    I've been going to him for about twenty years.  He is very well trained, very experience and has an excellent patient care attitude.  He has four or five associates.  His staff is very outstanding and thoughtful.  They are pleasant. He is very busy and he is in high demand.

    I've been going there for 6 or 7 years. I think that she is very, she spends a lot of time with you. Although, I've not had any major issues, she does seem like she is caring about the customer, she takes time talking to you. She's very good at asking you to take preventive care. She's very caring, very friendly. The staff is very good. Generally, everything you would want in a general primary person. You feel like you have a very friendly attentive person who is listening to your pains and can do their best to make you healthy. Generally, when you call her office they call you back, they are pretty good.

    Dr. Kwartler reviewed the information that I provided, listened to my account of my experiences, examined me and conducted a number of diagnostic tests. Dr. Kwartler reviewed the results of a complete hearing test that had been conducted on the same day, just before seeing him. Dr. Kwartler initially suspected that one of the three parts of the balance system might be the source of the problem, but Dr. Kwartler ordered a specific diagnostic procedure to provide a secure basis for a final diagnosis. The diagnostic procedure was performed at a later date by a different member, an audiologist, of the medical group's staff. Dr. Kwartler reviewed the results and recommended appropriate therapy which was started a few weeks later. The overall process was handled well.

    Dr. Gellerstein was very friendly and has a very good bedside manner.
    The facility is great because you can get all your labwork done there (no need for a seperate trip to a lab). The wait time was very reasonable (less than 15 minutes).
    They called me back with the lab results very fast.

    I like Dr. Burns. He runs his own practice, not part of a group. He is a straight shooter with a nice and quot;bedsideand quot; manner. He is easy to talk to and most importantly does not preach or push meds. He was recommended by a friend. He does pediatrics as well as plan to move the the whole family to his practice.

    Went as a new patient since I moved to the area. Waited over an hour but once it was my turn Dr. Safier didn't seem hurried, listened and seem to know his stuff. I like the fact his office has a lab so you don't have to go somewhere else to have your blood work done. Went to office twice after the initial visit, all-inall I'll stick with Dr. Safier even with the long wait.

    He is just a great doctor. You always feel that he has your best interest at heart. I've never been disappointed with a referral he has provided. If you are one of his patients and call in about not feeling well; there is a 99% chance he will see you the same day.

    I waited two hours too see him in the waiting room. I asked the nurse why the long wait and she said he always has a long wait. Last several times the wait wasn't that long. I asked him why the long wait and he didn't answer me. He is very arrogant and always just prescibes alot of medicine. I missed his last appointment because of traffic and he sent me a bill for $50. My wife calls him a witch doctor because he recommended a hysterectomy for bleeding. I will never go there again.

    I like their office. I like the physicians there. They have just added dermatology to their practice. It���s just a no-nonsense place. The last time I went there was 3 weeks ago. If you call them on the working days, there is always someone to answer the phone. As soon as they come back from lunch, they���ll call you back immediately. They are open on Saturdays. If you have an emergency during the non-working hours or on a weekend, there is always someone to respond. They have always called me back within 10-15 minutes during emergencies. Their office is in an old building. It is clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are always clean and organized. I can���t even think of a single time, when I was made to wait and I wasn���t called in at the appointed time. The doctors there are elderly gentlemen, who have been in practice there for a long time. However, they are up-to-date on the latest technology and drugs. I have often seen pharmaceutical salespersons drop off their drugs with them. I think it is very easy for doctors nowadays to push drugs which are given as samples by the pharmaceutical companies to their patients, but the doctors there are different. I feel the doctors in Randolph Medical and Renal Associates, really read up on the drugs and have information that the general public doesn���t have. On more than one occasion, I have asked about a taking a particular drug, and my doctor from Randolph Medical has asked me not to have the same. The doctors there go way beyond regular prescriptions. They ask a lot of questions and they know what medicines you take. I���ve always found their billing team to be good. They submit all the forms and if there is any difference they send me a bill.

    She is very proactive and spends time to sit down and talk to you. She checks from head to toe and is very personable. You do wait in the waiting room, but not for long. She is very busy; however she does try to squeeze you in if possible.
