  • My experience started off good with this place, but unfortunately that was the highest point it ever went to.  I had to drop off my wife's car after there was an issue with the wheel where it got stuck.  I towed it there and dropped off the key.  The next day or the following day, I received a call from the repair shop with an explanation of the issue and the price.  I was expecting that it was going to cost more so I was glad that it wasn't as expensive as I thought it could be.  I needed to talk it over with my wife and we decided to let him repair the car.  I called back but had difficulty getting a hold of the actual mechanic and kept getting the mechanic's brother who didn't really know what was going on at all.  I gave them the green light on the repair and that was the last I heard from them.  They never gave me an ETA or told me if they were going to call.  After a few weeks of no news I called in and again got the mechanic's brother who still was not sure what was going on but he was able to confirm that the car had been ready for a few days now.  I picked up the car, paid by check (as they only took cash or check) and I drove it off the lot and I was able to make it back home without further issues.

  • Most auto dealers are reluctant or may refuse to install after-market parts.  For this reason, I searched for an independent auto maintenance facility.  I found Marty's in the Mechanics Files of  I have had extensive work performed on my Miata and this is the second time I have been to Marty's.  The first time (09/04/07) they installed an after-market down-pipe, catalytic converter, and intake kit.  I was very happy with the results so I went back to Marty's for the installation of an after-market mid-pipe and muffler.  A big plus, in my case, is that Marty's is within walking distance of my home.  It's very convenient.

  • Although I did not purchase my Subaru at Miller, I have used them almost exclusively for all service.  I took the car in for a routine oil change and mentioned occasionally hearing a high-pitched squeal when the driver's window was down.  Miller took care of the oil change and noted that the left rear wheel bearing assembly required replacing.  They also noted that the battery and battery cable should be replaced.  They gave me the full costs of all repairs and asked if they should take care of everything.  I authorized all service and have not had any problems.  Since I have not been using my Subaru that much, I have not reached the mileage for the next oil change.  However, I will continue to take my Subaru to Miller for all service.

  • They come and get my car, I don't even go there. They are great. I just call them, they pick it up, they service it, they wash it and they bring it back to me. It doesn't cost extra to do that. They do it for anybody that has a Lexus. There is a closer Lexus dealer that I could use, but I use them because I don't have to do anything. I've only been there once and that was when I bought the car. They come early in the morning and I always have my car back by about three, and they leave me a rental car. It's usually the same, nice man that come and pick up the car.

  • I was so satisfied with their service that I continued to have my car serviced there. I have taken my car to other dealers where I have to make appointments, and even then it could take quite a while to get the service done. But here, they have a service called Quick Clean, where I can bring my car in anytime without an appointment. With the odd kind of work schedule that I have, it really helps a lot, and when I take my car in, they handle the car pretty quickly. They also offer discount coupons.

  • Ron is prompt, calls me when work is done, takes time to explain in detail what he did, refers to car computer standards & specs, always provides an estimate, and has successfully identified & corrected all problems I've come to him about regarding car. He and appointment setter, Debbie, are always polite & helpful. His prices are very competitive and I believe he has saved me money by identifying unnecessary work another repair service wanted to charge me. Ron completed the work & repaired the problem for much less money. I have found him to be very honest. He even sent me to my dealership for a repair believing that it was covered by the warranty, thus saving me money, but costing him work.
