Jesus was on time and diagnosed/fixed the problem quickly. In addition to replacing the igniter, he also took apart my oven door for me so I could clean some gunk that had dripped into the inside of the glass. And he was just so pleasant! I highly recommend him.

Excellent service. My fridge stopped working. Prior to actual repair, Robert walked me through possible issues with the refrigerator to determine if it was worth repairing due to cost. He spent a good deal of time on the phone with me going over the problem and researched the issues. I was given options and told up front what the costs could be. Decision made to repair, he ordered the necessary part, was here on time and completed the service within an hour. Had the fridge up and running again. I'm thrilled with the service and his knowledge of products and the fact that he took the time to walk me through diagnostics. I honestly thought I would have to buy a new fridge and was extremely pleased that this was repaired for under $300. He showed me exactly what was wrong and why it had broken down. I absolutely recommend that you call him if you have an issue with your fridge.

Great. They were here within a half hour, evaluated the dish washer. They gave me honest advise about whether to spend the money on a repair, or buy new. I would definitely use them again for any of my appliances. I've decided to buy a new one and was guided by their recommendations.

They diagnosed the problem right away, and were incredibly honest with me regarding my options. They also offered assistance with other appliances I had questions about. I would definitely use them again.

I called and specified that the latch broke on my dryer door. I was told that the service call was $85, but only "free" if they do the repair. If you go somewhere else, you have to pay the $85, so they know you're stuck. The owner/technician originally said the part was over $200, so I said I was going to call Whirlpool to check the price. When I showed him that had latch kits for under $10, he said that he marks up the parts price, too. Finally, he said the "latch kit" repair was $215, which was $45.75 for the latch kit, $6.75 for another part and $167.50 for the labor. He was in my home a total of 15 minutes. Didn't even have to move the dryer. I told him that I thought his labor charge was outrageous for a 10 minute repair, but he just said they charge a "flat rate" for each repair (can be higher for types of repair). I will never use them again.

Tony was very professional and a pleasure. I called up Tony first thing Saturday morning about a leak under my refrigerator and Tony mentioned someone can come out later in the morning or early afternoon. As afternoon was approaching, I called up Tony requesting to reschedule as my family needed to head out for the day and Tony himself drove over to do the repair. Tony spent about 1.5 hours removing the freezer door to defrost and remove all of the ice clogging the drain. Tony made sure everything was clean when the job was done and patiently answered any questions I had about some of my other appliances. I would definitely recommend Tony for future jobs!

It turned out that the water connection to the fridge wasn't working and needed new tubes. Also, the the ice maker handle had gotten damaged and was not switching on. Tony was able to get the parts and come in a matter of days so I was able to have ice and water for Superbowl. It only took him a half hour to diagnose and was a very fair price considering I needed it fast for a party.

Called Rich at 8pm Tuesday night, by Wednesday 430pm my fridge was fixed. It was great that he came in such short notice and was able to diagnose the problem. His rate was cheaper than calling GE repairman and he gave a 10% discount too.

Rich is fantastic.  Knowledgeable, fair and honest. He's also very accommodating.  I found him when another company told me I'd have to wait several days for an appointment. Rich squeezed me in the day I called.  He also helped me find the valve to turn off the water to the fridge in case it happened again - which none of the other companies ever suggested even after repeatedly servicing the fridge for the same issue.
5 months it happened again - and I turned off the water to stop the leaking.  Today he was back to fix it again and to help me come to terms that it's time to buy a new fridge.  I'm getting a new one this week.
When another appliance around here breaks, I will definitely call Rich.
