Could not have gone better. I have had a lot of work done on my house in the past 2 years (basement remodel, hall bath, master bath, attic, MAJOR landscape with double wall, drainage and complete remodel and this was by far teh best work that has been done. Exceeded my expectations in every way. I got quotes from 5 deck companies and nobody came close to Freebourne's price and there is no way that anyone could exceed their service and quality of work. It probably goes without saying, I would definitely recommend Freebourne to anyone.

We had an old home that had gotten too small for a growing family. We liked our neighborhood and wanted to remodel/add on. Matt (MTL Contracting) advised that it would be more cost efficient to replace the old house with a new modular home. He helped us from the beginning in planning out the home, letting us look at many Modular home plans from his supplier and from online sources that we found and letting us modify them to suit our needs. Matt delivered everything promised. We ended up with a very nice NEW house at far less cost than it would have been to move into a comparable one close to our neighborhood and without the headaches of updating old construction. At the outset, he said "I want to give you a TURNKEY house. Everything will be ready for you to move in" and that was what happened. Matt did a lot of the finishing work (front porch, garage, interiors etc..) himself in addition to subcontracting. We picked out hardwood flooring and he installed it, he installed the appliances we bought, tiled the bathrooms with our selection of tile etc.. In addition to building the house, he has stood by the construction and has made himself available when things needed attention (routine settling cracks, some siding that blew off in a windstorm etc.) We had a deck on the old house, and he managed to remove it during demolition and re-attach it to the new house. Later, we decided to remove the deck and put in a patio and MTL came in with a great price and put in a very nice Paver Patio. I would recommend MTL Contracting for your construction needs large and small. Great value and workmanship at competitive prices.

Rob and his team are amazing. His quality, professionalism and pricing was the way all contractors should be. I have had many roof replacements over the years, this was one was done without one issue and the clean up was perfect, not one nail, staple etc was left behind. Rob committed to timing and price and he was a man of his word. Great team, great experience, there honestly is no need to look anywhere else. Decide with confidence RBM is the right choice, hands down.

These guys replaced our roof many years ago and they were timely, affordable and the work was top notch. This past week we had some damage from a storm and they came right out out and fixed it and didn't charge me an arm and leg for the job. I'd recommend these guys not only because of my first experience getting a new roof but also the fact that they will support you moving forward.

Al was a pleasure to deal with. He is very responsive and does what he says, when he says hell do it. The work was completed on time and his team does quality work. His prices are very, very fair. I would definitely use his services in the future.

The roofers did an incredible job. There was a lot of rotted boards so the crew chief went out twice to buy more. We decided to remove the 4 skylights in our ceilings. One leaked and really heated the house during the summer, one was in our bedroom (who puts a skylight in a bedroom anyway?). There were two others in our living room and we decided to take those out as well. The roofers took them all out whole. Mary kept us apprised of everything. She is the best!

Very good communication. I am satisfied with the quality of the work. Was not the cheapest bid but I feel the quality and responsiveness justify the price paid. I would recommend and hire again if needed.

I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL STOP ANYONE ELSE FROM MAKING SAME MISTAKE MANY OF US HAVE ALREADY!!! READ ON, McDUFF: AJ PERRI - Burn your house down before using these guys!!!! Probably cheaper than the quote they will give you for a doorknob. Also look at YELP for other NIGHTMARES people have experienced with them. THIS IS MINE: CAVEAT EMPTOR HERE DEFINITELY "LET THE BUYER BEWARE" - ONLY WISH I HAD READ YELP FIRST. I'VE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY THAT IS STILL IN BUSINESS W/SO MANY BAD REVIEWS, OVERPRICING, BAD SERVICE/REPAIRS, LEAVING RESIDENCE IN DANGEROUS CONDITION WHEN NOT WORKING BUTALSO NOT SHUTTING OFF FURNACE. EVERYONE HERE WAS QUITE ILL. do not even think of using!!! overpriced, tells you they must sell you filters for $375 (when only $5/pc. at home depot)!! then gae estimate for $549 to install correct part, which i ordered and installed myself for $78!!! when the repairman arrived explained to him exactly what part i needed; he told me that i had to have the filters cleaned, which would be $375!! (filters are $5/pc for four). explained i only needed furnace to operate for 1 more winter, but he said he had to do filters b4 anything else. after completing,he said it wasn't filters (which i had already told him) so that he'd cut price in half to $180. then told me that it was the exact part i told him it was. gave me an estimate of $549 to repair. looked on line for the part and it only cost $79 for the part!!!. i ordered, read manual, and installed it myself! also, when he left there was the smell of oil for five days in the home & i was getting ill. when daughter came home, asked her 2 days later if she smelled oil and was feeling ill. she was also. so not only did they charge me for something i told them i didn't need (filters- $5/apiece), but also left furnace with a heavy oil smell that got everyone ill, then gave me estimate of $549 to repair the part i said it was, *which turned out to be only $78 to buy yourself, and i installed myself! works great!! beware of using a.j. perri, overpriced and will sell you parts you don't need, then leave w/o checking if furnace isn't not giving off heavy oil smell. WORST COMPANY OF ANY KIND I'VE EVER WORKED WITH!!!!! BEWARE!!!

Chris, Justin and there team did a great job educating me on what is mold and what is not. They took air samples in my house to determine if I had a mold problem and they did a visual inspection as well. They sent the samples to the lab and when they got the results back they called me and took their time to explain every aspect of the report to me. They are remediating a small mold isssue in my attic. I am happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone.
