    Igdalev, Dr. Julia
General checks and cleaning have been fine.  I was very pleased with the process and results of the veneers.   Office hours and access (driving distance, parking, waiting room time) have always been very convenient for me.  That and my experience with the veneers is primarily why I continue to see Dr. Igdalev for my dental needs.
However, I have not been pleased with my interactions with her office manager/assistant.  Due to my employer changing (DMO) dental insurance a while back (Dr. Igdalev is a provider on both insurance plans), my family was not on the monthly eligibility list for the first month after the change even though we were covered so the office manager cancelled our appointments (after I raised the insurance change so I could provide the new information).  I assured her we were covered (and confirmed this with my HR department), but she wouldn't keep the appointments or even allow new appointments to be made until we showed up on the monthly eligibility list that only gets PAPER MAILED to the dentist's office once a month.  The office manager initially refused to accept a fax showing eligibility and was pretty nasty on the phone when I pushed the issue (attempting to be polite) until I asked to speak with Dr. Igdalev.  She got off the phone, presumbly spoke to Dr. Igdalev, then was willing to keep my appointment and let my wife and kids make appointments.  Whey my wife contacted the office to follow-up the office manager was very nasty to her about the entire thing to the point where my wife is done with the practice and switched her and my kids (whom my wife usually takes to the visits) to another dentist.  I don't disagree with her decision, but I'll stay with Dr. Igdalev still for now for the reasons I stated earlier figuring the office manager is not providing my care.
What drove me to post this review is another, similar experience I just had with the office manager.  In the process of switching the dentist for the rest of my family, I was mistakenly switched also.  By the time I called back to fix that on Jan 23, but  it was three days past the date where I was going to disappear from the eligibility list for a month (Feb) and reappear the next month. (I still don't understand why in 2014 changes made a week before the end of a month take 5 weeks before they take effect due to a PAPER list that has to be checked.)  Knowing that happened, I tried to be nice and call two days before my appointment to reschedule for March so the office's insurance processing wouldn't get messed up.  The office manager cancelled my appointment, which I expected and was ok with, but would not allow me to schedule an appointment now for March since I'm not on the February eligibility list.
I find this ridiculous.  The office manager said I had to call back in March so that means I probably won't be able to get an appointment until late March or even April since I need to make it around my work hours.  The insurance company said they would fax a letter of eligibility, and I suppose I could fight on the phone again with the dentist's office manager, but it's not worth my time at the moment. My profession has a large customer service component, and if that was the service I provided, I would no longer be employed.

    Veenstra Family Dental
As someone who has an unnatural fear of dentists, Dr. Veenstra was really awesome. Both him and his assistant are really nice and super careful. The office is also very nicely done and makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely come back here.

    Loschiavo, Dr. Mark C.
I had used this provider in the past, but called this time because I had lost a crown from a tooth.  They were able to see me the same day to evaluate the problem and made an appt for  the next day to begin to repair it.  Going to the dentist for any reason is a pretty un-fun experience, but this Dr. is very friendly and excellent with dental-phobic patients. He and his staff do a good job and try to make patients feel as comfortable as possible.

    Feiler Dental Associates
My experience at Dr Feiler's has actually gotten better over time. His staff is even more organized and he is very timely. It was once a real problem with appointments starting late but that has not happened in years. It is nice to see a practice become even better. I think the staff has helped the doctor keep on track much better these days and now that they offer free hand massage it is nice if you are the nervous type.

I have been seing him for 20 years. A lot of my family members go to his office as well. He has a very diverse staff. Anything that happens to your mouth he can take care of. They are always updating their equipment to keep up with the times. They know you by name and face when you walk in. It is a very comfortable environment while also being very professional.

    Dental Arts of Palm Harbor
Split tooth performing a root canal and I had to have tooth removed.  Lieberman replaced tooth at a special price because of the damage he did.   The enamel facing on the partial bridge broke off and Lieberman tried to have me pay for repair and replacement of the bridge.  I no longer see this dentist who sees 5 to 6 patients at the same time having his technicians "tag team" the treatment. Find someone else for your dental needs.

After he told me the total amount would be around $17,000. I was put in a fancy round room with a technician to explain the costs.  He didn't even bother to do this himself.  I was completely outraged at the cost. The technician said I could do a temporary bridge for less but it was not guaranteed to last .  I would be taking a chance. I am 80 years old and on a fixed income and certainly could not afford this.   I have since gone to a dentist who is much more reasonable and caring.

My name is Mrs. Shaw and this Angie's List account is our house account. I have nothing to hide from this dentist.

    O'Neill, Dr. John C.
Dr. O'neill is very professional and accurate. I am very comfortable with Dr. O'neill and his skills. I feel that he is an excellent dentist. I think the rates are in line. It can take a little bit of time to get in for an appointment.

    O'Neill, Dr. John C.
Dr. O?Neill is pretty good. He is honest, and he doesn?t do unnecessary things. I would recommend him to other people. Sometimes, it is hard to get an appointment for a regular checkup because he is very busy. The hygienists are good. The office environment is fine.

My family and I have been going to this dentist for over 25 years. He is on the third generation. I believe that speaks volumes.
