    I had purchased two deals which was one for the two hours of electric work( two hours then $65 every hour after). The other was to label my electric box. When he arrived I stated that the important thing was to install the fan and the two new pendants lights over my counter. It was not long before all the complaints started that the electric in the apartment was a mess. He stated that he was going to cut the existing four outlet box to complete the job. He brought a assistant with him and within the three hours he really did not accomplish anything. He then told me that the electric was a mess and he had to come back. He then informed me that the first $290.00 was used up and in order for him to diagnose and to complete the job he had to charge me another $290.00. I was anxious to get the work done. A few nights later he returned and installed the fan and started the pendant lights but claimed there was a wiring problem that he couldn���t figure out. I was distraught figuring the payment for the second visit was not at the deal rate of $65.00 an hour. He stated that deal was over and it was now $100.00 each hour. So the additional $290.00 covered the 3 additional hours he just use to diagnose and worked. The outlets still was not installed over counter, the pendant lights were up but not operating. He then left and said he had to come back. He called me to return and informed me that he needed to get paid again. I flipped my lid stating that I already paid for six hours ( over $100.00 an hour) of labor when the stated rate of $65.00. At $65.00 it was close to ten hours. He then stated that I should pay him what I felt as he just wanted to get the job done. So he once again had me go and spend $40 more in supplies and I offered him another $150.00. He returned again and the lights worked but the simple outlet was not installed. In the meantime I had the electric turned back on only to find out that whatever wire or connection he cut or changed left my microwave, diswaher and outlets not working at all. He now claims that he is not rewiring the entire apartment. I told him that he just needed to reconnect whatever he cut and or disconnected. He expected and was asking for more money to come back. I feel that this is similar to a Nigerian Scam where he found a well to drain so he created work for himself. Each time not finishing but coming back if I pay him more. Separate from this his assistant had sold me on allowing him to refinish my floors. I told him the price I was paying and he stated he would do it for one third. That day came he had me take him to Home Depot for supplies costing $183.00 including gloves. We got back to the house with a 4 hour rental on the machine which he used for 10-15 minutes in each room of the two before he started the job I tried to confirm payment to which he replied ��� not to worry as we will work it out��� within the hour he states that I can return the machine. I was shocked what little time he used it for. I said to him how much am I going to owe you to which he replied with triple the amount we agreed on. Another scammer that though he had a landlord here with very deep pockets. This guy expected $600 for less then 90 mins of his time. So here I sit without my electric work completed and now with additional problems and my floors looking half ***. These two guys thought or think that I was good for a **** of a lot more money which they wrong all around. What a SCAM

    Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no.

    I am still finding little pieces of copper wiring underneath the bookshelf and all over. He did not bring a drop box, and at some point I saw him drilling a hole in the ceiling and holding a box underneath trying not to make a mess, and you realize he did not bring anything. I got dust all over the bed, and the couch and everything everywhere. Overall we are happy with the electrician job that he did. He went up in the attic and we had the whole attic organized, and my husband was aggravated because he moved everything. He had to come back 3 times to switch out the light switches because the lights kept going out and I don't know if it was the quality of the fixtures. I think he was a little shy, he wasn't unprofessional. I would tell him to bring a drop box or something.

    It started off very good. John was on time, friendly and finished my jobs in only 4 hours (including a trip to Home Depot). However there was 2 minor problems which I had to call him back about. He promptly returned to address those issues. But 1 issue is still unresolved. I emailed him about it and he has not answered me back (2 weeks ago). I would have paid extra to get it fixed, I don't expect him to keep coming back because my original purchase was for 6 hours. But I did expect a response for my last email regarding the issue. I will hire a different handyman to complete the issue, which is why my overall rating is a "B".

    I spoke with the owner and he was attentive and listened to my needs as a disabled person needing special things. He was able to solve my problems and add some extras that were on my wish list that I never thought I would be able to afford to include. He managed to work them in and stay reasonably close to budget. I am happy with what they will be providing me with.
