I have some existing medical conditions that require monitoring, and Dr. Kalish has been great in cooperating with my specialists to make sure I'm getting great care. Her office staff is really friendly and the office is very, very small - everyone remembers me when I walk in and is welcoming and nice. All of my appointments with her have gone smoothly - she has a great bedside manner and she's easy to talk to. She also explains things to me in a way that I can understand, which is refreshing. She's great and I'm happy to have her as my internist. The only drawback to the small office is that sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone if you're calling during the day. But if you leave a message, they always get back to you in a timely manner.

The office staff is such a huge problem at this office that I can't even accurately rate the service I received from the physician - I can't get past how poorly the staff treat the patients. I was yelled at, talked down to, and laughed at by multiple staff members over the phone. I told Dr. Malhotra about the situation and he apologized and said that I wasn't the first person to make this complaint, and that the office staff were indeed a problem. But not a problem that has been fixed, apparently. I don't want to be talked down to, rushed, or laughed at when I'm trying to make an appointment with my doctor - so because of the office staff, I won't be going back.

I have improved more than I had ever expected. Treatments are holistically oriented so no fear of being made worse and I cannot say enough good things about their staff; professional, caring, knowledgable, exceptional.

After shopping around with different doctors, Dr. Kalish is definitely superior. She's no-nonsense, easy to schedule with and respects your opinions on your own health care. She also has a sense of humor, which is nice.

He is great. He is very thorough. He's probably the most thorough doctor I've ever been to. Check-ups and annual physicals last at least an hour. He spends a lot of time with me. It isn't just a cursory review; it's a very thorough review. He has a great bedside manner. He is very chatty and friendly. He is exceptionally thorough. The nurses and staff are great. They are attentive, nice, professional, and well-trained.

The office is modern and stylish. The staff is pleasant and proffesional. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see the dr. It is important to check that they take your insurance as all drs. are switching plans from time to time. The office is using Relay Health which is an online system for lab reports and prescription refills. This service is optional but I find it convenient as I don't have to call the office.

She stays on tops of things, making sure I get what tests I need. When I've had problems, she's always been there for me. In a lot of practices, when they have more than one physician you see whoever is on call. At this practice, I only see her. If I have a problem and the solution doesn't work, she'll either make another appointment or change the medication. I will absolutely continue seeing her.

It goes very well. I prefer a group practice affiliated with a university setting. They don't offer evening office hours. The office is nice. I haven't had to wait long. They could be more computerized than they are.

Dr. Naini is very considerate and easy to deal with. You don?t feel like he is rushing you out of the door like some doctors who do. It?s not a problem and some people like to sit down in order to talk to the doctor. He is very good as well as accurate. Overall, he is excellent and his availability is excellent as well. He works in an association which has a lot of doctors. So he is not the only doctor there. I don?t have any problems with his punctuality and I don?t have to wait for a long time. His staff is very good and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is fine. His communication is very good. I have never had any problems and I have always got to see him even during any emergencies. I would use his services in the future too.

He is a good doctor. The practice is decent; however, I do not like the receptionist in one of his offices. The doctor has two practices. The effectiveness of his treatment is as good as it can be expected.
