    On December 21, 2016 I gave M-tech Solutions (Mario Martinez) a check in the amount of $575.77 for the purchase of a Dell laptop computer for delivery and installation the following week. After a week Mario said the computer had been stolen from his car and his insurance would cover it. He said he would have the computer replacement in about 10 business days. When I did not hear back I made multiple calls to his cell phone and left messages on his voice mail. The only response I received was an email from him stating that a family emergency required him to travel unexpectedly to Central America and he would return in about 2 1/2 weeks. Since then he has not answer calls or email.

    M Tech Computer Solutions is a great company and it is all because of its owner, Mario Martinez.  M Tech was the only company that promptly returned my call when I left a message to diagnose my defective color laser printer.  Mario volunteered to come to my home to pick up the printer.  Within a day, he called me to tell me that my Dell printer had a defective part and was able to send me a free, estimated quote to fix the printer.  Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the repair not because of Mario but because my printer was old and not worth fixing in the grand scheme.  I highly recommend M Tech as I always felt I was getting accurate information and that Mario was honest and trustworthy.  I have over 20 years of computer experience myself but would feel comfortable to hire M Tech again if I had a computer issue I could not fix on my own.

    We feel very fortunate to have iPrime as a technology resource for our office. We work directly with the owner of iPrime and find him to be a brilliant mind. He understands the most complex things in a simple way and explains it to us to avoid problems going forward. Our offices have been growing rapidly and need professional network and computer services in which we turn to iPrime. They are extremely responsive, reliable and prompt at getting the job done. There have been times they simply resolve issues remotely at a generously discounted rate! They explain everything thoroughly and ensure our technology needs are always current and up to speed with the ever changing trends. Recently they upgraded our main network switch, setup two new servers and several work stations. They also setup two wireless cameras for us to be able to view the office from home. It?s amazing that we can see what?s going on in the office through our cell phones anywhere we go. We would not let anyone but iPrime work on or computers, office network or any technology needs.     Fantastic! Everything went perfect from start to finish. Setting up a consultation with M. Burt Technology was easy. Michael came to our office in Randolph, NJ and we explained to him that we needed our office computers to be able to share files via Quick Books and other programs. We also just launched a new industry-specific software program that was pretty complicated and asked if he would be able to simply the program for our employees and layout a brief program-guide that could be printed out so that our staff can be trained using the new guidelines. For Michael, a seasoned and knowledgeable IT professional, these two tasks were a cake-walk. We were up and running in no time!
    Thanks MBTC. We highly recommend hiring them for all your personal or business IT needs. We will use them again and again.

    Mario came when he said he would, fixed everything, charged what he said he would, and was very personable.  He called a few days later to check up, found I was having some new problems and came right over.

    Very happy to find him. He is now our computer guy.

    When my laptop went on the blink Maurie came to my house and ran diagnostic tests.  He provided a price for replacing parts in my 4 year old Toshiba and we evaluated the benefits of upgrading.  Maurie gathered information about my usage and my preferences....then together we went shopping.  Maurie explained the value and strengths of various laptops and requested addition information from the salesperson.  We decided on a laptop that fit my budget and far exceeded my expectations for storage and speed.  As I was upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 8 Maurie explained the benefits of choosing a touch screen.  Maurie took the hard drive from my old laptop and was able to transfer all of my data to the new Acer Aspire.  He provided an internet virus protector and explained the differences with using Windows 8 and gave me a tutorial of the new laptop hardware.  That evening he sent me an email asking how I liked my new computer and reminded me that he would be available for any needed support or to customize anything that I was not happy with.
    Maurie is a very personable fellow and he knows computers.  I was delighted with his fast and thorough service.  I also feel assured that he will be there when I need help!

    The owner of the company came directly to my home.He was extremely knowledgeable without being condesending.  He answered all fo my questions, was very thorough in diagnocing my computer problems (with 2 laptops) and patiently installed whatever software was needed to correct the problems and prevent them from occuring in the future.  We were having problems with our home WiFi system and he took the time to make sure it worked inlcuding with my son's gaming systems.  No addional charges wer incurred.  He was very polite and professional.  I highly recommend this company.

    I called Dan and described the problem over the phone (my screen would fade to nearly black as soon as the laptop booted up). He gave me two estimates over the phone based on two different things that could be causing the problem. He examined the computer the day after I delivered it to him and determined that the screen needed replacing. Dan ordered the part and replaced the screen ASAP as soon as the part was delivered to him. He charged me exactly what he had told me over the phone. He was very professional and responsive. I never had to call him to find out the status of my repair; he always called me and let me know. I would definitely use him again.
