.  I thought it was a good cleaning- not the best- but good enough to ask them to come back.  This time they came back I wasn't home- my in-laws were.  I'm not sure if they took advantage of my not being there- but it was obvious when I returned from work that they clearly didn't do the job I hired them to do.  The outside of my kitchen fridge wasn't touched, the kitchen faucets weren't touched, the microwave wasn't touched, the stove had streaks on it, bathrooms sinks & faucets weren't touched, bedroom wasn't swept and the rug in my son's room wasn't vacuumed.  That's just naming the most obvious of things that weren't touched.  I'm not really sure what it was they did for 2 hours- but I couldn't believe that they felt good about taking my money and not doing anything to show for it.  I immediately called Theresa (who actually cleaned my house the first time around) to complain about what happened and she didn't believe me.  Can you imagine that someone would have that much time on their hands to call up and complain about something didn't happen??  Even when I said I had pictures- she still insisted that she talk to the women who came to clean.  As if they would confess to not doing what was asked of them.  I asked for my money back and she said they were doing something for 2 hours.  If your workers are not capable of a completing their tasks in the allotted time given- perhaps they shouldn't be doing this.  I even asked to talk to the owner and was told she doesn't come in the office.  She basically blew me off and didn't even apologize.  She said she would call me back and I haven't heard back.  I believe this cleaning service is only willing to give it their all on the first visit- after that they could care less.  I also believe most of these reviews are based off of one time services or first time services.  I'm not interested in spending my time or money on services like that.

    Ray once again came out and helped us with our washing machine. He was on time, worked neatly and quickly and had our washer working in no time.
    He also thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent and showed us the amount of lint we had built up in our vent.
    Will definitely keep using Apex Appliance.

    I retained this company to steam-clean all the carpets in a townhouse, which was a rental property, The property was vacant at the time.  The tech came right on time and set up the equipment without any problems.  My main concern is that the equipment did not appear to be steaming consistently.  I noticed at one point on the steps that the unit was jetting out water instead of steam.  I pointed this out and the tech matter-of-factly told me that the machine sometimes switched off the steam to save energy.  Well then that is not steam-cleaning but hot water cleaning.  Also, the carpeting seemed very wet in spots after the cleaning.  I noticed one reviewer commented that he extracted 5 gallons of water with a Bissel cleaner and I would estimate that there was gallons of water left in the carpeting.  It was so wet that I was concerned about mold growth and called Aaron afterwards. He calmly explained that it was impossible for mold growth to occur in less than 48 hours (not so sure about that) and that it was normal for the carpeting to be wet but he would come over and do whatever was necessary to dry it out.  This was not necessary since after approx. 30 hours of the whole house fan running, the carpeting was basically dry, just damp in some spots. I  was not satisfied with the level of cleaning either.  Particularly, one room that was especially dirty.  I think I will have to go over it with my own steam-cleaner and detergent,  Overall, however, the carpet looked a lot cleaner and many stains were removed.  I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.  If you do use this co. to steam-clean carpeting, make sure to hire them during sunny, dry, weather conditions so you can keep the windows open and the whole house fan running for 24 hours or more. to let all the water evaporate.

    We called Apex to clean our ducts in our house. I cannot say enough about them. They showed up on time when they said they would, they were very careful and respectful to our home, laying out tarps and blankets to protect our carpeting. They spent a lot of time making sure the job was thoroughly complete. They cleaned out our dryer and the dryer vent, we are very happy they did that because there was an abundant amount of lint built up inside of our dryer. Tom and Thomas were a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

    It was great. Juan Sanchez called to introduce himself while he was on the way to our house. He arrived 10 minutes early! He cleaned all of our windows ( we have a two story 2500 square foot home) very efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt response to my question on Angie's List, their fair price and the promptness, professionalism and quality of their work.

    Russell was right on time, very professional and friendly. By the time he was done, my carpet was already dry and smelling fresh. He was involved even the selection of the color to paint the apartment and did an excellent job. I will be calling him very soon for another job.

    I called up for a deep cleaning needed in a new home prior to moving in.  I specifically requested certain areas of the home be focused on.  My requests were either ignored or not mentioned to the cleaning crew.   I came in the following day to find a mediocre job done.  I'm pregnant and really needed help with the cleaning of my new home- so we can easily put away our stuff.  I was hoping to see a much better job done.  Especially since the house was relatively empty.  I called up this morning and expressed my dissapointment.  I requested that they come back to do the job I asked and was told they would speak to their manager and get back to me.  I haven't heard back.  For the amount of money spent- I would not recommend using this service.  It was a very surface cleaning job- which I could have done.

    I got no explanation of what was going to be done or what wasn't. They just told me to sign here and it would be about 40 minutes. Even when they left they just said they were done, they didn't say what they did or what they didn't do. They were accommodating with squeezing me in but other than that they were not informative, and did not explain anything. The only reason they were accommodating with squeezing me in  was because it was their error.
