ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ASilaThe gas hotwater heater was installed in 2019. I was apprehensive since I hadn't needed a heater in 36 years. The salesman was very helpful and professional. My installation was perfect. The technicians were professional, courteous, worked efficiently and took great care to clean up when they were finished. This week annual maintenance & a tune-up was performed on my heater for the coming winter. I'm all set. I highly recommend Sila Heating & Air Conditioning- Zenovia B.

Fnow Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness DO NOT USE JACK MARTINELLI!!!! Wholly unprofessional and a scam artist. We found him on Home Advisor back in July 2020. He had good reviews and seemed very nice ( HE IS NO LONGER LISTED ON HOME ADVISOR). We quickly learned the truth. We paid Jack Martinelli to put a water heater in our rental property. He tried to scam our insurance carrier (USAA) for $10,000 and charge us $1500. Needless to say, our insurance carrier didn’t pay them that amount. My insurance carrier also recommended that we don't utilize their services ever again. They inflate prices and are very unprofessional. Also, the water heater wasn't installed up to the New Jersey code. We learned that through inspection, after receiving the inspection report on Friday (9/18/20). I called him (9/19/20) to discuss it and see when he can install the copper jumpers. He became rude and started cursing at me. Mind you, I called on a Saturday morning, and they were supposed to be 24 hours. He said, and I quote,” what the F%ck do you want me to do about it at 8 clock on a Saturday morning. I'll call you on Monday.” then hung up the phone. Wow! PLEASE, PEOPLE DON’T USE THEM!!! There are too many NICE professional plumbers out there. This piece of POO 💩 doesn't need your business. Service: Install water heater Edit: After writing a review about my experience with Jack Martenilli had the audacity to text me a message. I was unable to upload a photo but I coped and paste what he wrote. Please see below & you be the judge. “pathetic people like u that have nothing better to do but scam and try and make people miserable like you expect to do nothing to that dump and scam the insurance for your neglect...unfortunately your not smart enough to realize we were out 5 times and put a w.h in for next to nothing..u call on Saturday thinking I have to jump for you..keep putting reviews anyone that's reads them knows your a clown with nothing better trying to do u can't affect me .your gonna learn the definition of insurance fraud and slander..I promise!!u can't affect me because people know class and quality, 2 things u will never have!!!!!“ Now is this a company you want to deal with? AI got a call from a tenant New Years morning about heat being off and needed someone to come out to help. Jared was super responsive at 8am on New Year’s Day and was at the property a couple hours later. His crew was super fast and the job got done. Tenant is happy and so am I. In times of emergencies it’s easy to focus on the bad but the silver lining was finding these guys. Found my go to guys for future work!
